Stand Up NYC Is Throwing a Benefit To Fight Tennessee Drag Ban In the wake of Tennessee's recent passage of anti-trans and anti-drag bills, the drag community is mobilizing to help fight back against the latest wave of Republican-backed discriminatory legislation, with even RuPaul having most recently decried it as "a classic distraction technique" from "the real issues that they were voted into office to focus on."Now, the New York City nightlife community is pulling out all the stops to help raise funds for local and national organizations pushing back against anti-trans bills with the mother of all benefits.Related | RuPaul Speaks Out Against Anti-Drag LegislationOrganized by drag performer Julie J and producer Aaron S. Hock, "Stand Up NYC: A Benefit for Our Trans & Drag Family in Tennessee & Beyond" is set to take place March 21 at Brooklyn venue 3 Dollar Bill. The benefit is set to feature over 200 performers and nightlife icons pulled from across the nightlife community, including current RuPaul's Drag Race contestants and alums Marcia Marcia Marcia, Olivia Lux, Luxx Noir London, Jax and yet-to-be-announced mystery headliners, as well as local legends such as Marti Gould Cummings, Rify Royalty, Janelle NO.5 and more.Proceeds from the night's festivities will go towards benefitting organizations working on the ground to benefit the LGBTQ+ community including the ACLU of Tennessee, Black Trans Liberation and the Trans Formations Project. In addition to the night's entertainment, the benefit will feature raffles and offerings from local vendors, all of whom have agreed to donate a portion of their sales to the previously named organizations.Tickets for the event sold out in less than 24 hours, but a very limited amount of additional tickets will be available here as they become available. Getting into the goth subculture
ok just to clarify, nobody asked for this but i’m making it anyway
here are some great influences for the goth music subcultures
i’ve been hyperfixated on pretty much every one except metal and grunge at one point or another so i think i’m pretty qualified to make this statement.
also some of these artists are problematic so please do your research before you promote them! also i don’t support any of their actions, they just have good music that’s very influential to the scene.
anyways…let’s get started
- siouxsie and the banshees are a really great band to start out and they’re one of the most popular goth bands. they have about 12 albums and 2 compilations. they had many members at different times but notable members are siouxsie sioux (lead vocals), jon klein (guitar), steven severin (bass + keyboards), budgie (drums), and martin mccarrick (keyboard + strings)
- another great goth band is bauhaus, they are one of the pioneers of gothic rock and are often credited with making the first goth song. they have five studio albums. members include daniel ash (guitars + saxophone + lead vocals + backing vocals), peter murphy (lead vocals + backing vocals + guitar + keyboards + melodica + congas), kevin haskins (drums + keyboards + piano + backing vocals), and david j (bass + keyboards + percussion + lead vocals + backing vocals).
- another great band to start off with is the cramps (i recommend their album psychedelic jungle). many people think of the cramps as more psychobilly or punk-ish but they are also considered gothabilly and have gothic elements. they have at least 8 (i’m not sure) studio albums, 2 EPs, 2 live albums, and 4 compilations. members include, Lux interior (lead vocals + harmonica + percussion), Poison Ivy (lead guitar + rhythm guitar + bass), Slim Chance (bass), and Nick Knox (drums + percussion)
in order for a band to be goth they must play either gothic rock, post-punk, ethereal wave, cold wave, dark wave, death rock, visual kei, gothic pop, gothic metal, gothic symphonic metal or another gothic subgenre.
some more goth bands include…
- the cure (post-punk)
- sisters of mercy
- christian death (death rock)
- she wants revenge (gothic rock)
- alien sex fiend
- sex gang children
- lebanon hanover
- type o negative (gothic metal)
- o.children
- joy division
- london after midnight
- bat nouveau
- horror vacui
- the danse society
- strawberry switchblade (gothic pop/synth pop)
- depeche mode
- cocteau twins
- switchblade symphony
- fields of the nephilium
- twin tribes
- the march violets
- xmal deutschland
- clan of xymox
- pink turns blue
- rosetta stone
- plastique noir
- mephisto walz
- corpus delicti
- 13th chime
- specimen
- skeletal family
- molchat doma
- drab majesty
- altar de fey
- inkubus sukkubus
- strawberry switchblade
- the birthday massacre
- killing joke
- this cold night
- japan
- the birthday party
- paralysed age
- the scary bitches
- scarlet’s remains
- mareux
- she past away
- bloody dead and sexy
- rose garden funeral party
- mephisto walz
- this cold night
- cold cave
and more!
