Did my first "Literary Los Angeles" excursion with my dear friend LR @laurateachesyoga at Langer's Delicatessen and Restaurant. Despite its reputation of the young, hip, and new, L.A. has lots of historic haunts, and Langer's, open since 1947, is one of them. Nora Ephron is one of my favorite writers. She loved Langer's pastrami sandwich, and even wrote a New Yorker piece about it called "A Sandwich". I had to see if it was worth the buzz (and the price). I must say, it did not disappoint. But better than the food is getting some hang time with one of my favorite people. Thanks, Laura!
