The Wrong Way to Put Out Fire

I wanna talk about some details about Touya, Todoroki family and the different situtions Touya and Shouto had.

Touya is introduced us as innocent, nice kid who just wants to enjoy his father.

Thats actually first difference we saw between Touya and Shouto. Sometimes children fond of one of their parents more than other one. For Touya, he was daddy’s boy. Shouto is more like mommmy’s boy. (Even their clothes are parallels. Fire, ice. Daddy, mommy.)

And let me say this;

This marriage was wrong to begin with. Quirk marriage, the fact that Endeavour decided to put his ambitions on his children is wrong.

But as a first born, for Touya, his family was normal. Children dont magically understand what is right or wrong.

He simply saw that he got his father’s attention and it made him really really happy. Training was the bond he had with his father. Touya’s thoughts probably like; I am daddy’s son, my father is really happy when i become more strong etc etc.

Even he realize his family is different from other people, he probably simply thought that it might be different but its their thing. This is why we saw Touya as happy. Touya felt special when he got his father’s all attention.

And Touya saw his mother is okay with it. He probably saw that many times even when father being disrespectfull, mom doesnt seem to mind that much. This is probably why he starts to looks down on his mother too. Its just children dont respect adults who dont respect theirselves. If child think he can get away with it, they would simply do it. Mommy allows daddy to be the boss of the house, mommy allows daddy’s to be disrespectfull to herself so its ok to disrespectfull to mommy too. Thats how children think in those situtions.

What was Shouto’s difference then?

Shouto as last born, he never think his family is normal or this sitution is okay cause when Shouto is born, everyone in family already starts to break down. Mommy wasnt okay at all.

Endeavour put his own ambitions on Touya’s shoulders, he gave him impossible expectations which is literally name of the chapter. Wrong way to put out the fire. Those impossible expectations is abuse, btw.

Everything started cause Endeavour put out fire on wrong place, his family.

And after Touya failed, he was thrown away. Touya probably felt like; his father took him to the highest hill of the building, made him feel special but then threw him down.

Touya started to get the attention he had at first place to the point he started to burn himself over and over again. Look at how terryfying he looks when his brothers were born...

At this point, he understand he is replacable which made him question why was he born at first place.

Of course, Touya wouldnt listen Endeavour when he said ‘there is a life outside of being a hero’ cause Endeavour himself doesnt live his life like that. Children arent stupid, they observe adults’s actions too. Endeavour’s words condract with his actions thats why his words didnt reach out to Touya.

Touya was in a lot of pain to the point his heigh stopped growing (Look how he is shorter than his siblings), burns himself, his hair starts to change probably cause he used his quirk too much, he even starts to pull his hair which is sign of suicide. He was literally small kid who was mentally breaking down and he expressed his pain every way he can do but he was ignored.

Fuyumi-chan didnt understand him. Natsuo-kun doesnt listen him either. (Touya thought Fuyumi-chan didnt understand her cause she is girl but the reason she and Natsuo doesnt understand is they didnt have the same expectation at first place.)

And mommy is at fault too cause she is the one who allowed daddy to raised him like this at first place. She is the one the accepted this marriage, she is responsible too.

For a child, to be understood is very important thing but they didnt get it. He realized his siblings dont understand him. Even though, Touya was so mentally unstable to the point he attack his baby brother, his parents still didnt get him help or didnt specifically take care of him, instead they constantly ignore him. They kept telling him to forget what happenned and look other way.

This is exactly why Touya couldnt hold on something else cause in deep, he knows only way to be seen is prove himself.

For Touya, his mother didnt there for him. His mother allowed this to happen too. This is why his situtions are opposite of Shouto’s.

Touya thought family is normal, his daddy loves him, this is why training was fun.

This is why he end believing everything Endeavour taught him. Even he uses same words, literally in same chapter.

‘I live in different world from others.’

Shouto realized family isnt normal and father is the one who make everyone unhappy. This is why he hated training cause he realized father is forcing him.

For Touya, mother wasnt there for him and ignored his pain.

For Shouto, his mother was there for him, this is why she became his emotional support.

This is also why Shouto tried to protect mom cause Rei at this point was really in pain and she was reaching her breaking point. Mommy is there for me, i love mommy but dad make mommy upset, dad is the bad guy here.

