Apparently M1 Abrams has better forward view than many heavy pickup trucks do.

RUSSIAN FORCES HUNT DOWN ANOTHER U.S.-MADE ABRAMS TANK IN UKRAINE
📹 Footage from a Russian FPV drone as it hunts down and targets yet another American-made Abrams main battle tank (MBT) belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
It is unclear from the video whether the tank was just damaged or destroyed by the drone strike, however, several Abrams MBT's have already been destroyed by the Russian military.

In the early 90s, in the United States, having received information about the creation of a new generation of Soviet tanks (for example, about the promising "Hammer"), they began working on a radical modernization of their "Abrams".
As a result, a version of the CATTB appeared, armed with a 140mm XM291 cannon with a 22-round automatic loader in the turret niche. Its rate of fire was up to 12 rounds per minute. In total, the ammunition consisted of 36 shots, each of which had a length of one and a half meters.

A column of M1 Abrams maneuver into firing positions along a road near Lee Barracks, Mainz, West Germany, during REFORGER '85, January 1st, 1985.
The M1 Abrams is the current Main Battle Tank (MBT) of the United States, developed to replace the older M60 and provide a counter to Soviet 115mm and 125mm tank guns. As the M1 entered service, they took part in various exercises, particularly the REFORGER (REturn of FORces to GERmany) exercises held in West Germany. Seen here are early M1 Abrams, still armed with the 105mm gun. Attached to the fume extractor of the main gun is the Hoffman tank gunfire simulator, which fires a cartridge that creates a flash, sound, and emits smoke to emulate firing the main gun without actually firing it.

🇺🇲🇺🇦 FIRST AMERICAN-MADE ABRAMS TANKS ARRIVE IN UKRAINE
The first American-made M1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks have arrived in Ukraine, months earlier than expected according to two US Defense officials speaking to the NY Times.
Though the exact number of tanks that has arrived has not been announced, US Officials have said previously that the US would be delivering 31 M1 Abrams MBTs in total.
The tanks were part of an agreement between the United States and its European NATO partners to deliver a total of 300 modern Main Battle Tanks to Ukraine, however only about half that number have actually arrived.
The delivery comes on the tail end of the largely failed Ukrainian Offensive that has seen little territorial progress at the cost of thousands of artillery pieces, dozens of planes & helicopters, hundreds upon hundreds of Armour pieces and MBTs, and tens of thousands of Ukrainian lives.
By comparison, Western sources put Russian tank production & refurbishment at 110 per month, 90 refurbished & 20 new.
