Marcus Aquila and Evander Muerna, as two major factors (and hard workers) in Vesuvia’s nobility, have slightly interlinked families.  At a wedding between two of their distant cousins (held at Evander’s estate because his second cousin has always been a thoughtful sort and he was amenable to their request of use of it) Marcus @vesuvian-disaster, eir husband Miloš @xx-sharpfawngz-xx, Evander, and Brennan @fullyfunctionalapprentice (entertainment for the evening and friend of Evander) watch with great amusement as Princess (Miloš’s service dog) and Gray (Brennan’s service dog who, yes, is enormous - he is a fantastic type) try to herd Evander’s peacocks (who are not having with it).  The group has settled into a quiet corner of things, away from stress and other people to let their dogs run a bit.

I crave some Marcus lore - can we have 6, 9, and 34?

6. If they were badly injured, and for whatever reason couldn't go to a hospital, who would they go to for help?

Valdemar has been an option in the past, and still is. They have been around for Marcus Aquila's entire life and due to eir past of being rather into equestrian sports there have been serious injuries. Who better to piece a broken body back together?

Though, if Miloš @sharp-fawngz is an option he is, of course, eir first choice for aid.

9. When they're sick what do they do to feel better?

Marcus Aquila prefers to go home to the main estate when ey is ill. It's more peaceful and further away from eir job that keeps them in the city proper.

It also spares em the stress of having eir mother invade eir home in the city and rearranging everything to suit her tastes, complaining to em all the while as she tries to tend to em. At least there it is her domain and she can more peacefully go about her nursing em back to health.

Marcus will rest and read through eir recovery.

34. How well do they deal with grief?

If there is anything Marcus Aquila has learned from working with Valdemar for so long it's that people are gonna die, and sometimes it's better that they do. They suffer less.

That being said, grief is a stress that Marcus Aquila has dealt with, concerning people around emself. Ey tends to throw emself into doing something, anything, that isn't sitting around crying. When eir father died ey became the head of the House, so ey threw emself into the duties that surrounded that. When Miloš got the plague and was almost certainly going to die, ey immediately began planning on how to get him out of the laboratories so he could at least die somewhere peaceful and comfortable.

Ključne misli ludog čoveka #1

Uvek sam se divio ogledalima, međutim kada se to tako pročita, teško je shvatiti koliko je zapravo moje divljenje drugačija smisao od nekoga ko voli da se gleda u ogledalo.

Elem, ključni segment mog divljenja jeste da diviti se nečemu (čoveku se nikada nisam i neću diviti) znači da u nekim isprepletanim nitima koje sačinjavaju divljenje, jedna od njih uvek ali apsolutno uvek je nit u obliku nekog straha.

Ogledala kao takva, od samog početka posmatram i divim im se.

U svojoj glavi shvatio sam da je to jedina stvar u kojoj svojim okom možda da pogledaš sebe u prirodnoj veličini, onako kako te drugi ljudi vide, da pogledaš kako izgleda tvoje slušanje, kako izgledaš dok jedeš, da se pogledaš okom u svoje oko direktno, možeš da pomisliš da uradiš bilo šta i videćeš sebe u sadašnjosti svojim okom kako radiš to što misliš...

Moja nit straha kod ovog divljenja nije što ogledalo fizički vidljivi svet pretvara u paralelni vidljivi, što i nije toliko strašno. Mene zabrinjava u šta ogledalo pretvara mene kao osobu sa druge strane.

Ako sam sa ove strane dobra osoba, šta mogu da vidim u očima sebe preko puta mene?