Meanwhile for Touya, he didnt really see his mom as sad, he saw her being okay with sitution, thats why he probably think that the way Endeavour treat her as normal cause she accepted this sitution.

All those opposite situitons made them think opposite way. Not because one is good or bad, its just they had different kind of abuse. (Also hair symbolism is nice parallel too).

Though despite opposite situtions, they were also similar too. They were so cold child soldiers who only think about getting revenge from father, just opposite way cause Shouto has.

Touya waited his father to come forest to watch him but Endeavıur didnt come until Touya was burn to death.

Touya’s death wasnt just an accident but its both also suicide and murder. Touya was suicidal, he kept burning himself but parents didnt look at him and Endeavour is the one who push him this mental state. Even Touya says himsef;

‘After all, the only thing he taught me was how to turn up the heat’

Touya had to burn and reborn to get daddy’s attention again but even after his death, he was hardly mentioned by his family. I mean if Dabi never become a villain, they wouldnt even discuss this case as family.

And i honestly dislike how Todoroki handle this sitution.

Rei says everyone is responsible but Shouto, Fuyumi and Natsuo were children, its not their fault. Rei is at fault for not being there for Touya and Endeavour is the most at fault for making Touya mentally unstable. I hate how children carry the mistakes of Endeavour, it wasn their fault.

And with their talk, they made it sound like Shouto is better than Touya cause look, he became a hero and he forgave them!

I mean, Shouto didnt have much choice cause Endeavour forced him to be a hero. Even Endeavour wasnt there, Shouto had emotional support (mom) and inspiration (allmight) to be hero, he also has strong qurik so no wonder he can be hero, you know. But Touya didnt have any of it. He didnt have emotional support, inspiration to be better or strong quirk.

Not even need to mention how both Early-Shouto and Dabi obsess with revenge, cold child soldiers who dont pay attention to people around them. Just Shouto was in better environment and then he met Deku and he started to heal.

Even Shouto saw himself in Dabi, how he could be like him but he was lucky to be saved. Even their wound smbolically shows their pain. For Shouto, it was boiling water but for Touya, it was very strong fire that will burn him to dush.

Yeah, Dabi is villain but even so. To Deku, Shigaraki is completely stranger but he still thoguht that he needs to be saved. Meanwhile, Todoroki family knew what happenned to Touya. They are personally involved with him but i found it weird it how they didnt mention about ‘saving him’.

I mean maybe thats what they will try eventually but still....i think heroes are good, villains are bad sitution contnues even in this sitution cause they say Dabi is the one who needs to be stopped and Endeavour is the one who take a hand.

Shouto needs to offer that hand to Dabi, not Endeavour cause the one who needs to be saved is Dabi/Touya, not Endeavour.

Not to mention how Best Jeanist and Hawks coldy listen sitution.

I guess, even after this, they still dont really look at Dabi’s pain cause if they saw it, at least they would talk about helping him more than stopping him...what a tragedy.

Touya, after everything he had been through is still ignored, even by his own family, remind me of Tenko’s sitution :’))).

Devenford Prep Part 37

Parts 1-36

A/N: I’m sorry that it’s been a while since I’ve updated and I’m sorry if the beginning is a mess because I’ve been all over the place recently. I’ve rewritten and rewritten this update so many times because I want it to go the way I want it to go and I want it to feel genuine. The tences are a mess in this and there may be errors I’ve missed, but I hope you enjoy it and I hope it is going the way you want it to go. So I also might have gotten Brett’s sister’s name wrong this whole time and I am also sorry about that.

This is a pretty long update...you’ve been warned.

Lori runs ahead and Brett runs after her. He runs in-between school buses, dodging arrows being shot at them. Hands grab him and shove him against a bus. He falls to the ground with a splash. Lifting his head up his eyes reveal their glow. He jumps up and punches a figure in the face then makes a run for it. He pauses when he see his sister in the center of the lacrosse field.

“Lorie!” He shouts and quickly steps in front of her. “Close your eyes”

“What is it Brett?”

“Don’t look!” Arrows whistle in the air and shoot toward them. Quickly you run out into the field with Scott shouting not to. You jump up and land on top of both Brett and Lorie leaving the arrows to flying over them. Brett and Lorie harshly hit the wet grass. You look up to see more arrows.

