Someone really decorated this 1882 Italianate Victorian in Alameda, California. It has 3bd, 1ba, and lists for $2.5M (gee, and not even 1.5ba).

Isn't this lovely? The wall & ceiling paper in this room are beautiful. It's small as far as sitting rooms go, but it has a gorgeous original fireplace and I don't even mind the pretty carpet instead of wood floors.

𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝖘𝖙𝖔𝖗𝖞 𝖔𝖋 𝕬𝖞𝖊𝖘𝖍𝖆 𝕰𝖗𝖔𝖙𝖎𝖈𝖆:
𝕭𝖆𝖈𝖐𝖌𝖗𝖔𝖚𝖓𝖉:
Ayesha Alexis Auciello-Torres (née Auciello) is a hyperpop producer and songwriter, and a former singer/rapper based in Huntington Beach, California, the city where she was born on August 11th, 1996.
𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝕮𝖔𝖑𝖆 𝕷𝖆 𝕱𝖑𝖆𝖗𝖊 𝕰𝖗𝖆:
During Ayesha’s teenage years, she began to produce and release music on SoundCloud and Deezer under the alias “Cola La Flare”, in which she portrayed herself in the life of a rapstar. However, the music that she produced under Cola La Flare was incredibly problematic, with Ayesha frequently saying the n-word and other problematic lyrics in her songs. She later deleted or shelved all of Cola La Flare’s music, however the songs were later leaked and re-uploaded to SoundCloud where they remain today.
𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕰𝖆𝖗𝖑𝖞 𝖄𝖊𝖆𝖗𝖘 𝖔𝖋 𝕬𝖞𝖊𝖘𝖍𝖆 𝕰𝖗𝖔𝖙𝖎𝖈𝖆/𝕾𝖎𝖈𝖐 𝕬𝖙 𝕳𝖔𝖒𝖊; (2015-2016)
In 2015, 19 year old Ayesha began to release music under a new alias, Ayesha Erotica, and released her debut single “Can I Get a Bump” on April 8th 2015. She would then go on to release six more singles throughout 2015, those being; “That’s hot”, “I’m tasty freestyle”, “Sink or Swim (Original)”, “Daddy’s girl”, “Young, Rich, and Skinny”, and “What it Do”. In January 2016, Ayesha released what was supposed to be her debut mixtape, “Sick at Home”, however this mixtape would be deleted only a few weeks after it was uploaded to SoundCloud and Spotify.
Also in 2015, Ayesha began to work with another artist named Miss Prada, and was the solo producer for Miss Prada’s debut album, “Queen of Pop”, which was released in June 2015. During this time, Ayesha recorded several demos for Miss Prada, in which Ayesha several slurs, including the n-word. These demos were never meant for release, but when Ayesha was doxxed, the demos were leaked and may have been the reason why Ayesha decided to quit.
𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕭𝖎𝖌 𝕵𝖚𝖎𝖈𝖞/𝕭𝖆𝖗𝖊𝖑𝖞 𝕷𝖊𝖌𝖆𝖑 𝖊𝖗𝖆: (2016-2017)
After the scrapping of her debut mixtape “Sick at Home”, Ayesha began work on her debut album “Big Juicy”, which would be released on April 20th 2016, which featured themes such as drugs, sex, prostitution, fame, and luxury. After the album was released, she then went on to create another album that same year “barely legal”, which was released on June 11th 2016, and then finally an EP “Cumshot”, which was released on August 8th 2016.
All of Ayesha’s albums of 2016 followed a similar aesthetic and theme, merging the ideas of washed up celebrities, drugs, fame, and sex, all with a hyperpop/glitch core type beat.
𝕲𝖆𝖓𝖌𝖇𝖆𝖓𝖌, 𝕱𝖗𝖊𝖘𝖍 𝕸𝖊𝖆𝖙, 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝖜𝖜𝖜.𝖋𝖚𝖈𝖐𝖒𝖊.𝖈𝖔𝖒: (2017)
In late 2016, Ayesha had planned the release of her third album “gangbang” in October, however the album was scrapped due to unknown reasons. Following this, Ayesha began work on another album “Fresh Meat”, which was scheduled for a 2017 release, with promises of a brand new album/physical CD’s for sale. In April 2017, Ayesha released the lead single of “Fresh Meat” on her SoundCloud page. Later that fall, Ayesha released another single from the album “Literal Legend” with promises of a music video within a few weeks of the songs release, however this didn’t come to be. The album was confirmed to come out on October 25th 2017, however this would never happen as the album was shelved for unknown reasons.
