'good morning students! i hope you've got your models ready for today.' you say, walking into the class. the curtains have been rolled up perfectly by your plethora of eager art students, who chant a good morning, staring at you as your steps fall into the classroom. they know you like to work with the sunlight.

they scramble around their canvases and models, the soles of their shoes rubbing against the newly polished tiles. they look at you with eager faces, waiting for your model to appear. you raise your hands, addressing them.

'okay so this the first class is for realism - which annoys a lot of people over here, i know. but everybody has to pass these few assignments okay? i've to send them for supervision to the higher authorities so that they can ensure i've put on the correct grades according to the quality of the work.'

'because unlike you, they don't care about the creativity,' the political science professor enters the classroom, wearing his dazzling white smile. the students turn their heads, watching him enter the room. among the few students who know both him and you, there's rumbling. and among those who know you, there's questions rising of the cause of the sudden rumbling.

'quieten down kids, no more talking. this is a very important class. you'll learn the basics and the importance of this branch of art. mr. potter,' you look him in the eye. he visibly tones down his raised arms and shoulders, 'i need you to bring me two tools and a canvas.' he nods.

james is sitting directly under the rays of the sun. they are golden, reflecting upon his beautiful dusky brown skin. it hits him in the eye, but he's still, letting you take your sweet time while you explain the theories and the basics of the art.

he likes how patiently you teach them the correct ways and methods while also consoling them by reminding them every other artist has a unique style and shouldn't be bound by some rules. you stay to teaching them the outlines of color theories, which couldn't be modified much when this art style was practiced.

he's also never felt this nervous and giddy. he's usually a very confident man, but within your presence, a few ties of his uptight confidence break, and all hell loses free. he's turns into a puddle right under your piercing gaze, which is unusual for a man like james potter. he would still remember the day you'd asked him to model for you. he'd gone home and giggled into the pillow like a high school high on hormones.

'hi, mr. potter,' you'd whispered behind him. he'd been talking to sirius. he'd been taken aback by your sudden appearance- and sirius' lack of reaction, considering he'd been sitting facing james.

he turned around, and by habit ruffled his already messy hair. he smiled, trying to hide the pleasant shock behind his eyes. he felt his cheeks warming up with the way you looked at him. sliding him a paper cup, you stood, twiddling with your thumbs.

'this is?-'

'chai! masala chai! consider it a bribe for the awkward question i'm about to ask.'

'nothing is awkward james, love. i think you'll be fine.' sirius said. he slipped his fingers within the crook of his jacket that had been hanging on the edge of the chair. he smiled, a mischievous uplift of his lips. 'but just in case,' he said, walking out of the room, leaving you and james alone. james gulped, following his friend's silhouette.

'so...'

'yeah, uhm so i was wondering whether you'd model for me? only if you're comfortable though!' james was sure the red hot blood rush into his cheeks was extremely was visible. he felt his nerves turn mush and stomach flip with giddiness.

'i don't particularly mind it no,' he said. he took the burning cup into his grip, taking a slow sip. he only hoped it wouldn't be too spicy.

'so you're up for it?' you asked. he saw the tension from your back literally lift up, and a glee float in your eyes.

'i am up for it,' he said taking another sip of the tea. 'but you need to tell me why me,' you rubbed the back of your head, laughing nervously.

'uhh... i think you've gorgeously complicated features which would allow me to teach my students with enthusiasm because i teach the best with complicated features. i don't mean it in a harsh way, i also think you're beautiful so...' he nodded letting your words sink into his brain and stop himself from taking you by your neck and press his lips onto yours.

'is it any good? the tea?' you asked, breaking the awkward tension and the lack of his response. you wondered whether you made him uncomfortable with your answer.

'it's perfect. the sweetness and the spiciness.'

it was not.

'okay so carefully outline your vision for the model, and let your brains take over your mind! this has been a boring class i realize but please submit your homework by the deadline so i'll suggest ways for improving your work-'

'-because this is extremely important for your grades students. now the kids over here who are also in my class, i'll deduct grades if you all don't take her words seriously.' james completed for you, cracking his back and rolling his shoulders. the students booed mockingly. one of them, a fiery person too raised her voice,

'you're barely serious in your own classes!' james knitted his eyebrows.