“Stay down!” You order and Brett lifts his head up to see a new cloud of arrows heading their way. “There are more!”

The arrows come to a halt when a sword slices them in the air. Kira.

“Run!” Kira shouts. “Get to the car!”

Brett shoots his head toward your direction and shoves his sister in front of him. They set off running toward your direction leaving Kira in the field swinging at arrows.

“Come on!” Scott shouts. “Get in!”

Kira starts off running toward the car. Everyone gets in and Scott pulls out of the school.

“What happened out there?!” You shout at Brett who’s sister was clinging to him. Her eyes look at you wildly. “Why were you still at the school?”

“I was getting ready to leave to take Lorie, my sister, home after the game. She wanted to stop by somewhere to grab something to eat first, but as I was about to leave the locker room when someone ambushed me.”

“An assassin?” Kira asks. “A whole group of assassins.”

You go silent for the rest of the car ride. You were shaking and feeling nauseous from Brett and his sister almost being killed not to mention his scent was everywhere in the car. You wanted to claw at your skin or stand beneath a scolding hot shower to wash it off of you. Scott parks the car in the driveway of his house and you practically kicked the door open and hop out. Without even speaking to anyone you head around to back of the house.

“Y/N!” Scott shouts stepping away from his car. “Where are you going we have a lot to discuss. I’ve got to contact Argent! And Satomi.”

“Let me go after her.” Brett looks over towards the darkness you had just walked into. He turns back to Scott with a warm smile across his face and places a hand on your alpha’s shoulder.

“Maybe that’s a good idea,” Scott says. “I don’t know what you two have as far as a friendship or relationship, but it’s clearly something deep. When she came here earlier she was on edge about something. She also felt like something was off when you hadn’t arrived soon after her.”

“Oh yeah?” Brett asks.

“It was like she just knew you were in danger.”

You make your way to the backyard and step beneath the back deck taking cover from the rain. You had never seen Scott’s backyard, but the surrounding outdoor lights lit it up pretty well enough to see a patio with simple outdoor furniture that probably didn’t get much use. The rain was refreshing against your nose and a desperate break from Brett’s strong scent. It especially felt nice against your feverish skin. It was a fine mist now, swirling around in clouds in the light.

A headache had started in your head from the close contact with the tall boy and after the scare on the lacrosse field you felt like collapsing and even sleeping it off. You shake your head trying to guess how much you cared for the Devenford Prep lacrosse player. Did you love him? You certainly cared enough to jump on top of him and his sister before they were pelted with arrows. Cared enough for him to save him multiple times in the past two months alone.

A series of footsteps against the leave covered ground breaks you from you thoughts. You could smell him and you roll your eyes in annoyance. Brett.

“What’s up with you?” Brett asks sounding defensive. His eyes illuminate yellow and you jump in reaction. You turn around leaving your back to him then take a step forward to create more distance. “You seemed weird earlier tonight and then just now. You even scared Lorie. I’m sure you scared Scott and Kira. That wasn’t cool. I know you’re still new to this, but you’ve got to work on it. And I want to help you.”

“I’m fine, the last thing you need to worry about is me. We need to contact Satomi and your parents about what happened. Let them know that you and Lori are safe,” You say taking another step forward away from him. You squeeze your hands into fists and feel your claw slice into your skin. You hiss. The pain calmed your nerves and inner feelings for a second. You look up towards the sky. “I just came out here to breath. I’ll be in soon. Promise.”

“Yeah?” He asks making his way over to you. He extends a hand out to touch your arm. “Is that really it?”

“Yeah Brett, that is really it.” You snap and move from his touch.

“Then why do you keep walking away from me?” He asks taking another step forward to catch up to you. “Are you trying to avoid me now?”

“I think that’s sort of impossible for me at this point.” You glare at him with glowing eyes.

“Then what is it?” Brett asks. “It’s just me Y/N.”

“Honestly it’s nothing important.” You nod.

“Okay, but can you tell me why you smell like Scott? Why are you wearing his clothes?” Even in the dark you could see him looking you up and down. “What happened to my jersey?”

