In fact, it is “A Healthy Way of Living”. When you make fitness your way of living, you truly get the full benefits of it. But what can help you to make fitness your favorite habit so you don’t want to let it go ever? It is common to not feel like exercising if you are not motivated. So what can you do? Finding Company or an Exercise or Sport Buddies: Friend, or a group of likeminded people where you feel like you *belong* and be your true self. Finding a common group of people or exercise buddies will be very helpful because you will have someone to report to which will ensure that you are answerable if you do not turn up and it will encourage you to exercise regularly. Physical workout when done in groups can have great positive effects both on your body and mind. Apart from that, you should also participate in local sports/running events, not just to win, but mostly for Fun & Motivation.