'are you questioning my abilities of teaching?'

'no, i'm not. i'm saying you're not serious in your own lessons sometimes- and you're a pretty much of a goofball yourself.'

'that's fine, i can be a goofball and be a good professor too. ms. grace, please mind your tone, or i'll be obliged to turn into an insufferable old prat.'

'okay come on let's not create an unnecessary drama over here, you have theatres and mr. pettigrew to help with that.' you said, trying to calm down bubbling waters. the students picked up their bags, walking away. yet again, leaving the both of you alone.

james helped you put on your coat. he wondered whether his part was done. he wondered why he cared so much about whether his part was done or not. the question lingered at the tip of his tongue before he spat it out.

'is my work done now?' he asks. you linger, your back faced towards him. he feels a wave of heat from your body crumple over his senses. you turn around, facing him. the remnants of the sun rays surround him, filtering out his outline. there's something in his eyes. a string of vulnerability you've never seen in his eyes. a string of vulnerability he's never felt within his.

'no.' you say. your breath is hot, which falls on his lips. he gulps, noticing how close you are. somehow it feels natural. in your piercing gaze he feels his beating heart stop. it's as if your features are one hell of a drug, reeking him into a spiral of things he's never felt before. your beauty is surreal, captured within his memories and his heart. he wishes he'd capture the way he sees you onto the canvas.

'are you bored of me, james?' you ask. you've never said his name before. it sets his senses on fire, a creeping hotness melting onto his nerves.

'no,' he says. he moves closer, his mouth so close to yours. he wants to touch them, get drunk upon the reminiscent taste he's never tasted before.

'are you sure, james?' you ask, your eyes falling onto his lips. he nods, unable to answer. in your eyes, he sees his portrait in a beauty he's never seen before. his fingers slips into yours, and he feels them.

and he wonders, when your fingers work on the canvas, how you conceive him, how you decipher him. all he's sure of is that he's the most beautiful when you portray him.

i do have some kenny hcs <333 take a seat here's a snack we’re gonna be here for a while 🧁🧃 (THANK YOU FOR INDULGING ME <3 this man genuinely makes me feel ill im sooo delusional abt him)

okok so first of all; general hcs !!

he likes art!! loves art!! this one is canon to me i just think he is so interested in any and all of humanity’s creative outlets and ofc art is the most prominent one. he loves all different forms of art — from sculptures to paintings to writing to video games (HEAVY on the latter btw i think he's so entranced by new technology) and so on.

and on that note!! i think he paints and writes himself :3 hes been alive for so long, learned so many languages, there's no way he didn't have time to pick up a paint brush. i think he paints to release stress!! and his styles vary but there's something mildly macabre abt all of his pieces. tends to gravitate towards expressionism above all else, especially the abstract kind.

i also feel like he sincerely enjoys ”bad” art like low budget movies and modern romance fiction and goofy video games…… he just thinks they're fun. def gets a good laugh out of them (this man canonically had a whole comedy phase he just wants to have fun!!)

and and and!! this is self indulgent as hell but i also think he cooks. there's just so much to learn when it comes to different cultures and their cuisine and i think they all interest him. but i hesitate to say that he's a good cook bc i feel like he’d make really weird fucked up food combinations just for the hell of it…. he's a freak. 100% the type to mix orange juice w black coffee just to see how it tastes.

i also hc that he has a soft spot for children, seeing as he literally carried and birthed one of his own LMAO... i just think he admires the innocence of childhood !! that childish and simple hope that adults tend to lose. he's very good w them too!! gentle and patient. and in geto’s body he has the softest nicest voice so i feel like kids gravitate towards him (i'm just thinking abt that One scene where he blows bubbles at a playground and all the kids chase them… they love him i just know he's a regular at that park)

OH AND……. idk if i’d call this a hc exactly but i just wanna see kenny in more feminine clothing. he literally has All the genders i don't think for a second that he cares abt gender norms. one moment he's in that tacky middle aged divorced father core hawaiian tshirt (he's so Me), the next he's wearing a purple floral dress or a puffy turtleneck <33 i just think he could pull anything off.