“It’s in my car don’t worry about that.” You answer and take in a deep breath hoping the rain would cloud your nose. It didn’t. You took in Brett’s scent you feel your you teeth getting sharper. You place your hand over your mouth.

“Why aren’t you wearing it right now?”

“Don’t worry about it Brett, damn it!” You yell and run a hand through your tangled, wet, messy hair. You walk to the other side of the patio creating a larger distance between the two of you. He turns around and watches you. “I didn’t want to get it gross. It was raining out.”

“It’s a jersey, it’s meant to get muddy and wet. Why are you acting like this?” He asks crossing his arms. You were starting to feel anxious and your skin irritated. You wanted the feeling to go away. “And why do you keep walking away from me? What has made you change? We were joking around at school just earlier today. And you even talked to my parents.”

You take another step away and take in a deep breath hoping it would calm you and make your claw disappear. You could hear the conversation going on inside of the house. Scott was really sounding concerned and Liam was pacing. You should have just gone inside to avoid this conversation.

“Let’s just go inside now,” You suggest taking a couple of steps toward the house. “Scott needs us to head out to some warehouse owned by some guy named Chris Argent.”

“Oh no you don’t,” Brett jogs after you. “We aren’t going anywhere until you talk to me. You owe me that after everything I’ve done for you. Who knows what can happen tonight and I can’t have our friendship ruined over something that isn’t making any sense to me.”

“It’s you, damn it!” You blurt out throwing your hands on the top of your head. You turn around to fully face him. You knew your face was blood red. “Brett It’s you, you are what’s wrong with me.”

“Me?” Brett asks pointing at himself.

“Everything about you is driving me crazy,” You say as you walk up to him. You stop a foot away from of him. “Ever since you gave me that damn jersey and asked me to wear it to the game in the hallway today.”

“What was wrong with my jersey?” He asked concerned.

“It smells like you!” You hiss through your teeth and fling up your hands sporting your claws. “And when you hugged me tonight I started shifting and I can’t control it anymore. I was so confused because it was never like this before. You usually calm me down not rile me up as much as you used to. The jersey was making me feel…a lot…your sweat was…I could have ripped my hair out if I hadn’t left school after your game. You want to talk about scaring people. I scared Erika in the parking lot.”

Brett laughs and looks up towards the sky shaking his head. He lowers his gaze back down to you biting his bottom lip. You turn around and start to stomp away from him angry and humiliated. It was like your face was on fire.

“I knew this was stupid. I shouldn’t have said anything!” You shout. “Forget about what I said Brett. It has to be the full moon coming up soon. We have more important things to worry about. We should go check on your sister.”

“No don’t go! Wait!” Brett grabs your hand and pulls your body towards him. His arms snake around your back to gently hold you place. He lean in toward your shoulder and presses his face to the crook of your neck and shoulder. You freeze. His nose trails up your neck until he reaches your ear, your body goes hot again. He talks against your skin and you feel his lips moving. “You don’t even have to tell me, I can smell it on you. I could smell it at the game. Babe you’re really turned on right now. This is apart of what we needed to talk about.”

“What? I’m what?” You force out, with the feeling you could throw up. It was like there were birds flapping around in your stomach. Could his parents smell it? You press your hands against his chest and release yourself out of his grasps. You start to fall forward feeling a rush of adrenaline flow through your body. “This is just…I…oh my god. You could tell? You knew? I think I’m going to pass out.”

“Hey look at me,” Brett reaches out to you before you fall to the ground. You scramble to get away from him, but he quickly turns your body towards him. “Y/N, look at me please. It’s okay. You shouldn’t be embarrassed. It’s normal. Trust me when I say it’s normal.”

You cover your eyes and slowly peak through your fingers to see his eyes were still bright yellow, but his brows were furrowed now. You remove your hands completely to see him roll his eyes and smirk. That very smirk makes your stomach flip.

“I can’t believe I’m doing this, but breath in,” He says with a sigh. “What do you smell?”

“I uh…” You say looking to the side and then down at the ground.

“Do it, before I regret this.” His voice softens.

He drops his arms from around your back and you stand up straight. Awkwardly, you take a deep breath in and smell the rain and then a particular scent hit your nose. Your mouth starts to salivate in reaction and chill bumps start to speckle across your skin. You swallow hard. He smelled so good, so enticing that you whole body was reacting.

