Please read this, my partner needs help

My partner is @x-bitterly-jittery-x logans dog is hurt and they cant post about it becase the're grounded. The dog not eating and barely drinking, and that his organs are leaking fluid thats prohibiting his breathing. that their family is struggling to keep up with vet bills and paying for his medication because its so close to christmas.
