Part that shocked you the most from 40.
Oh, absoluTELY when Butcher turned against Larson and fought with Noel and Arthur. I was cheering and everything.
A close second would be Kayne's "But his ears still work ;)" at the end. Bro LIVES for the drama.

Does Harlan voice act ALL Malevolent characters?!
I’m so confused because the Malevolent website doesn’t say anything about a cast, other than Harlan who’s the “creator, performer, and editor” but like the voices are so different???? Marie, the landlord, for example— how tf is Harlan changing his voice that much?! or like the grand vizier in episode 40, his accent and speech patterns are completely different than most other characters.

John: *roars with rage, threatening to make Larson suffer with all the juicy details*
Larson: There he is! I knew the King was still in there!
I dunno pal, seems to me like John could have picked it from Arthur as well. They are both pretty unhinged (Arthur sliding to the deeper end of this scale with determination) and it's not John who ate a man once like he threatens here 😬

"tell yellowhead that the dreamlands is a lawless waste without him, will ya?"
Kayne says this to Larson/Yellow and this has implications. The King is no longer in the dreamlands?
Additionally the way Larson talks about reuniting John and Yellow makes it sound like 1 John + 1 Yellow = 1 entire whole King in Yellow.
is...the reason the King hasn't been bothering us the past 2 seasons because Yellow is the entire rest of the King, just mindwiped???
But Yellow remembers being trapped in the Dark World???
ahhh I have so many questions
