So I'm guessing when Mammon started his clown pageant, he was dead set on the whole sex toys/robots of whoever won the contest, so he went to Ozzie to make a separate contract with him to make them. Since he hadn't meet Fizz yet and he could have been more or less okay with it at the time (granted, he was probably still hesitant and needed a lot of convincing given how much he emphatically hates Mammon), he wound up signing that contract and as we learned from Stolas in "Oops," the Deadly Sin deals are everlastingly binding, meaning Ozzie is literally forced to make these sex toys of Fizz so long as Fizz winds up signing Mammon's clown contract; Ozzie probably has a fair amount of anger directed at himself when he's talking here thanks to hindsight on the issue, but there really is nothing he can do himself it seems to break it. :( So basically, Fizz really is the only one who can make the Robo Fizzes and other sex toys deal stop. :/