NOW FOR THE GOOD STUFF……. relationship hcs <33333 hes a whole red flag but hes also my silly pookie bear just trust me on this

FIRST OF ALL he's huge on quality time. if he's in a relationship w u then that means he sincerely enjoys ur company and therefore has a tendency to just bring u with him wherever he goes. otherwise he gets bored and starts whining abt it (silly silly man) hes a lonely guy ok </3 i feel like he gets very sudden urges to explore new places / do new things and he’ll make sure you’re right there w him !! you’ll wake up in his arms only to find you're in a snowy forest or some shit and he just WILL not tell u where he's taken u bc its ”a surprise ^_^” LMAOO

he also takes on a teaching role in the relationship and i think that's where hes happiest !! gets a kick out of it but it's also kind of special to him. especially if you haven't seen much of the world, or if you're just a naturally curious person — preferably both. he just enjoys teaching you new things, leading you towards new sights, drinking in your expressions and reactions. it's precious to him. something to cherish.

ON THAT NOTE i think he has this unquenchable curiosity that gets temporarily sated when he tries to like . Dissect you. see inside your mind. it's like hes solving a puzzle that never runs out of pieces. hear me out riko but i see him as somewhat similar to makima, he's detached and has trouble connecting w people and handles you almost like a math equation….. but since he unlike makima is a human being, i think he still has the capacity to grow to care for you and treat you like an equal (or something close to an equal). he genuinely does love you, but he's rusty. kenjaku just wants to know all there is to know about you — every single thing. he’d dig into your brain if he could, but he’ll settle on just brewing you tea, listening to you speak about your fears, hoping it’ll give him the same insight.

he's a little possessive . kind of a Lot. idk i just think he feels a pang of jealousy when he sees u laugh and have fun w someone else (he's like a preschooler getting pouty bc his bestie is playing w someone else LOL) and that makes him Uncomfortable so he just waltzes in and steals u away w a smooth smile and a hand on ur waist. pretends like it doesn't bother him in the slightest but if u tease him too much he drops the smile and gives u a Look (it's scary as hell so u immediately shut up LMAOO) and god forbid someone else is like… teaching u something… a subject they're knowledgeable abt while u sit there listening happily to their rambling……..... ohhh he gets so jealous it's funny. researches that particular subject in frightening detail JUST so he can correct your little friend and teach u abt it himself <33 weirdo. freak.

also (this is extremely important to understanding kenny's character) he's both mother coded and father coded but in the worst possible ways.

he's mother coded in the sense that he's a smidge controlling, good at coaxing you into doing things outside your comfort zone, an expert at making you feel guilty by acting especially sweet and gentle, has the ability to make you cry w one disappointed look etc etc

and he's father coded in the sense that he's easily offended but pretends not to be, wants to see you succeed so bad that it's almost more for him than you, forces you to have really deep onesided philosophical talks at 2am when you just want to sleep, sucks at voicing his love for you out loud so he just buys a bag of your favorite fruit, cuts them into slices and calls it a day. etc etc. he's awful actually. i need him

but !!! as for more soft hcs i think he's honestly an affectionate guy deep down… like deep deep down but it's there. he just likes having u close. preferably touching him. not constantly bc that’ll annoy him but he wants you to stay near so he can pull u into his lap whenever. loves reading to u while u rest ur head on his thigh, playing w ur hair and lulling u softly to sleep <3333 (it's the geto kinnie in him) AND idk why this came into my mind but i think he likes nose kisses. just bc ur face scrunches up and he thinks it's cute. he can be sweet !! probably.

OHHH AND he loves playing board games w u <33 everything from chess to monopoly. he thinks it's fun + a good bonding activity but it's only fun in the beginning. he's condescending if u lose and petty if u win but he’ll still ask u to stay up w him all night just so u can finish the game (he's insufferable actually) if u decline he’ll huff and play by himself while shooting u petty glares until u feel bad and join him. then he's back to being all suave and calm and mature ohhhh i hate him

he wants to be the mature stoic indulgent person in the relationship sooooo fucking bad but he’s plagued by silly impulses day and night. he’s just good at hiding it. but deep down he is and always will be a silly nerd <33

and finally; i think that in a no curses au he's significantly less of a freak but still weird and obsessive and a lil mean. bullies u just a tinyyy bit and acts condescendingly sweet but he cares for u a whole bunch. probably struggles w showing it in a way that isn't too overbearing or mildly alarming… maybe through writing. poems and paintings of u… sculptures…. just wants to portray the beauty he sees in u (can u tell artist!kenny makes me go a little crazy)

overall hes a weirdo hes a freak (def wants u to kiss his brain just to see how it feels) and he may or may not be a bundle of red flags but i love him dearly <333 hes a silly goose. i want to study him in a lab

