Okay, obviously I know I don’t have the greatest skin right now. DON’T judge me, considering I’m a women with hormones that involve periods that messes with my body and gives me pain that I sometimes can’t bare #periods
HOWEVER! We are not talking about my skin currently but my hair.
So, let’s give a little background: I’ve done the big chop in 2016 of September 2. Day before my birthday lol. So you could imagine the tears but it was something that had to be done. For the reason for it was because my hair was premed back than and it was damaged and I was moving toward going natural since I’d be turning 18 and I didn’t want to waste the money to get prem anymore. It wasn’t worth it.
Since that big chop, my hair had flourished and was going strong. But I started the dye! Bleaching will FUCK UP you’re life! If you don’t do it right lol. The first few tries is where I should have stopped but ofc I didn’t. Fast forwarding, I’m back on the hair journey after cutting of some length once again. But what’s important to me is the health not the length. But in the past I would have cried but I know when I need to it. And that was last night. So we are on the journey AGAIN to gain healthy hair once more and here is what I’ll be implementing…
1. Hot Oil & Rice Water Treatments
2. Deep Conditioning Bi-Weekly
3. Clarifying Washing Monthly
4. Co-washing Weekly
5. Scalp Massages
6. Finger Detangling Mainly
7. Oil Hydration
8. Focusing & Listening to my hair
9. Leaving my hair be and let it’s so it’s thing
10. Moisture! Hydration! Oil!
11. Protective Styles
Hair Products?
1. Eden Bodywork’s (Mainly)
2. Eco Style Gel
3. Shea Moisture (Strength and Restore Collection)
4. Next To You (NOU: it’s a new line I’ve been trying an it isn’t bad.)
4. Hair Growth Oil (MY FAVORITE)
5. Aussie Moist 3 minutes Deep Condition (So much slip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND)
Most of my advice and journey is for 4b-4c hair types with low porosity. Don’t know what that is?
4b-4c types are usually hairs that have a very tight and coiling hair curl pattern.
Low Porosity are usually hair that takes longer to get wet but flourishes with moisture.
I use a lot of weightless products that doesn’t weigh my hair down but still is high in hydration & moisture. And lock it in with oil.

Fruits for Glowing Skin: Nature’s Delicious Skincare Secret
When it comes to achieving radiant and healthy skin, many of us turn to expensive skincare products and treatments, overlooking one of nature’s most powerful solutions: fruits! Bursting with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential nutrients, certain fruits can work wonders for our skin, leaving it glowing, youthful, and rejuvenated. In this blog, we’ll explore some of the best fruits for skin health and how incorporating them into your diet can be the key to unlocking your skin’s true potential.
Let’s delve into the technical aspects of why these fruits are good for the skin:
Strawberries Strawberries are not only mouthwateringly delicious but also a fantastic source of vitamin C, which plays a vital role in collagen production. Collagen is the protein responsible for maintaining skin elasticity and suppleness, helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Additionally, the antioxidants in strawberries fight free radicals, preventing premature aging and promoting a radiant complexion.
Vitamin C: Strawberries are rich in ascorbic acid, or vitamin C, a potent antioxidant that helps protect the skin from UV-induced damage and neutralizes free radicals. Vitamin C is also essential for collagen synthesis, promoting skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
Tumblr media
Oranges
Oranges are renowned for their high vitamin C content, making them another excellent choice for skin health. Vitamin C aids in collagen synthesis and helps protect the skin from UV damage. Moreover, oranges contain bioflavonoids, which improve blood circulation to the skin, leading to a healthier and more vibrant appearance.
Vitamin C: Like strawberries, oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C. This vitamin boosts the production of collagen, which keeps the skin firm, supple, and youthful. Bioflavonoids: Oranges contain bioflavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. They enhance blood circulation to the skin, contributing to a healthier complexion.