“Do you not smell how much I want you?” He asks scratching the back of his neck. He was embarrassed and you could feel the heat radiating off of his body even through his cold wet clothes. “I figured you would have known by now, but you’re still new to all of this. Yes you’ve been smelling me because I can’t control it around you anymore. When my mom told you that she could smell my scent on you she thought it was out of protection. It wasn’t just out of that, it was because…I’ve always felt like we were more than just friends…I mean I never tried anything with you..and I understand how this can make you well all frenzied.”

“Frenzied?” Nervously you start to laugh. “That’s what we are calling it? How can you understand?”

Brett Talbot claiming he likes you was a joke, a punch line. You could see his eyes on your mouth much like the night he had been infected by an aggressive form of wolfs bane. You shake your head and start to walk away, but Brett latches an arm around your waist and pulls you close to him again. You close your eyes tremble at how close you were to him again, you could feel the outline of his chest and muscular stomach against your body. He places a hand on your cheek and guides your face toward his coming towards yours, gently.

“Open your eyes Y/N, you’re not the only one who has been struggling,” Brett says as he leans down and presses his forehead to yours. He breaths in your scent and sighs again. You feel the tense muscles in your back slowly loosen and the nerves in your stomach flutter off. He makes eye contact with and cautiously presses his lips to yours. Your heart stops for a split second then goes into over drive beating loudly in your ears. Or was it Brett’s own heart? He looks back up at you and smiles, there was so much warmth in it. “Now do you know? Can you feel it? Please know.”

You were feeling something, you wanted to kiss him again and to get as close to him as possible. There were tears forming in the corner of your eyes and memories of all the situations you two had been through, all the gentle touches and embraces and all of the strange protective behavior he showed you.

He breaths in deeply and his eyes lose their gentle expression only to be replaced with one of longing and desire. Brett goes in for another kiss, opening his mouth to take you in. You boldly match his movement and move your lips against his deepening the kiss, tasting him. Taking him in. You hear a growl escape his mouth and you shiver. Giving in you push him towards siding of Scotts house, harshly.

Your mouth starts to move more aggressively against his and his hands snake up rake through your wet hair. His tongue daringly, runs across your lower lip and your find your hands meeting his sides and slip beneath his wet shirt. Even with the chill of the night and the wet clothes he was wearing, his skin was on fire and almost burnt your finger tips. You want more of that heat. Brett grabs your thighs and hoists your body up easily and naturally you wrap your legs around his waist. Quickly latch your arms around his neck to steady yourself. Brett cautiously licks at your bottom lip and you accept his tongue into your mouth. The very same feeling of wanting to eat him alive prickles all over your body and you remove your lips from his. You peer down at him.

Brett’s body was almost limp against the house with closed eyes. His lips were swelling and parted with quick breaths. It was like a dream. A fever dream. This lit a fire that rushed through out your body. You open your mouth and had to taste his skin that smelled so delectable. Breathing him wasn't enough and kissing his mouth wasn’t helping you either. You bring your face to the side of his neck and press your lips to it gentle and his body jolts. You trail your closed mouth up to his pulse point and open your lips to suck on his pulse point. His breathing became short and loud. You rake your teeth across his skin. Wolf fangs. Quickly you close your mouth and start to feel more clear headed and haze lift. Luckily you hadn’t broken the skin.

“Y/N,” He breaths and lifts his head up to expose his neck more. “I didn’t know it was this bad.”

You move your head up from his neck and he parts his lips. He leans out towards your face and kisses you again and you feel the wave of desire rush over you again. He moves positions and slams your back to side of the house and you let out a yelp.

“Oh my god,” You say breaking away from his lips. “I’m so sorry Brett. We can’t do this…right…now. Is this real?”

“Y/N, it’s okay we both wanted this!”

Your legs unwrap from around his waist and you hop down and land on the ground softly. You wipe your mouth on the back of your hand and start to hurt all over, wanting to be close to him again. Brett looks at your confused. You set off towards the front of the house and practically rip the front door open meeting the bright lights of the living room.

“Is everything okay?” Erika asks sitting on the couch.