edit: just a note. you do not need to dress goth to be goth. goth fashion is optional. if you choose to dress goth but don’t listen to goth music you are just alt. the only way to be goth is to agree with the beliefs behind it and listen to the music (you can also listen to other genres in addition to goth).
some beliefs of the gothic/alt community are:
- there is beauty in darkness, pain/sadness, and the macabre
- rejection of conservatism
- rejection of conformity
- anti-war
- anti-racist
- anti-fascist
- anti-authoritarian
- pro-LGBTQ
- pro-choice
- anti-capitalism
- and other leftist or anarchistic beliefs
also…
if you agree with the beliefs but nothing else you are just a leftist/anarchist
if you listen to the music or dress goth but don’t agree with the beliefs you’re not alt and/or you are considered a “poser”. right-wingers cannot be alt because they contradict eachother.
if you listen to goth music you are goth
if you agree with everything you are goth

John Wick: Chapter 4
Tumblr media
Box Office Preview: ‘John Wick 4’ Huge $70 Million Opening Weekend
The fourth installment of John Wick had a strong opening weekend at the box office, grossing an estimated $70 million domestically and $120 million internationally. The film's domestic opening is to be the biggest ever for an R-rated film in March. "John Wick: Chapter 4" did particularly well in foreign markets, with strong showings in China, the United Kingdom, and Russia. The film's success can be attribute to its devoted fanbase, as well as its effective marketing campaign and favourable reviews. Chad Stahelski directs John Wick: Chapter 4, an American neo-noir action thriller film written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch, set to release in 2023.The fourth entry in the John Wick series and the follow-up to John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019), it features Keanu Reeves as the title character and an ensemble cast that also includes Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgrd, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick (in one of his final roles), Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, and Ian McShane. Lionsgate confirmed the development of a fourth John Wick film before the release of its predecessor and announced it formally in May 2019, with Reeves' return also confirmed. Hatten joined the project in May 2020, followed by Finch in March 2021, marking the first film in the franchise not written by franchise creator Derek Kolstad.Principal photography lasted from June to October 2021, with locations including France, Germany, New York City, and Japan. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the release of John Wick: Chapter 4, originally scheduled for May 21, 2021, was delay. The film premiered on March 6, 2023, at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London, and Lionsgate plans to release it in the United States on March 24, 2023. Critics gave it favourable reviews.
Story of John Wick Chapter 4
While hiding underground with the Bowery King in New York City, John Wick plots his vengeance against the High Table. He travels to Morocco and assassinates the Elder, the only person above the High Table. The Marquis Vincent de Gramont, a senior member of the High Table, summons Winston Scott, the manager of the New York Continental Hotel, and his concierge Charon, and chastises Winston for failing to assassinate John. While hiding underground with the Bowery King in New York City, John Wick plots his vengeance against the High Table. He travels to Morocco and assassinates the Elder, the only person above the High Table. The Marquis Vincent de Gramont, a senior member of the High Table, summons Winston Scott, the manager of the New York Continental Hotel, and his concierge Charon because Winston failed to assassinate John. The Marquis then chastises Winston for his failure.
Tumblr media
A tracker pursuing John for a contract interrupts them, dubbed "Mr. Nobody" by de Gramont. De Gramont decides that the contract money is insufficient and allows John to go free. Akira also escapes, but Caine kills Koji. When John returns to New York, he encounters a vengeful Winston at Charon's gravesite. Winston suggests that John challenge De Gramont to a duel, as winning will release him from the High Table's obligations. According to the Table's traditions, John can only request a duel on behalf of a crime family; however, given his previous severance from the Ruska Roma,John travels to their Berlin headquarters to receive a new crest denoting his membership in the syndicate. Katia, his adoptive sister, agrees to do in exchange of killing Killa who murdered her father. Killa is found and killed in John's nightclub. Katia then tattoos a Ruska Roma crest on John's arm, allowing him to formally request a duel with de Gramont through Winston, who requests that the New York Continental be rebuilt with him reinstated as manager as part of his terms if John wins. In a meeting moderated by the Harbinger, the Table's emissary, John and de Gramont decide the terms of their duel in Paris. De Gramont appoints Caine, a reluctant fighter, to fight in his place. The duel is scheduled for the following sunrise at Sacré-Coeur; the Harbinger informs John that if he fails to appear on time, both he and Winston will be executed. The Bowery King arrives in Paris to present John with a weapon as well as a new ballistic suit. De Gramont tries to keep John from attending the duel by putting a $40 million contract on his head. On his way to Sacré-Coeur, John fights off hordes of assassins, including Mr. Nobody, but the latter stops hunting John after he saves Mr. Nobody's dog from being killed by Chidi. Caine helps John fight his way up the stairs to the Sacré-Cur; Chidi nearly kills John, but Mr. Nobody kills him first. John and Caine make it to the summit just in time to save Winston. Caine severely wounds John in the first two rounds of their pistol duel. De Gramont requests that John be executed personally for the final round, but John, who has yet to fire his gun, shoots and kills de Gramont. Although the Harbinger declares him free of his debt to the High Table, John dies peacefully as a result of his wounds. Winston and the Bowery King attend John's funeral after Winston is reinstated as manager of the Continental, having buried him next to his late wife Helen. Akira approaches Caine later, seeking to avenge her father's death.