In November 2017, Ayesha released a new EP titled “www.fuckme.com”, which turned out to be Ayesha’s shortest work, running for only 6 minutes, and fans speculated that the songs were finished songs from “Fresh Meat”, that Ayesha had decided to release.
𝖍𝖔𝖗𝖓𝖞.4𝖚 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝖗𝖊𝖙𝖎𝖗𝖊𝖒𝖊𝖓𝖙: (2018)
In 2018, planned to release her sophomore album, titled “horny.4u”, and described the album as a “horny Christian pop album”. One of the songs from the album, Vacation Bible School was released on September 25th 2018, while another song “We Can Do It!” was leaked onto a discord server. In late 2018, a discord user named “void4ngel” decided to leak much of Ayesha’s unknown social media alongside Ayesha’s real name, onto a website called Doxxbin.
When Ayesha saw that the doxxing of Ayesha’s socials were blamed on Quinn Fatale, she retaliated by doxxing his entire family, including his parents and grandparents. Once Quinn Fatale found out about this, he leaked the demos between Miss Prada and Ayesha from 2015-2016, and this ultimately led to the cancellation of horny.4u and Ayesha’s retirement. Ayesha stated on Twitter in 2018; “Hey! I'm not releasing any further music, at all, under Ayesha Erotica! I'm not a public figure, and I do not want to be an internet celebrity, I don't want to really make friends anymore! Thank you if you support me but please respect my boundaries and stop sending me messages like 'hey bitch lets fuck a cock' or ANYTHING negative about Slayyyter, or any other bullshit I didn't sign up for. If you support me, and you see people being weirdos and hacking dumb ass songs I made on a macbook, please just report and let's move on! There's a lot of music in the world! Also using my name and picture is weird!! I'm not famous I'm literally a shut in and I have 5 friends including my mother, STOP! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE for supporting this manic ass endeavor! And for the people I actually speak to, feel free to message me anytime and I'll get back to you! Sorry I let this shit scare me away from my friends and living life! I have a ton of features still coming out and those are fun, but that's it, please just support the shit that's officially out and leave it at that!"
𝕱𝖊𝖆𝖙𝖚𝖗𝖊 𝕽𝖊𝖑𝖊𝖆𝖘𝖊𝖘 𝖙𝖔 𝕻𝖗𝖊𝖘𝖊𝖓𝖙: (2019-2023)
In 2019, Ayesha released several features on songs like she had promised in 2018 with artists such as CXLE, PLASTIC, and Petey Plastic. On July 28th 2019, pictures of Ayesha with that kid and Petey plastic were leaked on the internet, fans suspected that she would be returning to music, Ayesha went on to clarify;
NO ONE Is coming back! At all, i met 2 friends and they asked for pictures. I'm not releasing any new music and I'm not returning to anything. This if anything makes me want to come back 100% less! Please respect my boundaries! And for the 100000000th time please stop using pictures of me!"
In 2023, rumours of Ayesha returning to music began to emerge on the internet after modern pictures of Ayesha were leaked, showing her with her husband Brendino Jones, partying with Chase Icon, supporting That Kid at his concert in LA, and with a producer/rapper called LordPussyWhip. The rumours were eventually confirmed by LordPussyWhip himself, he confirmed that Ayesha had signed to his label and would eventually make a return to music.
Editors Notes:
This took me forever to do because I’ve been busy with college and work lol, but it’s done and I’m so glad that I have time to make more Ayesha content, especially with her coming back.
I will eventually cover a lot of other artists that were connected to Ayesha like Slayyyter, that kid, Miss Prada and more! but right now I’m focusing on Ayesha.
My next post will either be about Ayesha trivia that some people might not know, or an analysis of Cola La Flare, since I haven’t done a blog about her yet, as I have with Ayesha’s other albums (fyi: I know that Cola La Flare is not an album but I want to cover it in a blog)