Brett walks into the house after you, wiping his mouth and adjusting his shirt that had somehow road. You see Erika look you up and down and the look Brett up and down.

“Oh okay.” Erika says, shaking her head.

“What happened? Is there an assassin outside?” Liam asks. “Why do you look like that Y/N? Brett?”

Liam looks at you and squints his eyes and then back over towards Brett. He opens his mouth to start and say something, but doesn’t. He crosses his arms instead.

“It’s okay Liam, don’t.” Erika says.

Both you and Brett shoot Erika a glare and then Liam. You make your way to the bathroom and Erika bursts in after you. She shuts the door and you look at your appearance in the mirror. Your hair was in nots and the shirt Scott had given you to wear was stretched out a bit. Your lips were swollen and skin red. You adjust the shirt and try to fix your hair.

“What happened between you and Brett?” Erika asks.

“It got heated,” You say sitting down on the closed toilet. “Like really heated. Like surprisingly heated.”

“What do you mean? Did you guys like do it?” She asks cocking her head.

“No!” You shout with large eyes. “But if I hadn’t stopped us I’m sure something would have happened tonight.”

“Excuse me?”

“I stopped him. This isn’t us, we don’t do this,” You say resting your elbows on your knees and then rest your head on your hands. “Brett and I we don’t kiss. Brett is popular and captain of the lacrosse team. He’s got muscles and girls and I’m pretty sure guys going crazy after him. He could have anyone. But being so close to him, it just-”

“Felt good?”

“It felt natural and relieving. Like it was supposed to happen,” You raise your head back up and make eye contact with her. “But it doesn’t erase all the stuff we went through, it doesn’t erase all the terrible things he has done to me and even Liam. This can’t make amends.”

“Babe, he already has,” Erika leans against the bathroom counter. “And you already know that. He’s helped you and Liam. You’re just making excuses for yourself not being enough or him being enough.”

“He is too enough for me,” You pinch the bridge of your nose. “He’s done so much without me asking or really saying thank you.”

“That sounds a lot like love.” Erika whispers.

“Love?” You choke. “We’re too young, too new to this. He should be with someone who knows what they are doing with this sort of thing, being a werewolf. I could hurt him…I could…I don’t know.”

“Y/N,” Erika places a hand on your shoulder. “Listen to me, he was there when you were the most out of control, you can’t hurt him.”

“Y/N,” Scott calls through the bathroom. “We’ve got to go.”

Hey guys so I figured I would explain my OC ♡︎

Also TW for the back story since it can be sensitive to some, also mentions of ED.

The pictures I used an app to make so no they are not drawn by me but put together by me!

Her name is Rose which if you have noticed is what I sign things by sometimes, I’ve never liked my real name and have gotten used to calling myself Rose in my head for many years now.

~Appearance

She was born with ginger hair and constantly dyes it blue.

Her hair is a little past shoulder length with long bangs

She has greyish blue eyes

A slightly round face

Neatly done eyebrows

She is almost on the to thin side

Although I know it’s a little nsfw here she has bigger boobs and a average butt

She has a lip piercing and a tattoo on her thigh of flowers

~Wardrobe

She normally wears very cutesy things like lace shirts with tube tops underneath along with skirts.

Alternatively she wears grunge type clothing such as baggy pants with chains or tight ripped jeans. Band tees and leather jackets.

She loves wearing chokers and converse

When she's not in a good mood or a very lazy mood she wears hoodies and yoga pants

She can be very shy and awkward when she first meets someone

When she gets comfortable she can be very sweet and motherly and very hyper and crazy

She’s very good about changing her personality to fit the people around her

She’s pretty good at being able to manipulate people into doing things they normally may not or so do something for her

She tries to act like she’s better than everyone as a defense but in reality she has no self confidence and often hates on herself

~ Back story

She didn’t have a happy family at all. They were rich enough to live happily and have what they want most of the time but nothing crazy. She grew up the oldest of her siblings, but the forgotten child. Her parents often yelled at her over the other siblings and degraded her and would sometimes threaten to hit her or kill her. She was a straight A student and had good behavior for the most part. While she was at school she was the happiest, which is saying a lot. Once they get closer they are almost inseparable when she needs a brake.