Cast of John Wick Chapter 4
Keanu Reeves plays Jardani Jovanovich / Jonathan "John" Wick, a professional hitman and assassin with a legendary reputation who is now being pursued by the High Table. Caine, a blind High Table assassin and an old friend of John Wick, is played by Donnie Yen. Bill Skarsgard plays Marquis Vincent de Gramont, a powerful High Table member whose position is challenged by John Wick. Laurence Fishburne plays the Bowery King, a former underworld boss who was abandoned by the High Table and is now a sponsor for John Wick. Hiroyuki Sanada as Shimazu Koji, the manager of the Continental Hotel in Osaka and an old friend of John Wick. Shamier Anderson as the Tracker / Mr. Nobody, a bounty hunter pursuing Wick Lance Reddick as Charon, the concierge at the Continental Hotel in New York. Rina Sawayama plays Akira, Koji's daughter and the Osaka Continental's concierge. Scott Adkins as Killa, the head of the German Table and a man who shares one trait with John Wick: they share an enemy. Winston Scott, the manager of the New York Continental Hotel and a friend of John Wick, is played by Ian McShane. Furthermore, Clancy Brown plays the Harbinger, a high-ranking operative of the High Table; Natalia Tena plays Katia, John Wick's adoptive sister; and Marko Zaror plays Chidi, the Marquis de Gramont's right-hand man. George Georgiou replaces Sad Taghmaoui from John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum as the Elder, the "Man Above the (High) Table" (2019). Bridget Moynahan plays Helen, John's late wife.
Production of John Wick Chapter 4
Development Lionsgate announced John Wick: Chapter 4 on May 20, 2019, via their opt-in "John Wick" text update service, writing, "You have served. You will be useful. "John Wick: Chapter 4 will be released on May 21, 2021." Prior to the release of the third film, director Chad Stahelski confirmed on a Reddit "AMA" thread that there had been discussions for another film, and that he would be involved if the threequel was successful. Despite this announcement, it was not confirmed whether or not star Keanu Reeves would return for a new installment. He did, however, tell GQ that he would continue to play the role for as long as the audience wanted him to, saying, "As far as my legs can take me, as far as the audience wants me to." Stahelski later teased the fourth film in an interview with IndieWire, saying Wick would not have a "happy ending" in the fourth film, saying, "John may survive all of this shit, but there's no happy ending." He has nowhere to go. I challenge you right now, and here's a question for you: How do you want me to end this? Do you believe he'll ride off into the fucking sunset? He's murdered 300 fucking people and now he's just going to, everything's fine? He'll just fall in love with a love interest? How is this guy's day going to end if you're this fucking guy, if this guy really existsed? He's going to be fucked for the rest of his life. It is simply a matter of time." Furthermore, Stahelski hinted at Winston's fate in the fourth film, saying, "He intended to shoot him. Did he intend to murder him? That's open to interpretation; you can take it one of two ways, and that's where John Wick 4 picks up some of the unanswered questions." The studio decided to replace series creator Derek Kolstad with Shay Hatten, who will write the script in May 2020.
Tumblr media
After seeing their film Concrete Cowboy, Stahelski hired Ricky Staub and Dan Walser to write the script in February. Predators screenwriter Michael Finch took over screenwriting duties in March 2021. IndieWire revealed on May 1, 2020, that the fourth film had been pushed back to May 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Reeves' commitments to The Matrix Resurrections, which was also set to be released on the same original date window as Wick 4.""Keanu's gotta go finish his commitment up on The Matrix, which is a big deal and which I think will probably take him until the end of the year," Stahelski said. Then we'll go into preparation mode before we begin. So release dates are unknown at this time." Reeves confirm himself when the announcement for the fourth film was made that he had started his training for both John Wick 4 and The Matrix Resurrections.

