So I’ve been watching a bunch of Phineas and Ferb episodes today since I’ve been stuck inside with a cold so here’s a few thoughts I have about “The Chronicles of Meap”:

The beginning of the episode implies the existence of a Meap-centered show with 37 prior episodes to this episode

Ferb says that the ship they made isn’t really street-legal

Phineas is so eerily chill about being abducted and threatened by a criminal alien poacher

The Mitch and Meap dynamic is like if the Doof and Perry dynamic was about 30% more serious

Doofenshmirtz canonically thinks of Perry as his best friend

Meap is probably the first person ever to validate Candace’s busting dreams and I like to think that her experience with him helped drive her for the rest of the show

Meap is married apparently (He refers to another character as his mother-in-law)

Crappy phone sketch but I like to imagine this shipping scenario where Mitch and Meap are ex lovers and they're fighting each other for whatever reason.I dunno, maybe Mitch stole a ship battery and Meap has to intervene. Anyways, they're wrestling and Mitch pins Meap to the ground, above him as he lets out a chuckle and says something like (gonna split the post here cuz I'm kinda embarrassed lol) CW// Slightly Suggestive

(I like to imagine Meap was the one who broke it off and I guess he either married someone else or he is single but still says "mother-in-law" since he was so used to referring to Mitch's mom that way (that is obviously not canon, I'm just saying scenarios for fun). Mitch has obviously never gotten over it, I mean he has Meap's pinup calendar hanging inside of his ship lol so there's times when Mitch tried to win Meap back or at least have a little fun with him. Sometimes, Meap will cave and you know... Lol to Meap it's a stress fling when times get tough but Mitch falsely believes that he is a step closer to winning back his ex lover's affections).

Can we please talk about the fact that Meap's mother-in-law was on Mitch's spaceship and she looked like this

Who is her child? Is her kid adopted or biological? Why is Meap, an intergalactic agent, so scared of her? Is Meap divorced? Is she the mother of one of his sibling's spouses? Is Meap married? And if so, have we met Meap's spouse? Is it Mitch? Is Meap married to Mitch? Is that why he's an outcast on his home planet, because he was raised by such ugly creatures on a planet where cuteness reigns supreme? Is marriage different on Meap's home planet? Is "mother-in-law" a mistranslation? ...Is she a good mom?

Is this screenshot some sort of weird family portrait or does Meap have a multi-eyed slime wife hidden away somewhere that we don't know about? I have so many questions about Meap's mother-in-law
