Prompt #28: Vainglory
Tumblr media
Misheel was a force of nature, wild, untamed and, ultimately, perilous to be around. Never hesitated to speak her mind, never settled for less than exactly what she wanted. "I want you," she had declared to Solongo one night before pressing her lips against hers. Electricity, like lightning, shot through her limbs as she stood frozen on the spot. Misheel's hands roamed over body, searching, while her kisses drifted to her neck. "You feel the same, I know it."
She didn't leave room for an answer but Solongo wouldn't deny it. What began as a budding crush when they were young had bloomed into full infatuation now that they were grown. Like a terrible storm rolling in from the mountains, Misheel held her captive, only able to watch the chaos left in her wake. Then she would leave to join the other hunters while her lover, the future udgan, remained behind to continue her training.
"You return, Misheel," came a quiet voice from within the ger as she stepped inside. "Mmm, and I have missed you." The sun had set and light was rapidly fading but Solongo could see desire burning in her lover's emerald eyes. She felt her lips press against her neck but pushed away the feelings they stirred. "We must speak first." The hands that had been sliding down her thighs abruptly dropped. "What? Why?"
Solongo swallowed the tension building in her throat and reached for Misheel's hands, holding them in her own. "I love you, and I want to stay like this." Silence fell between them but she persisted, her voice growing thick with emotion. "I want to stay like this, forever." She felt the other woman's hands tug themselves free from her grasp. Incredulous laughter replaced the quiet in the ger. "Are you--have you--Solongo! You can't be serious."
"I am. I…I love you. I thought you felt the same." Her confidence was quickly waning in the face of this mockery. Her lover rose to her feet and paced around, arms gesturing wildly. "No! No, Solongo! I will take a real mate once I've grown bored of you -- which you've rather helpfully hurried along with this nonsense, might I add -- and bear children, as must we all. How could you be so selfish? You know our numbers are few!" She wielded her words like a knife, driving the blade in and twisting for good measure
Solongo closed her eyes to weather the storm of the other woman's wrath, feeling a flush of shame and guilt. "I wonder what the udgan would think of this?" Her jaw clenched and teeth grit together as she shook her head. "Please…don't." Her lover snorted out a bitter laugh. "I should tell her! Perhaps she'll beat some sense into you. You idiot!"
The storm disappeared as quickly as it came, Misheel spinning on her heel and throwing wide the ger's door as she left. Solongo's chest tightened, trying to hold back the tears sliding down her face.

i find responses like this regarding misheel/jenmisheel very interesting and telling about society: twitter. com/ lisa62177/ status/ 1677507744025247744?s=21 -- i'm not saying they are actually in one but it does explain a lot about why many (most) polyamorous relationships are kept quiet/secret. this is a consistent reaction from jensen fans especially, almost like ownership over danneel + jenneel's marriage.
even though I am not a fan of these polls as stated in the answer to previous ask I will still say that people should not take shit seriously, especially on the internet. it's clearly meant as a joke (albeit not a funny one to me personally).
some people cannot comprehend poly relationships simply because they aren't build that way. which is fine as long as there is no judgement. sadly there usually is. i wonder of these people know misha was in a poly relationship with his wife for a while.

Prompt #2: Bolt
Tumblr media
The sun hung low in the sky, a deepening red orb casting fingers of pink and orange upon the clouds surrounding it. The tribe had been following a herd of argali for days now without the barest hint of a süns irves, the ghost coeurl. Tales of this beast had been passed from generation to generation; a silent, mysterious hunter who came down from the snowy peaks once a year to feast. Only the strongest and fastest of the Orilokh could hope to claim a kill, and it was every youth's dream to be one of those storied few.
"Have you ever even seen one?"
Solongo turned to the girl beside her with an arched brow. Misheel was a few ilms shorter than her, with earthy brown eyes and a shock of hair the same colour as the setting sun. "I cannot say that I have, no," came the quiet reply. Misheel smirked, as if this proved her point. "You see? None of us have. They don't exist."
"Shove it, Mish! My dad killed one himself and he doesn't lie!" Solongo's younger brother stood taller than them both but his finger still trembled as he pointed it at Misheel. The instigator rolled her eyes and turned back to the horizon, raising a hand to shield herself from the sun as it dipped below the sand dunes. "It doesn't matter. Even if we find one, you'll never get the kill."
The boy clenched his fists together and stared after Misheel for just a moment. One moment, and the next he had stepped forward and swung one of those fists at her. Solongo blinked and leapt back as the two began tearing into each other, shaking her head. Misheel always knew how to get a rise out of him but he was foolish to take the bait. "Odbayar, stop!"
Her words fell on deaf ears, the pair continuing their fight, until a sound like thunder roared over their heads. The argali were on the move. The bickering youths paused to watch the herd race across the desert as if their lives depended on it. In the distance, behind the argali but rapidly gaining ground, Solongo glimpsed a flash of white with dark spots. "There!"
The tribe's hunters sprang into action while Solongo and the other young were shepherded away by the elders. Odbayar made a face at Misheel as he was dragged away.
"I told you he doesn't lie!"