Beelzebub- he is definitely her favorite brother and one of her crushes out of all the boys. He’s another one that knows of her ED, he didn’t understand it at first but thanks to him she is actively getting better. She loves spending time with him and finds him to be one of the sweetest people she’s met.

Belphigor- when she’s feeling sad and Beel Diavolo or Asmo isn’t around, sometimes even if they are, he will cuddle up to her. That’s his form of comforting her, he didn’t like her at first but the more he got to know the more he wanted to protect her.

Diavolo- her number one here, she is absolutely smitten by him like huge simp energy. She doesn’t look at him as if he’s just a prince or rich. She actually loves him as a person, not to mention she thinks he’s hot. They don’t get to spend much time together but when they do they are almost inseparable. He knows about her ED and mental problems almost as well as Asmo and will help her out. Often times she will call him before she goes to bed to let him know she’s okay or not.

Barbatos- at first she was scared of him, but the more she got to know about him the more she learned he’s actually quite gentle. He’s helped her learn how to cook when he has free time and will often ask her to help him when she’s at the palace. They have a very close bond.

Soloman- she doesn’t trust him to much since she feels he’s always got something up his sleeve. She keeps an eye on him and wouldnt really call him a friend

Simeon- she loves spending time with him since she finds being around him or Luke comforting, often times she won’t go near Soloman unless him or Luke is around to calm her nerves about him

Luke- THIS IS HER BABY DO NOT TOUCH HIM. She’s very protective over Luke at first she thoguht he was annoying but she quickly got use to him and often treats him like her child.

I would say Zeke titanizing everyone who drank the wine is inevitable, but the fact that Falco ingested the wine keeps being brought up. Zeke isn't aware. This really does feel like the final multi-titan battle. It might not technically be the final fight, but this feels like the RtS of the post-Marley arc. It's the climactic battle we've been building towards

People can say whatever they want, but everything indicates to me that Eren will become the last antagonist for the final war against the whole world.

It been a while since Isayama didn't shine with his drawing specially. The facial expressions and symbolism between some panels are so powerfull meaning and puts us in struggle to decoding it for a bit. One of the most deepest one (for me) was yelena saying "you're different from others Eren, you're special".

I do not foresee a great future for Eren as facial surgeon.

Marley and the warriors is so hypocritical. Porco's line really go to me because they attacked Paradis multiple times first. Hope eren beats their ass.

I guess Reiner was right with saying that Eren is the most unreliable person who's entrusted with the coordinates and the power of the founding titan, because it could be possible that Eren will use this power for the bad.

I think 104th will escape and Chad style Dab on Marley and pop their airships to end up losing Connie and then get 99999x Thunderspears to create their own rumbling because Eren didn't have the coordinate after all.

I think it was a well written battle in the sense that there was still a good amount of tension because Eren wasn't just effortlessly slaughtering the warriors. Instead he defiantly held his ground while outnumbered, outgunned and surrounded which imo showcases his strengths - tenacity and willpower - best of all.

I want all 9 titans to come together in an epic all-out brawl! Please make it happen Isayama!

If Pieck and Zeke don't engage in an Artillery duel next chapter, I'll be sorely disappointed.

When I finished the chapter I started crying because of what Reiner said while he was trying to eat Eren. In my opinion, Reiner has been such an accurate depiction of suicidal ideation that it's scary. It's just really painful to see, but I'm glad it's done so well and I really commemorate Isayama for treating it respectfully. I suppose I hope Reiner gets to see the kids again before he dies. At least... give him one last smile before he has to say goodbye.

I am most looking forward to see if Mikasa joins the fight or not, we still don't know what she thinks about Eren now!! And I want to know what Armin figured out, and I really want to know where the FUCK Historia is, and I really really want to know what happened to Levi and Hange. In that order.

Very good and well rounded, comedic moments were funny and not forced, Fights looked great as expected. Unique twist seeing new anti titan weaponry but enjoyable to see it being used.