Fresh Pressed: Neverland Digital's Medusa's Ball This is Fresh Pressed, in which photographer Matt Weinberger takes us inside some of the rawest moments happening in NYC and beyond. Fresh Pressed is all about encountering the juicy ideas, aesthetics and people shaping culture through the lens of the city's many creative scenes.Neverland Digital’s Medusa’s Ball (3/25)NYC art/music house and creative agency Neverland Digital (Nora Luciano, Elsie Drew and Ester Shmulyian) hosted Medusa’s Ball at BAF Art Gallery, where guests and collaborators all came together to party like the gods. The event was thrown in honor of Medusa, with ten visual artists tasked with creating and presenting work inspired by Medusa’s famous story. The group show featured a 30-foot glowing snake in the middle of the room, projection work, interactive pieces, photography and paintings, all created by local artists. They also presented live music, opening up with refreshing jazz by Wayne Tucker and Addison Frei, followed by Stew Jefe who rapped and hyped everyone up for Max Volante (producer, songwriter and instrumentalist) and his band. Max had some seriously great vibes and got the whole crowd feeling his soul as they swayed and danced around to the electric energy of his genre-bending performance. We Take Manhattan Party @ Old Flings (3/22)Organized by Allyson Camitta (aka Shallowhalo) and Charlie Baker, the We Take Manhattan party at Old Flings brought together some of the city’s most influential downtown scenesters for a night of shoulder-to -shoulder dancing and cramped but quality conversation. The event was the fourth party in the ongoing party series organized by Allyson and Charlie. The name of the party series is a reference to the Leonard Cohen song "First We Take Manhattan," which explores the idea that once one takes over Manhattan, one can take over the world. In addition to Shallowhalo and Charlie Baker DJing, Curtis Everett Pawley, aka The Life, took to the DJ booth and played a set to the delight of the audience. Shallowhalo is on tour at the moment — they just put out a new single, "Renaissance Affair," and have a single release show on April 5 at Elsewhere Zone One where Thoom and Birthday Girl will be performing and Angel Emoji will be DJing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the lyrics ring true: first they’ll take over Manhattan, then Berlin and, in no time, the world. The next We Take Manhattan party will be at The Cock on April 26.Stand Up NYC Drag Benefit @ 3 Dollar Bill (3/21)Aiding the fight against the anti-trans bills that have just been passed in Tennessee, NYC drag performer Julie J sold out the Brooklyn venue 3 Dollar Bill (in one day) for a night of community and drag. The cast included RuPaul's Drag Race current contestants and alums Marcia Marcia Marcia, Olivia Lux, Luxx Noir London and Jax as well as NYC staples Marti Gould Cummings, Rify Royalty, Janelle NO.5 and so many more fabulous talents. Elaborate costumes, riveting performances, mesmerizing hair and makeup and heart-pounding dance moves filled the night as the crowd came out to support Julie J and the wonderful cast of performers that came out to "drag out the vote." A key element of the event was to encourage everyone to register to vote so that they could have their voice heard via casting a ballot. The event felt like both a protest against anti-trans, anti-queer and homophobic legislation and a celebration of democracy. Political and community organizer Samy Nemir Olivares took the stage in between drag performances to give a speech explaining the importance of the event and why the community needs to get together and fight against harmful legislation. Proceeds from the event benefitted the ACLU of Tennessee, The Trans Formations Project and Black Trans LiberationBlack Trans Liberation. Baby's Presents SXSW NYC Beat (3/18)The NYC (and LA) music scene took over this little corner of Austin at the SXSW NYC Beat concert — presented by Baby's All Right — at popular downtown venue "The Cave and The Creek." The showcase featured two stages, both sporting incredible lineups of musicians. The indoor stage was curated by Sunflower Bean and featured sets by The Life, Strange Ranger, Thus Love, Malice K, Hello Mary, Model/Actriz and Sunflower Bean themselves. The energy inside was booming, with a mix of music industry professionals and seasoned concertgoers vibing out.Things got pretty wild in the later sets, and, by the end of the night, as Sunflower Bean took the stage, the crowd was stirring up into a bountiful mosh pit of bodies smashing into one another. The outdoor stage, curated by Perfectly Imperfect, featured sets by Eera, Mgna Crrrta, Club Eat, Damon Rush, Blaketheman1000, Snow Strippers, The Helpp and Isabella Lovestory. This side of the venue was more electronic-heavy and brought out a younger demographic of fans than those inside, with bubbly fans ripping cigarettes and jumping up and down as they