Cashmere made with Mongolian goat fleece is viewed as the best, having the longest and strongest filaments. Purchasers ought to be careful with fake cashmere or "cashmere mixes," which might be lower in cost however not made of 100 percent cashmere.
Tumblr media
Cashmere is produced using the delicate undercoat of cashmere goats, who are kept in large numbers in China and Mongolia, which overwhelm the market for this purported "extravagance" material. Goats have minimal fat on their bodies, and their jackets shield them from the harsh environments in these nations.
For what reason is Mongolian cashmere?
Cashmere comes from the delicate coat created by goats throughout the colder time of year. "Because of the outrageous environment, Mongolian cashmere is the most slender and greatest cashmere," makes sense of O. Misheel, Deputy Director of GOBI , an organization that advances supportability in the business.
Cashmere and merino fleece have for quite some time been top choices in the extravagance clothing industry. In any case, there is many times equivocalness about what these materials are and whether one is better compared to the next. Merino and cashmere are regular filaments that specific creatures produce as a wooly pelt.
Both cashmere and merino are known for their non-abrasiveness and quality. Be that as it may, there is much of the time some uncertainty between the two. In this aide, we will talk about a portion of the critical contrasts between these much-cherished fleeces and assist you with pursuing the ideal decision for your closet this colder time of year cashmere yarns.
WHAT IS MERINO WOOL?
Merino is a sort of fleece that comes from a particular variety of sheep called the merino sheep. It has numerous similitudes to ordinary sheep's fleece, however the singular filaments are a lot better measure and gentler than you would anticipate from most sheep's fleece.
Regardless of being a delicate and moderately rich material, merino fleece is as yet a type of sheep's fleece, and this implies it normally contains lanolin. For some's purposes, lanolin causes no issues by any means, however a bothering substance might incite a hypersensitive response for some.
Assuming you have at any point worn sheep's fleece, including merino, and have felt sore, bothersome and disturbed, then almost certainly, you have some level of lanolin sensitivity. Small kids, children and those with delicate skin are particularly inclined to lanolin sensitivities and bigotries and ought to stay away from this sort of fleece where conceivable.
HOW MERINO COMPARES TO CASHMERE
Dissimilar to most fleece available, cashmere isn't obtained from sheep but instead the cashmere goat. It's actually classed as a sort of fleece, similar as sheep's fleece, alpaca and merino, however its filaments are mind-boggling with regards to strength, delicateness and sheer extravagance. Each piece of cashmere clothing is produced using these brilliantly delicate strands. It has a protecting quality like no other, which keeps you completely warm or cool, contingent upon the climate. To peruse more about cashmere starting points, read our aide about where cashmere comes from mongolian cashmere.
One of the vital contrasts among cashmere and other regular woolen strands is its shortage. While sheep and alpacas can give in excess of a kilogram of fleece every year, the cashmere goat just creates around 100g of yarn in each season. This is a demonstration of the exceptional protecting properties of cashmere, as this measure of fleece is sufficient to keep the goat warm all through the unforgiving winters in Mongolia and the rocky locales of India, China and Pakistan.
IS CASHMERE ITCHY?
Cashmere is viewed as undeniably less bothersome than different fleeces. Cashmere doesn't contain lanolin, so it's an altogether hypoallergenic option in contrast to merino and different strands. Nonetheless, cashmere is a characteristic yarn and this can cause gentle disturbance for certain individuals. We suggest wearing a natural cotton layer under your cashmere knitwear on the off chance that you're inclined to irritation.
Would it be advisable for you to CHOOSE MERINO OR CASHMERE CLOTHING?
We love cashmere since it gives a lavish wearable encounter like no other, however there are a lot of different motivations to pick this superior, uncommon and popular material for your next closet speculation. Gram for gram, it's hotter than some other sort of fleece, it ensures an extravagant, rich delicateness to the wearer, it's additionally more grounded, longer enduring and more sturdy than other woolen items, and our cashmere is machine launderable at home very much like each and every piece of your closet. https://sari.mn
