When you want to give up is that moment when you buckle down, grit your teeth, clench your jaw, and keep going with the Ancestors who give you strength from above to enable you to conquer your shadow self.

Sit with yourself and your Ancestors. My favorite is to find a tree I am energeticly driven to an old tree. I like to think about the spirits whom tend to and watch over that specific tree. I ask for permission to use their home to meditate and heal. To thank them for the work they do.

I like to think crystals and trees are magical and on the same type of vibration. I can feel it.