Avocado Dubbed as nature’s butter, avocados are packed with healthy fats that moisturize the skin from within. They also boast vitamin E, a potent antioxidant that helps nourish and protect the skin from environmental stressors. Regular consumption of avocados can result in a smoother, hydrated complexion and reduce inflammation, making it an ideal fruit for those with dry or sensitive skin.
Healthy Fats: Avocados are loaded with monounsaturated fats, such as oleic acid, which act as natural moisturizers for the skin. These fats help maintain the skin’s protective barrier, preventing water loss and keeping the skin hydrated and soft. Vitamin E: Avocado is a good source of vitamin E, another potent antioxidant that helps protect the skin from oxidative damage caused by environmental stressors like pollution and UV rays.
Tumblr media
Papaya Papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which acts as a natural exfoliant, gently removing dead skin cells and promoting a brighter complexion. The fruit is also rich in vitamins A, C, and E, all of which are essential for maintaining healthy and youthful-looking skin. Regular consumption of papaya can help fade dark spots and blemishes, giving your skin a natural glow.
Papain: Papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which acts as a natural exfoliant. It gently removes dead skin cells and unclogs pores, promoting a brighter and smoother complexion. Vitamins A, C, and E: These vitamins play crucial roles in skin health. Vitamin A aids in skin repair, vitamin C boosts collagen production, and vitamin E protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals.
Tumblr media
Blueberries Blueberries are a treasure trove of antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which protect the skin from oxidative stress and maintain its firmness. These tiny yet powerful berries can help combat premature aging, reduce inflammation, and enhance the overall texture and tone of the skin.
Anthocyanins: Blueberries owe their vibrant color to anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants that combat oxidative stress. These compounds help maintain skin elasticity, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and promote an even skin tone. Vitamin C: Blueberries are another great source of vitamin C, which contributes to collagen formation and helps the skin withstand environmental aggressors.
Tumblr media
Watermelon With its high water content, watermelon is a great hydrator for the skin. Staying hydrated is essential for maintaining skin elasticity and preventing dryness and flakiness. This juicy fruit is also rich in vitamins A, B6, and C, as well as antioxidants like lycopene, which help neutralize free radicals and keep your skin looking youthful and healthy.
Hydration: Watermelon’s high water content (about 90%) keeps the skin hydrated and plump. Proper hydration is essential for maintaining healthy skin, as it supports overall skin function and prevents dryness. Lycopene: Watermelon contains lycopene, an antioxidant that protects the skin from UV-induced damage and helps fight free radicals.
Tumblr media
Kiwi Kiwi is a vitamin C powerhouse, boosting collagen production and fighting off skin-damaging free radicals. It also contains vitamin E, which aids in skin repair and regeneration, leaving you with a smoother and more even skin tone. Additionally, kiwi is a good source of vitamin K, which helps reduce dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.
Vitamin C: Kiwis are loaded with vitamin C, supporting collagen synthesis and helping the skin maintain its elasticity and firmness. Vitamin E: Kiwi’s vitamin E content contributes to skin repair and regeneration, assisting in wound healing and reducing the appearance of scars. Vitamin K: This vitamin is known for its role in reducing under-eye dark circles and puffiness, making kiwi beneficial for the delicate skin around the eyes.

Discover the Game-Changing L'Oreal X-Tenso Care Shampoo: Sulfate-Free Miracle for Gorgeous Hair!
Introducing the revolutionary L'Oreal X-Tenso Care Shampoo, a sulfate-free miracle for achieving gorgeous hair! This game-changing shampoo has been meticulously formulated to provide exceptional care and transformation for your precious locks.
One of the standout features of this remarkable shampoo is its sulfate-free formula. Sulfates, such as sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), are common ingredients found in many shampoos. While they create a lathering effect, sulfates can be harsh and strip the hair of its natural oils, leading to dryness, frizz, and damage. L'Oreal X-Tenso Care Shampoo, on the other hand, eliminates sulfates from its composition, offering a gentler and more nourishing cleansing experience.
This sulfate-free formula ensures that your hair retains its essential moisture, resulting in a healthier and more vibrant appearance. By maintaining the hair's natural oils, the X-Tenso Care Shampoo helps prevent dryness and restores a natural balance, leaving your hair feeling soft, smooth, and manageable.
Additionally, this exceptional shampoo is enriched with beneficial ingredients that provide deep care and repair. Pro-Keratin, a key component of the X-Tenso Care Shampoo, works to strengthen and fortify each hair strand from within. It helps to repair damage caused by external factors, such as heat styling, chemical treatments, and environmental stressors. The result is noticeably stronger, more resilient hair that is less prone to breakage.
The X-Tenso Care Shampoo also contains Incell, a lipid-based ingredient that helps to smoothen the hair's cuticles and create a protective barrier. This barrier shields the hair from external aggressors, such as pollution and UV rays, while enhancing its natural shine and smoothness.
Whether you have straight, wavy, or curly hair, the L'Oreal X-Tenso Care Shampoo is designed to cater to your specific needs. It works wonders on chemically treated and heat-styled hair, providing the care and rejuvenation it deserves.
In conclusion, the L'Oreal X-Tenso Care Shampoo is a game-changer in the world of hair care. Its sulfate-free formula, coupled with the nourishing properties of Pro-Keratin and Incell, offers a transformative experience for your hair. Say goodbye to dryness, frizz, and damage, and embrace the gorgeous, healthy hair you've always desired with the L'Oreal X-Tenso Care Shampoo.

