This March 25, 2023, the news of the death of the beloved Mexican actor and host Xavier Lopez, popularly known as ChabeloIt shocked the whole country. For many of us he was not just a TV personality, but a dear friend, a playmate and a point of reference for childhood in Mexico, and certainly in…
there’s so many characters i just assumed weren’t white when i first heard of them. like for no reason too. Peter was a lightskin Mexican dude and Gwen was half-Japanese 😭😭 where did that even come from ??

In the awaited ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ the actress Lupita Nyong’o brings back to life Nakia, a Wakandan woman with a complicated past but also an expert warrior at infiltrating where the mission is needed, and there is a moment when she is seen speaking Spanish in…
But also can we discuss Diego's Hair in this everlovin show??? Because especially in the 7th ep (I think that's the one. I don't wanna spoil it by describing what happens) but the one where he's wearing white and orange for the first time.
He looks absolutely squish in every sense of the word. He looks like he needs a hug and the fact that he's got perfectly messy hair for these last 3 eps just makes him look even more child-like and like I need to PROTECT HIM
✏ I would love for an AU where Primus-Rung has snuck away from the basilica out into the crowds during a major festival again and meeting Jazz the dancer/busker/etc along the way :3c
I would absolutely adore this. Jazz as a dancer/busker- and Rung sneaking out during the Festival seasons. He manages to get down to Polyhex during the time of the Maximo Exultus Festival. It's a bit like Brazil's Carnival season, with dancers of every shape and size with light filaments in crazy arrays around them.
The fuel is exotic and interestingly prepared- and everywhere he goes, there's mechanisms touching and wishing him a happy festival. The dancers whirl around him in a rainbow of colors, like neon peacocks. There's a charge in the air that you can't get anywhere else, a brilliant desperation to live life so that if tomorrow comes you'll have had the chance.
And he'll meet Jazz there- one of a thousand dancers stripped near to the protoform, with silvery armor that hides nothing. Gently pulling the over-whelmed Rung out to a cafe out of the way and paying for a drink and food with his own meager earnings. He'll talk with him, fascinated by his accent and words- then laugh as he whisks back out to dance once more. Rung will be treated to entire shows done on the move as the parade continues through the lower levels.
The higher ones are completely different. There's less abandon there, less of that manic, wild joy that suffuses the lower levels. There's less of the chaotic light. Less of... everything that made the lower parades enjoyable. It's very stolid, very restrained- and nothing like the celebration that Rung had been subjected to less than a night ago.
He won't meet Jazz there, but he will see him again- if he goes below the streets.
my Spotify is just a loop of classic rock, britpop, beck, some random cumbias and the king Luis Miguel (or should I say “the sun”? love that he’s so grand like that)