Why did I do that. Damnit, I should've known that reading that chapter would have re-activated my need for more. I was way better off ignoring anything related to Yohaji and just went about my day, not thinking about Yohaji every minute of the hour of the day of the week. But the damage has been done. Now I have to read the whole manga all over again just to satisfy myself once again. But no. That's not enough. I searched every corner to hunt every single content of Yohaji. Tumblr. Twitter. Youtube. Tiktok. Ao3. Our lord and savior Canada's account. The giver of reason in life, one who resurrects the dead, the sailor uniform to my life, Tanamai-sensei's account. I know that the Yohaji content in this world is not enough and will NEVER be. The moment I discovered this manga, I knew that it would be my life. The fact that it had only reached me last year, ber month is unforgivable. Why did it not have content as many as the amount of numbers there are to exist so that it could reach me at the start of it's existence? It should have been Yohaji. Not BNHA! Nothing against that anime by the way. Well, I am grateful that I stumbled upon Yohaji while it had 100+ chapters though. And the fandom being small enough to only have nice and cool people in it. But those fics in ao3 though? Why- I mean, I don't really care or pay attention to them but the fact that the amount of nsfw fanfics is probably (I'm saying probably because they might just be more) equal to the amount of sfw fanfics in there is- I swear, WHY ARE THERE SO LITTLE FANFICS OF YOHAJI?! 3 PAGES?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? There might be more in other places but I only read in ao3 and Tumblr if I find some there. I'm so thankful for the translators though!!! I love y'all. I love the fandom. I love the characters. I love Yohaji. I love the creator. God- sorry I forgot I can't use sensei's name in vain. I'm telling y'all, Tanamai is the GOAT. A GENIUS!! Your brain is beautiful. Or am I..? I cannot wait until April or whatever how long it takes for the anime to air just please. Please even the trailer only. Sooo I had been using MediBang Paint as my art app for almost a year, but it got a glitch that caused the brushes to malfunction (pen size becomes really small, some didn't work at all), and to fix it I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app... Which caused me to lose all my timelapses and any unsaved sketches to be completely deleted (Ｔ▽Ｔ)

So I'm starting fresh with Ibis Paint from now on! :D

And as my first few sketches I decided to *try* to replicate the Casino Cups style bc I feel like bc I feel like I should've earlier :P

Also decided to pretty much sum up the whole AU in low-quality doods

Anyway that's it for now (also hello to my friend who has my Tumblr ik this is weird)

7 Dragon Ball Villains that could've carried their own arc

Honorable mention, Sorbet. So I enjoy Frieza as much as the next guy, but his wacky and colorful Frieza Force is what firmly places the Namek Saga over the Cell Saga in my mind. Like they're all such memorable characters that I even like Cui ffs. However, let's be real, none of these guys could carry their own arc. At their heart, they're all followers (all except good ol' Geets). Maybe before their recruitment they had more ambition and determination, but when faced with Frieza's insurmountable power, they ultimately all bent over and bowed.

Sorbet is an odd example, because he is definitely a follower as well, although when the power vacuum that is Frieza and King Cold's death opened up, he didn't turn away. He instead took charge and kept the Planet Trade Organization afloat for DECADES, despite being a koala-man with a power level that I'm sure rivals Appule at best.

The only reason he's not on the list proper is because when we finally get to see Sorbet in action, he's trying to pass the torch back to Frieza. He still gets major points tho for leading as long as he did

Spoilers: no one else from Super is on this list, even though a filler character is

Monster Beast Giran

Look, I'm not saying Giran could've carried his own saga, but if Dragon Ball had been written by a more traditional shonen mangaka instead of a gag artist, he probably would've been the Big Bad of the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament. And yes, I'm using his added characterization from filler scenes in the anime to make my point.

