my stream cut out at the end so I missed the whole BT "I love you" scene so I've been getting it second hand

okay but the way this show has had so many episodes in the last 3.5 seasons end with a buddie scene/conversation/activity that even though I know they aren't talking right now for ~reasons~, I still expected them to?? I was watching the last five minutes waiting to see them again?

it's just so obvious that something is missing when they're not together

okay but can we talk about everything going through buck's head when eddie was in the ambulance alone though??

the first time he's in a situation where eddie might die and buck fully KNOWS now about the will?? like he knows now that if eddie doesn't make it out he's going home to christopher, officially as his kid

like he knows this when he's telling athena they can't send in the tac team but he's the only one who knows this

and then he hears the gunshot??

and then he doesn't go home to christopher??? he goes to the loft??