2. HOW MUCH DO REAL ESTATE AGENTS CHARGE?
When it comes to real estate agent fees, most agents in Long Beach and California charge a commission based on the sale price of the property. This means that the agent receives a percentage of the final sale price as their fee for their services.
The typical commission rate for real estate agents in Long Beach and California is around 5-6% of the sale price, but this can vary depending on the specific agent and the type of property being sold. For example, luxury properties may have higher commission rates, while some agents may offer lower rates for certain types of sales or clients.
In addition to commissions, some agents may charge flat fees or a combination of fees and commissions. It's important to discuss and negotiate fees with your chosen agent before signing any
3. WHAT IS THE TOUGHEST THING FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS?
Being a real estate agent can be a challenging and competitive profession. One of the toughest things for real estate agents is finding and securing clients. Agents must market themselves effectively and build relationships with potential clients to grow their business.
Once a client is secured, real estate agents face the challenge of negotiating deals and navigating the complex paperwork involved in buying or selling a property. The process can be time-consuming and require a great deal of attention to detail.

Our commitment to transparency and ethical practices sets us apart from other agents in the industry and provides our clients with a positive real estate experience.
5. WHERE ARE THE HIGHEST PAID REALTORS?
Real estate is a lucrative industry, and some regions of California and the United States have a higher concentration of high-earning realtors. In California, areas such as San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles are known for having some of the highest-paid realtors in the state. Nationally, the New York City metropolitan area and other major urban centers tend to have higher average realtor incomes.
Despite the competition, Mr. Long Beach Real Estate stands out as one of the top realtors in Long Beach and California. Our hyperlocal focus on the Long Beach area allows us to provide specialized knowledge and expertise to our clients, resulting in successful transactions and satisfied customers. While our focus is on providing exceptional service rather than just chasing high commissions, our success speaks for itself.

Furthermore, Mr. Long Beach's dedication to his clients extends beyond the transaction itself. He strives to build lasting relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance
6. ARE MOST MILLIONAIRES REAL ESTATE AGENTS?
While it is true that some real estate agents in California can earn a significant income, it is not necessarily the case that most of them become millionaires. According to a report by the California Association of Realtors, the median income for California real estate agents in 2020 was $104,000. However, top-performing agents in high-end markets such as Los Angeles and San Francisco can earn substantially more.
In Long Beach, the real estate market is also competitive, but it offers unique opportunities for real estate agents who specialize in the local market. Mr. Long Beach, for instance, has developed an extensive network of clients and contacts in the community, which has enabled him to become one of the most successful realtors in the area. However, his success is not solely based on the location of his business but also his commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Overall, becoming a millionaire as a real estate agent in California requires a combination of factors such as market conditions, networking, and experience. While it is possible to earn a significant income as a real estate agent in California, it is important to note that it takes time, effort, and dedication to achieve long-term success in this industry.
7. WHO TYPICALLY PAYS CLOSING COSTS IN CALIFORNIA?
In California, it is customary for the buyer to pay for most of the closing costs in a real estate transaction. However, some closing costs may be negotiable between the buyer and the seller. These costs can include fees for the loan origination, appraisal, title insurance, and escrow services.
As a trusted Long Beach real estate agent, Mr. Long Beach ensures that his clients have a clear understanding of their closing costs and can help them navigate the negotiation process. He works closely with his clients to identify any potential cost-saving opportunities and to ensure a smooth and stress-free closing experience.
Whether you are buying or selling a home in Long Beach or the surrounding areas, Mr. Long Beach can help you navigate the complex world of real estate transactions and provide you with the guidance and support you need to achieve your goals.
Closing costs refer to the various fees and expenses that are incurred during a real estate transaction. These costs typically include things like lender fees, title and escrow fees, appraisal fees, and property taxes. In California, the party responsible for paying these costs can vary depending on the specific details of the transaction.
For example, in some cases, the buyer may be responsible for paying most or all of the closing costs. This is especially true if the buyer is financing the purchase with a mortgage loan, as there are a variety of fees associated with obtaining a loan that the buyer will need to pay. However, it's also possible for the seller to agree to pay some or all of the closing costs as part of the negotiation process.
In other cases, the seller may be responsible for paying most or all of the closing costs. This can happen if the seller is particularly motivated to sell the property quickly, or if the buyer is a first-time homebuyer who has limited resources to pay these costs themselves.
As a top real estate agent in Long Beach and California, Mr. Long Beach understands the complexities of real estate transactions and can assist his clients in understanding their closing costs. He can also help negotiate with the other party to ensure that his clients are not unfairly burdened with excessive closing costs.
8. HOW MANY HOUSES DO MOST REALTORS SELL A YEAR?
According to data from the National Association of Realtors, the average real estate agent sells about 12 homes per year. However, the number of homes sold can vary greatly depending on the agent's experience, market conditions, and marketing strategies.
In Long Beach, the real estate market is highly competitive, with many homes for sale and numerous real estate agents vying for clients. Despite these challenges, Mr. Long Beach has established himself as one of the top realtors in the area, selling homes quickly and efficiently.
Mr. Long Beach's extensive knowledge of the local market, combined with his strategic marketing and negotiation skills, enable him to sell homes at the best price and in a timely manner. Whether clients are looking to buy or sell a home in Long Beach, Mr. Long Beach's expertise and dedication to his clients make him the best choice for all their real estate needs.
In California, the average number of homes sold by real estate agents varies depending on the region and market conditions. According to data from the California Association of Realtors, the average number of homes sold per agent in 2020 was around 6.5. However, this number can vary significantly from one region to another, with some areas having much higher sales volumes than others.
In highly competitive markets like San Francisco or Los Angeles, top-performing real estate agents can sell dozens or even hundreds of homes per year. In more rural or less densely populated areas, the average number of homes sold by real estate agents may be lower.
Despite these variations, Mr. Long Beach stands out as a top-performing real estate agent in Long Beach and California. His proven track record and personalized approach to each client's needs enable him to sell homes quickly and at the best possible price, regardless of the market conditions.