¡Estos 5 consejos son para tí! 🚿🫧🛀💇‍♀️💇‍♂️ 1.

Aloe Vera Benefits for Hair: Nature’s Elixir for Luscious Locks
For centuries, aloe vera has been hailed as a wonder plant, renowned for its myriad of health and beauty benefits. Among its many uses, aloe vera stands out as a potent natural remedy for hair care. Packed with essential vitamins, enzymes, and minerals, aloe vera can work wonders for your hair, promoting growth, moisture retention, and overall hair health. In this blog, we’ll delve into the numerous benefits of aloe vera for hair and explore how you can incorporate this miraculous plant into your hair care routine.
Scalp Nourishment and Hydration One of the primary benefits of aloe vera for hair is its ability to deeply nourish and hydrate the scalp. The plant’s gel-like substance contains over 75 active compounds that penetrate the scalp, promoting blood circulation and delivering essential nutrients to the hair follicles. This nourishment helps strengthen the roots, reducing hair fall, and preventing dryness and itchiness.
Promotes Hair Growth Aloe vera is a natural hair growth stimulant. Its high content of proteolytic enzymes repairs dead skin cells on the scalp, which can clog hair follicles and hinder hair growth. By unclogging the follicles, aloe vera allows for better nutrient absorption and encourages new hair growth. Regular application of aloe vera gel on the scalp can lead to thicker and healthier hair over time.
Reduces Dandruff and Scalp Irritation Aloe vera possesses anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that make it an excellent solution for scalp conditions like dandruff and irritation. The gel soothes the scalp, reducing redness and itching, while its antimicrobial action combats the bacteria and fungi responsible for dandruff formation. As a result, aloe vera promotes a clean, itch-free scalp and flake-free hair.
Restores pH Balance The natural pH level of our scalp is slightly acidic, which helps maintain the health of the hair cuticles. Harsh hair products and environmental factors can disrupt this balance, leading to dry and damaged hair. Aloe vera’s pH level is similar to that of the scalp, making it an ideal natural remedy to restore the pH balance, sealing the hair cuticles, and locking in moisture for smooth and shiny hair.
Conditions and Strengthens Hair Aloe vera is an exceptional natural hair conditioner. Rich in vitamins A, C, and E, it nourishes and strengthens the hair strands from root to tip. Its keratolytic action helps to break down keratin protein bonds in dead skin cells and promote hair flexibility, leaving your hair soft, manageable, and less prone to breakage.
Protects from Hair Damage The natural enzymes in aloe vera protect the hair from external damage caused by the sun’s UV rays, pollution, and styling products. By forming a protective layer over the hair shaft, aloe vera helps retain moisture, prevents moisture loss, and shields the hair from harmful elements, making it an ideal shield for your tresses.
Incorporating aloe vera into your hair care routine can be a transformative experience for your locks. From nourishing the scalp and promoting hair growth to combating dandruff and protecting your hair from damage, aloe vera offers a plethora of benefits that make it a must-have natural elixir for luscious, healthy hair. Whether you choose to use pure aloe vera gel or opt for hair care products infused with aloe vera, harnessing the power of this wonder plant can revitalize your hair and leave you with tresses that exude vitality and shine. Embrace the magic of aloe vera for your hair, and watch your mane transform into a crowning glory that turns heads and leaves you feeling confident every day.