popped to their favorite bops. Isabella Lovestory gave a particularly compelling performance to end the night, wrapping things up with a cherry bomb bang. The Helpp is no easy act to follow but Isabella managed to go beyond holding her own, delivering what felt like the perfect storybook ending to a night filled with great performers.Austin Rave by 1222 BY-PRODUCT With Snow Strippers, Club Eat, Eera (3/17)The Snow Strippers may be the next big thing. The band is a duo made up of members Tatiana Schwaninger and Graham Perez. They met in Florida back in 2018 and began making music together around the end of 2021. The duo produces an electronic, icy eargasm sound, making music that makes you want to dance. This is the kind of stuff that will make you bang your head with no shame as you ride a crowded L train to work. Graham had been producing music for a number of years, while Tati had no previous experience making music before they teamed up. Despite her lack of prior experience, she has the voice of a thousand snow angels. Their live set was a fun departure from the more refined sound you might hear when streaming their music online. In concert, Tati jumped around the stage, glitching into multiple dimensions of hype and glory, pulling the whole audience into dark recesses of happiness and fun. Alongside the Snow Strippers, Club Eat and Eera also took the stage and gave solid performances, providing the concertgoers with additional icy cold, refreshing beats to enjoy. You Missed It's Backyard Bash (3/17)The Kerwin Brothers have struck again, succeeding in throwing an absolutely epic party, co-organized with the Mauri sisters, Cristina and Andrea. With backyard tattoos, unlimited booze, oil wresting, free cigarettes, and a lineup that included High, The Dallas Cowboys, May Rio, Blaketheman1000, Nite Fire, Tagabow, Hotline TNT and The Frost Children, everything was in place for an incredible night to ensue. And ensue it did. Smashing beers and taking flash pics, the crowd of mostly local college students and NY/LA weekend visitors partied harder than a school of fish during summer vacation. In NYC, it's very rare to ever get to party in a backyard, so all of the NY locals had the time of their lives. Green grass turned to mud as the crowd jumped around to the electric sets by the many talented musical acts. The Dallas Cowboys stood out for their ability to get the crowd moving, and once the crowd was going, the energy didn’t stop for the rest of the night. They say everything is bigger in Texas and that rang true for the crowd's energy. Legendary nightlife photographer Mark Hunter, aka The Cobrasnake, claimed that it was potentially in the top 10 parties he had ever been to. Yeehaw and God bless Texas!Simone Films Oscars Watch Party @ Nine Orchard (3/12)Simone Films, founded by filmmakers Rebekah Sherman-Myntti and KJ Rothweiler, is a New York-based independent entertainment company doing things unlike any other production company in NYC right now. It's known within the downtown scene as a pillar in shaping a certain subset of the creative community. The company has achieved some degree of a cult following via its exciting events and through curating other scene-centered activities such as hosting a popular actors' studio for up-and-coming talent with teachers such as Michael Imperioli, Alex Ross Perry, Dolly Wells and Peter Vack. On this particular occasion, Simone Films threw a banger of a party, with drinks flowing, an abundance of popcorn and a bumping vinyl DJ set by Billy Jones, the owner of the popular music venue Baby’s All Right. The Oscars watch party was attended by actors, directors, musicians, podcasters, art shmos, indie sleaze queens, cinephiles and a slew of other creatures of the downtown scene. Some notable attendees included Bart Cortright, Makunda Angulo, Eugene Kotlyarenko, Lotfy Nathan and Marcelo Gaia. The owner of Nine Orchard, Andy Rifkin, also pulled up to the event. One thing is clear: Simone Films knows how to bring together a large group of exciting people. It wouldn’t be a surprise if a number of the attendees are at the Oscars in a few years, rather than watching it on TV.The Twink Next Door's Party Backstage @ Dallas BBQ (3/11)Texas-sized piña coladas, glitter and faux fur were all the rage behind the scenes at The Twink Next Door’s debut NYC runway show, unveiling his new collection as a tease of what’s to come as he plans on dropping his new clothing line, TWINK, this Friday. Inspired by icons like Julia Fox, Lady Gaga and Cruella DeVille, The Twink Next Door is bringing maximalist experimental fashion to the downtown NYC scene in stride. Throwing a fun, quirky, DIY aesthetic into the Wild West that is Dallas BBQ made for an undoubtedly memorable (albeit mildly chaotic), ultimately fabulous experience. The collection ate, and so did lots of the attendees. As far as I can tell, this BBQ stood for big, bold and queenly. Those fits were royally delicious.
