okay this is kinda random but i legit love your carrd!

You can totally decline, but do you have any tips for how to make one that looks amazing like yours?? I tried to make one and it was like learning another language to understand, muchless make 🥲

I AM SO SORRY ABOUT HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO RESPOND PLS THIS HAS BEEN SITTING IN MY DRAFTS FOR A LITTLE BIT 🥲 but omg thank you so much 🥺 i appreciate it a lot. honestly making carrds has been one of my hyperfixations for a little while now.

I made my own (both for tumblr and twitter, my wife's and my best friend's )

so i was 10027472818% lost as fuck when i first started making carrds a couple years ago, i had no idea what a container was and the different buttons? but one day i put in my head that i was going to learn. Honestly, even now, I still need a little help sometimes.

here are my tips:

1) don't try to figure out on your own at first 😭 there are several tutorials out there (both on twitter and youtube. keywords on tt would be: carrd tutorial thread, though since i last checked a while back, it was filled with random famcams, so i recommend youtube) and you are bound to find one you like eventually. after a couple of times using tutorials, you'll start getting the hang of it and understanding what everything does.

2) try to keep it simple at first, like choose a two color pallet and use a color image picker to make matters easier because they'll make you write like #000000 or whatever 😭

3) honestly, write down the codes of colors you like somewhere because you might want to use it again in the future; who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

4) carrd premium is a waste of money andhiwqhisehqi

5) have fun with it, go around pinterest and save a bunch of photos. based on what kind of pictures you like and save, you can decide if you want a more cutie carrd or a more serious one. it can really set the tone as to what you're looking for. also, you can find inspiration pictures of what you want your carrd to look like on pinterest and go from there once you kinda get the gist of what's going on opsjfopasjfop

6) don't stress yourself about it too hard, if you need help with anything specific, just shoot me a message and i will do my best to assist you <3

idk man, i'm terrible at giving advice so i really hope this helped in any way. these are my two favorite channels, their videos are helpful and explanatory, really gives you an idea of what to do.

Deus Aethera: Upcoming Webcomic!

Hi! I'm Venus, and I manage the Deus Aethera Tumblr (and Twitter)! I'm also the artist for the webcomic. I know we don't have any followers on this account at all, but I feel like it would be good to post our Carrd here.

Anyways— basically, this is an upcoming webcomic that will be posted here, on Webtoons, and on Tapas! It's based off of a Discord roleplay that we're doing... The webcomic is based off of the reboot kinda thing we're doing, since our original had soooooo many stolen concepts.

We haven't really started anything except from background information for the Discord roleplay, but we have a group of five (expecting more!) people who are working on the story now! I'm super excited, and hopefully I'll be able to follow through with the webcomic.

I just thought I'd share this with Tumblr! Sorry if this doesn't look great, we're actually really new to this platform. I'm expecting to start roleplaying in a few months, and the first episode will come out... in a while. Sorry for trying to build hype so early on, but I just really love this project!!!! I had to talk about it!