A milk drinking brute with a voracious appetite and a deep-seated hatred of heroes, this absolute unit was unfortunately no match for Goku in canon, but his hulking appearance and quirky personality (at least in the anime) always stuck out to me. In my generic re-write of this arc, a majorly buffed Giran faces Jackie Chun instead, and defeats him. He then faces and almost defeats Goku in the final, but Goku transforms into a real monster beast for the win, and that's that

Raditz

It says a lot about the quality of Toriyama's villains that Goku's evil brother from space is a mere speed bump on the road to the real top dog of the Saiyan Saga. This dude is so fucking sexy and such a piece of shit that I can't help but imagine what he could've gotten himself into if only he had more screentime

Staff Officer Black

I know Toriyama loves subverting expectations and that's one of the things I so greatly enjoy about Dragon Ball, but c'mon. Commander Black of the Black Ribbon Army would've been... so so sooo cool. The dude's a true believer, actually loyal to his men, and idk what Red did to become the leader over him, but he seems to have been the real brains behind the operation. Dragon Ball Online brought back Commander Red as a cyborg and all I'm asking is why not Staff Officer Black instead?

Turles

Aight so Tree of Might isn't the greatest movie, I'd even say it's mid at best, but it also has amazing ideas. The Tree of Might? Neat, inspired, scary, and also drawn from Journey to the West lore. Turles? Sexy tan Goku, what's not to like? His Crusher Corps? Don't get me started on his Crusher Corps, because they all have their own story, which was included in extraneous material, but not the movie itself.

Amond, the big guy? Yea he was an intergalactic criminal that was arrested by the Galactic Patrol until he was freed by Turles. Daiz was the Prince of the Pukimpa Dynasty that led his planet's army against Turles, but was defeated, then recruited for fighting so bravely. Cacao was a cyborg built to fight an interstellar war before he fucked off to become a bounty hunter and eventually join the Crusher Corps. Rasin and Lakasei were fossils resurrected by Turles using extract from the Tree of Might.

Fuck, Turles himself is a low-class Saiyan warrior that somehow found or stole the holy Seeds of Might, which were reserved for Kai. When I was a kid my older brother told me (read, lied to me lol) that Saiyans were all test tube babies grown from different strains and that's the difference between low medium and elite saiyans and why he and Goku are almost identical. Like, that's not true, but there's a lotta fleshing out you could do with Turles to make him and his potential saga more compelling

Demon King Dabura

Ruler of a shadowy demon realm for thousands of years with a power level that equals Perfect Cell, Demon King Dabura is also... the bitch of a tiny bitchy wizard? Yup, that's Toriyama all right.

So lemme start by saying that this guy gets so little credit he's not even in Fighterz, despite having a cool sword and a huge canon moveset. He also looks... well tbh, he doesn't look as awesome to adult me as he did to kid me, but he's still neat looking. I like his horns and his funky glamrock outfit. He also probably had his own Dabura Force filled with edgy evul henchmen (including Shula from that filler episode, who I'm pretty sure inspired Dabura's creation) that could've easily filled an entire saga.

It says a lot that Raditz isn't the lead of his saga, but imo it says way more that Toriyama created an entire evil universe opposite the regular universe ruled over by this baritone Satan and he's just a footnote. It also says a lot about Dragon Ball Heroes that instead of trying it's own thing, it digs up Toriyama's fossilized spittle and creates Mira, Towa, and Kabuto from Naruto.

Mercenary Tao Pai Pai

Ok so I'm biased, because this flamboyant bastard is easily one of my favorite villains, and that's including everything, not just Dragon Ball or comics. He oozes so much style that I'm not even sure how you could stretch him out into an entire arc, but it doesn't matter, because he could make it work. The dude can make watching someone else shop for clothes compelling ffs, so as far as I'm concerned, Tao could've been the villain for the whole of Dragon Ball and it'd be just or almost as good as what we actually got