The Imperial Harem.
Servants of the Dynasty.
A Woman's Place is in the House: Royal Women of Judah and their Involvement in the House of David, d’Elna K. Solvang : une.grande.claque !
The Dynamics of Ancient Empires.

Let us begin again ringing in the New Year here in Rapture. Here’s a little tribute based off Johnny Dombrowski’s marvelous illustration though with a slightly older Wurlitzer model instead. Those new Bubbler jukeboxes always seem to jam and play only a few seconds of a song.
As always, we’ll take this time to remember Patti Page, singer of “Doggie in the Window” who also passed away on New Year’s Day.
We’re celebrating another 10th anniversary of a sister game this year with Fallout 3 and a new set of sounds wafting in from Appalachia.
See if your favorite record, 8-track, cassette, or wax cylinder was featured this year:

How do you choose Best Luxury Candles Gifts Online?
Tumblr media
When choosing the Best Luxury Candles Gifts Online for your home, function, and placement are important considerations. Make sure you have the right one!
Kitchen: Citrus and food scents. Wild Lime from True Grace, Neom's Sicilian Lemon or Fresh Basil
Bedroom: Lavender and Rose for their relaxing and soothing properties. Jo Malone's Red Roses and Juss London Rose and Lavender are great options.
Bathroom: Rosemary and Jasmine. Eucalyptus and True Grace Rosemary are good options.
Living Room: Any light, airy scent is appropriate for large sunny spaces. Diptyque's Mimosa or Jo Malone’s famous Lime Basil and Mandarin are good options. Traditional villas will be able to take on more intense fig and amber scents. Votivo's Moroccan Figuier or L'Artisan's Interieur Figuier are two options.
CireTrudon:
CireTrudon is the oldest candle manufacturer in the world and was also the royal wax producer to Napoleon and Louis XIV. They offer a variety of natural vegetal wax candles, all encased with puffed glass made by Italian artisans. The Abd El Khader is a combination of aromas of spearmint and lemon, blackcurrant and apple, with jasmine, vanilla, and notes of jasmine.
Diptyque:
This brand is responsible for the rise in high-end candles. Babies Noires (Rose & Blackcurrant) are its most loved candles. FiguierVerte is their most popular candle. You can also try the limited edition Christmas versions, which include Epinette candles scented with spruce and blackcurrants, and Perdigone candles scented with spiced plums.
Vie Luxe:
Marjorie Gubelmann founded the brand and was inspired by her favorite travel destinations - including Buenos Aires, St Barths, and Cote d'Azur. The candles are a mix of botanical wax, beeswax, and fragrance oils.
Neom:
Neom, a new brand in the market, is an organic luxury brand that claims to offer aromatherapeutic benefits. They burn cleanly and don't soot, unlike Best Candles Gifts Online which contains petrochemicals.

☀ song shuffle tag!
Rule: Put your playlist on shuffle and tell us the first 10 songs. Then tag 10 people.
I was tagged by @neverheresims :) Thanks a lot for the tag !
I have multiple playlists, especially because I made a playlist for every show I wrote so here’s a mix of what I listen oftenly (songs or artists I love)
Femmes - Camélia Jordana (her last album Facile x Fragile dropped last friday and it’s so good, this song is one of my favourite)
Hell to the Liars - London Grammar (this band is just magical. Also, all their covers are amazing)
Noir - Yseult (one of the best french artist ever)
Nightcrawling - Miley Cyrus and Billy Idol (this was the surprising song of 2020, so many DH vibes in it)
Enjoy the Silence - Depeche Mode (Classics are always good)
Lost it to trying - Son Lux (this band changed my life I think)
Dancing on my own - Robyn (This is probably the perfect song when you need to dance alone)
Bad Guy - Vitamin String Quartet (I’ve been obessed with classical cover of pop songs lately, it’s so so good and relaxing ! I feel like living in a fairytale sometimes XD)
Love Will Tear Us Appart Again - Joy Division (Yes I’m obsessed with 80′s bands)
M.I.A - P.O.W.A (I could have chose any of her song to be honest. Perfect when you need to release the beast inside you ^^ I could have also picked one from Beyoncé because, you know ...)
For this one I don’t tag anyone specifically but feel free to do it and tag me if you want to :) I always love to discover new songs !
