LLAMA podcast host @peterbowes interviews Dr Longo about the decades of research that led to his developing the diet. Peter also talks about being a human guinea pig in a clinical trial to evaluate the fasting regime, for the first time, in humans. How easy is it to stick to the 5-day regime? What does it feel like? What does it do to your body?