Claudii, I am still hoping for you to continue that wonderful fanfic of yours (I consider it the best unfinished Tav/Raphael on ao3), but I also greatly enjoy all the clips you've made, sooo... I love your Astarion/Raphael body swaps. Ever thought about using a voice generator AI with it? I mean, I could provide you with Raph's voice if you give me a couple of lines. Thank you so much for your kind words about my fanfic! I am definitely going to finish it, I am just extremely drained by my work when it comes to writing. As of the second part, I would need to seek permission from Mr. Wincott on usage of his voice, but truth be told, I really don't want to do this. His voice modulation is impeccable and AI is just a cheap, low quality attempt at imitation. I really wouldn't want to do anything with it. And I myself don't really enjoy doing model swaps, in my eyes, Raphael is absolutely irreplaceable. Astarion's body language is very different from Raphael's. The devil man is one of a kind. It's not just the voice, but everything in between. He's so incredibly well mo-capped that almost pops out of the screen every time I see him. Such a wonderful work of art *sighs dreamily*

aww this is so cute!! ily!!

baby photos/childhood photos. i have a bunch of them of me and most of my family saved onto my phone and i love when there's an excuse for me to bring them out at family parties. we're cleaning out our garage right now and we found a bunch of old photos and i keep getting distracted from cleaning because i keep wanting to go through them. when we finish with the garage, im gonna put them into albums in chronological order (as far as i can tell) and add them into my phone

making stupid memes and edits. i made less and less of them as my computer became more outdated but i started making some again for the purpose of some silly polls i wanna make thru brute forcing my computer into it. it's arguably more work put into them that'd be worth the payoff im gonna get, but i have a tendency to be hard on myself over the art i make, so i forgot how fun it is to make something intentionally low quality and silly and unserious just for a bit of a laugh

kinda on the topic of polls, i love reading tags on here and learning a bit about people, mutuals or followers or no. it's nice to know a bit about other people's lives on here, even mundane things, and feel something about connection and humanity. blah blah blah parasocial whatever im not even sure if most of us are using that word correctly. i make polls and participate in a lot of those posts that tell you to put things in tags not just because i want to overshare, but because i like seeing what other people reblogging from me say in my activity feed.

i love my cheap jewelry, especially my sets of earrings. before covid, wearing fun lipstick shades was kinda my thing, but obviously, with masks, it's not as fun to do so. ive turned to wearing cheap earrings (a lot of which are heart-shaped), and i love it. they're all cutesy or kitschy and may make me look a bit childish or something like that, but they make me happy.

my dad's pinakbet. last time my dad was here, he made pinakbet, and walking into the kitchen and realizing that that was what he was cooking made me sooo happy like i almost cried because it's been so long since i've had it and i didn't realize it. it's one of my favorite dishes ever. dad puts so much alamang in it that the meat turns pink, which isn't very traditional, but oh my gosh, it's so good.

Ranking SF9 Title Tracks (Part 1.)

I'm sad and emotional cause I miss Binseong especially with the comeback around the corner so I'm immersing myself in sepgu in a less sentimental, more critical way. This ranking isn't exactly in order of my personal favorites, but I also factored in which ones I feel are objectively better in terms of song quality, production, mv, overall vibe, enjoyability etc. That being said, I'm can be bad at viewing things objectively, so maybe I failed at doing that. I'm not a music critic, I'm just a fan with opinions. Disclaimer: I enjoy all SF9 title tracks, just some better than others, so don't be sad if I rank your fave low. We don't need that traumaaaaaaa.

13. ROAR – It's good. Like really good. Like a work of art level good. The rap line shines (PRAISE FOR YOUNGBIN'S PART DURING THE BRIDGE!!!), the music video is so cool, love the choreography and driving/car concept; it's all close to perfection in everything except the actual sound of the song – it's very busy and loud, but it's missing that sense of cohesiveness that gives busy songs that sense of smooth finality.

12. Good Guy – It pains me to rank this song so low, especially since it gave them their first 3 wins. And they all killed this era in terms of visuals, the music video is sooo satisfying, and the song has such a clean production. And the choreo is cool; Good Guy fancams are some of my faves to watch. And the rap!!! Rap line is amazing here!! But imo, it doesn’t have as much of a WOW factor as their other songs do that leave me thinking about it long after listening/watching. I do love that Taeyang choreographed part of it; again, the choreo is the highlight. I think personally, I enjoy ROAR more than Good Guy and it's so experimental and takes a lot of musical risks, but Good Guy is objectively a better quality song because it plays things safe.

