Die Mawa Glaskugelleuchte LED verfügt über ein mundgeblasenes Glas. Als Glasarten sind klar oder weiß opal erhältlich. Bei beiden Versionen wird das Licht gleichmäßig in alle Richtungen verteilt. Jedes Glas wird aufwendig per Hand aus klarem Kristallglas hergestellt und besteht aus drei Schichten. Eventuelle kleine Bläschen oder leichte Abweichungen in Größe und Glasdicke sind Zeichen handwerklicher Qualität. Die Glaskugelleuchte LED ist mit einer Aluminium-Aufhängung in Weiß matt, Schwarz matt und Grau-metallic erhältlich. Der Baldachin wird immer in der gleichen Farbe zur Aufhängung geliefert. Als Leuchtmittel ist eine LED integriert, die bauseitig mit Phasenan- und Phasenabschnittdimmer gedimmt werden kann. Auf Anfrage gibt es auch DALI, 1-10 Volt, Push oder Bluetooth dimmbare Versionen. Die Pendelleuchte wird mit einer Farbtemperatur von 2.700 Kelvin extra warmweiß, 3.000 Kelvin warmweiß oder 4.000 Kelvin weiß angeboten. Zusätzlich ist die Glaskugelleuchte LED mit einem Abstrahlwinkel von 12, 24 oder 38 Grad erhältlich. Bei einem größeren Abstrahlwinkel verteilt sich das Licht auf eine größere Fläche. Das Kabel mit einer maximalen Länge von 250 cm kann bei Bedarf gekürzt werden. Auf Anfrage sind auch Sonderlängen für das Kabel erhältlich.

can't stop thinking how the vegaspete arc happens in just 4 episodes, happens as a rebound to a failed plan, happens as an afterthought, an inconvenience. they're a secondary pairing, they wind up together. Vegas has no real use for Pete and no real agenda when their arc starts. Vegas doesn't gain anything or become more powerful in the eyes of his father (his one need and want) by torturing Pete; he does it out of pure enjoyment. what's more, Pete has no real use to sleeping with Vegas: he also, crucially, only does it out of pure enjoyment.

it makes me think of their story as an upside down romantic objectification arc: where most real life and fictional romance narratives begin at that objectificafion (we see someone, we consider them fit for us based on specific criteria and usefulness to ourselves), their relationship starts at the inconvenient encounter and only devolves to the "projection" later--Pete becoming a pet for Vegas to project his baggage on.

that's why I'm forever stuck at that hedgehog burial scene. it's the only scene of the two of them in nature (barring Pete's first escape attempt that's still somewhat situated in the built, human environment). only when they find themselves outside that artificial environment, on the grass before a makeshift grave, before death, before the reality of existence, can Vegas & Pete shed their symbolic meaning: as mafia boss, as bodyguard, the roles that only make sense in the complicated tapestry of society: it's Vegas & Pete suspended from that symbolic meaning for long enough to understand they're one and the same.

which, of course can't last. sooner or later, they have to return to the artificial light. they can enjoy their time together, but up to a point. the next day, to Vegas's dismay, he finds he can't fuse together as one with Pete again. he can't assimilate what he's found newly useful in Pete. Vegas' cardinal sin happens not when he tortures, not when he sexually harrasses. Vegas' cardinal sin is finding that "usefulness" in Pete again after they have sex at the safehouse.

no longer just another person Vegas escaped his suffering with, Pete has gained a role, a function. like the roles that have kept him captive for so long, bodyguard, son, Vegas once again traps Pete in the symbolic.

Genus: Setophaga

Originally, this genus was only used for the American Redstart (Setophaga ruticilla). Meaning 'moth-eater', it was used to refer to the flycatcher-like habits of the American Restart, which sallies forth from a perch to catch flying insects rather than plucking them from vegetation.

In 2010, however, a newly published paper disrupted what was thought of Parulidae taxonomy. Using a comprehensive molecular phylogenetic analysis of the family, several genus were merged into Setophaga. Not only that, but a separate genus of warbler was cleaved in two based on the findings.

The Hooded Warbler was previously listed under the genus Wilsonia along with Wilson's Warbler and Canada Warbler. They had even been in an obsolete genus together before this (Sylvania), though this was changed to Wilsonia for other reasons. The 2010 study showed that Wilsonia was polyphyletic, meaning the group may share similar traits, but do not share a common ancestor. Hooded Warbler was moved to Setophaga and Wilson's and Canada Warbler were placed into Cardellina, an existing genus with Red-faced, Pink-headed, and Red Warbler.

The two Parula species were also folded into Setophaga as a result of the 2010 study. The Northern and Tropical Parula were originally the only two members of this genus, with the Northern Parula being the type-specimen of New World Warblers as a whole. I find that a bit ironic, as they are one of the smallest warblers and show quite an unusual color patter when compared to the rest of Parulidae, but I don't exactly know how type-specimen are chosen.

The largest genus to be merged with Setophaga was Dendroica. When I first began learning species names, I was familiar with this as the genus for most warblers. Due to the way taxonomic names work, the name which was published first takes precedent in these merging scenarios. So, despite the fact Dendroica had around 30 species and Setophaga had just 1, Setophaga was published first in 1827 (Dendroica in 1842).

In summary, Setophaga went from just a single species to now being the largest in the Parulid family, holding 34 species!

Design; 6/10 - while I love the goober, he is still slightly unsettling. I really like the expressiveness his little lip flap along with his ears give him, but other than that he's just an orange blob. Lots of children's characters suffer from a trait I've named tinypupilbigeye syndrome, and small is not exempt from this.

Effectiveness/Purpose; 9/10 - (I've never watched this show, feel free to correct me in comments or rbs :] )

Small seems to be designed for the one sole purpose of being the chaotic "source of the issue" character in big and small, directly in contrast to big's gentle demeanor. I'm sure all of you have seen the

toothpaste incident

and that is just an example of his behavior. I did play the game and can confirm he acts like that for most of it. Anyways he pulls off the demonic gremlin swag very well and is great character writing (from what I've seen)