11. Fanfare – I genuinely want to corner and question the haters that said Fanfare was a flop debut. It’s catchy, the beat is snazzy, and the sound is so unique musically (it has that seamless cohesiveness that ROAR lacks). Line distribution is so whack (why did I never realize how much of the song was occupied by YooTae?! no hate, just an observation) and while I still think the song is amazing, I can't help but wonder how much more dynamic it would have been if they incorporated the other members more. Even though SF9’s concept has evolved and matured as they’ve aged, I feel like this song perfectly fit the concept they were going for at the time.

10. O Sole Mio – Where was O Sole Mio's win?? Every time I find one of those YouTube compilations of "100 songs every bg stan should know", O Sole Mio is almost always on there, and usually it's the only, or if not, one of the only SF9 songs on the list. The love is there so why no win?? While I wish the costumes were better, I think the concept of incorporating capes into the choreography is SO CLEVER!! Also, the song is so catchy, but the Spanish influence in the instrumentals makes it stand out even more so. And even though line distribution is very uneven, I don't find it too bothersome because each member has a very memorable part in the song. O Sole Mio was one of the first SF9 title tracks I fell in love with and even though I didn't hear the song when it first released, it gives me nostalgia to when I first became a Fantasy. Though, it does feel very dated in an isolating kind of way. O Sole Mio (and a lot of the other tracks from the Knights of the Sun album) is unlike any of SF9's other songs, and listening to it, you can tell that it's from early on in their repertoire and definitely during an experimental phase. It feels like a song from the past you love and feel nostalgic about, but if I were to stand it next to one of SF9's song they released after this, there were so many things O Sole Mio lacks that were improved upon: line distribution (*cough cough more Hwiyoung*), a more established group "sound", more dynamic choreography (the cape part and the entire part during the chorus is really cool, but the dancing during the rest of the song isn't that revolutionary).

right off the bat, your mutual love of books and literature is an immediate bonding point for the two of you. playful banter but also in depth conversations are also remus's forte too, you'd both find such a great conversation partner in the other you'd be able to talk for hours on end without getting tired of each other. art and films and romantic gestures are sooo remus coded too! he would surprise you with at home movie dates or trips to the cinema, sometimes an art class or two, but most of all, he's def an acts of service kinda guy so be prepared for the most because remus will give it to you!

Normal/ghost or rock/ghost

Instead of being lost in a forest, these phantump were kidnapped by a "undiscovered pokemon" that was supposed to be a play on krampus/Grýla. So, instead of a tree stump, the spirit is now inside a bag full of coal to reference krampus's bag and santa giving coal to children!

I fucking love the goodra line, so I wanted to play with that concept a bit. Now, let's just say I'm a biology student, not a chemistry student. I see a bubbling beaker, while someone else might see hydrochloric acid. Despite my lack of knowledge, I wanted to give the impression that these pokemon are volatile potions of indescribable chemicals. But heres the thing...

I said sliggoo AND goomy.

I just find it... odd. So I scrapped it

Mochieloca evolution: Meloca

I honestly forgot about this lil guy, I only found them after sorting through my gallery! The whole story with mochieloca was that it was a sugared up, caffeine up jittery sinistea that couldn't slow down for the life of it, so the only way to give it an evolution was to leave it...

After you leave affagato for long enough, you're essential left with the first version of a frappé, which is highly popular among the millennial age range. So, blending these all together, you get a tired, hipster polteageist using a large pile of whipped cream as a pillow.

Now, this is where I started my pixel art journey sooo...

Route 1 grass type

Like meloca, I forgot about this guy, so much so I don't even have a name. From what I remember, I know this was supposed to be a three stage line that ended with a grass/ghost or grass/fighting type, and...

It's based off of poppies, more specifically the poppies that grow on Flander's Field, a battlefield that was used in ww1. Now, the folktale goes that as a protest, the soldiers who died and flanders field planted their own souls into no man's land to be turned into poppies, as the red poppy looks like an abstract bullet wound.

As for the pokemon, it was supposed to be a little, reserved bud, a brash and loud kid who's ready to fight, and finally a wilting poppy.

Well, before I end this, have a horror movie reference: Pennian Yamask and Ringarigus.