This chapter really illustrated how well Isayama can draw facial expressions to convey the characters thoughts

It’s been so long since I’ve bothered to reopen and post my thoughts, feelings, whatever that surfaces to my mind. Alot of small changes in my mental approach but I’ve been doing alot better recently. God there’s so much I want to talk about now now that I’m started to hit these keyboard keys. Once again I’m trying no to filter my flow of mental thoughts. hehe altho my bad habit kicks in whenever i start thinking of a better more accruate, more cooler wayer of phrasing things lol This quarter I’ve decided to shake my schedule a tremendous amount. I’m taking 4 classes , 2 of which Im really interesed in volleyball and Japanese and the other is my class I failed the firs ttime Accounting, and another upper div class econ 100b.

Its been so much fun playing volleyball. On top of the class times we meet on tuesday and thursdays I practice on monday nights and play games on tuesday and wednesday nights as well. I’ve been coming up with all these smaller goals and my list just keeps growing. It feels pretty good, but sometimes it feels like im putting too much on my plate. but i think i like alot better this way. ive invested in a better microphone because ive been trying out voice overs and other friendly tournaments and i constantly think about if I could one day snag a career opportunity with it. Though my main goal is to finish up school and grab my BME degree, I am really hoping that within the time before I graduate I can find some sort of full time voice acting job. On top of this I’ve been working on this part time job 3 days a week. A small part of me feels this small sense of dread , but Im trying to adjust that work is something I have to learn how to be comfortable and get used to doing, even if its not my number one passion, it creates funds for me to go out and enjoy food and other materials that are awesome. and i have been enjoying using the money im making. I’ve been adding to my wardrobe new clothes !! it feels good to spend money that im legitamately working for, although im constantly working on how to control my spending habits. Being comfortable with using money is one trial, limiting my spending is another. ive been going to JSA weekly and getting to know the people there and its been pretty good. lol anyways, other goals and resolutions ive been focusing little by little each day is building my self - esteem and confidence in other people. ive been slowly learning how to just feel comfortable with my own body in whatever im wearing and whether people are looking at me or not. ive always been super self conscious of my looks , the sides of my body , my face , eyes , lips, hair, how i stand with my shoulders always tense, biting my lower so it does pertrude so much. I’ve been learning to accept the way I look. Loving the body im in, not thinking or worrying about how I look when Im sitting next to the person next to me. Slowly, but steadily ive been taking to time to just love myself.

As with my social intereactions with other people, ive been working on my smile to other people. but i kinda worry that people may take it as a flirtacious way or a smirk like im looking down at people.. i really am not. and never do i want to come off as cocky. I genuinely am trying my best to see people in a more positive light. I really want to be able to open up to people.. every so often I think about how much Ive never got to tell my main group that i hangout with , the bois, anything personal or anything at all of my negative feelings my real struggles with depression , loesliness .. generally all these thing sthat really matter to me ive probably mentioned it in many times somewhere in my collection of thoughts previously , but since then i just have always struggled to really trust in people.. i keep comin to the same corner thinking its easier to not have friends.. but at the same time I deeply long for the deep sense of connection with others.. i hate and love people. even now i havent had a good opportunity to reveal this side with anyone.. but ive learend to adjust and move forward on my own. I really do feel a lot stronger, looking back and seeing how much i keep pushing myself, to keep falling back in love with life, finding the right peace of mind. everyday im feeling a little more happier than the day before, without having a person of interest dangling as a carrot, without having anyone listen to my problems or encouraging me, in the face of my insecurities, and other people who try to convince me that I am worthless or that my opinions are irrevelant . Everyday Im giving nothing less than my best and with that I have the greatest peace in mind, that i can feel satisfied and happy with myself. No one is better or below me and I am neither more important or less signifciant than my neighbor, and it bugs me seeing other people, a lot of guys try to make the ppl around them feel smaller than they really are declaring themselves as alpha. what they say or do is irrelevant to me as I continue to focus on myself. I never want to forget to be kind to others, I truly want to love the people around me. At the core Im still the Christian Ive dedicated my life to be since elementary , and since ive lost faith in the people of my church.. ive never really got to reveal my faith I constantly hold in my heart. what keeps me skeptical of people is how manipulative people can be.. that people will take advtange of your friendliness, your circle of peopel you know to approach girls theyre find attracrtive. that alot of guys dont care about building a friendship or getting to know anything of whats important to me but because their main intention is that theyre thirsty for girls.. i constantly keep seeing this.. and i hate it.. its easier to trust girls because theyre not looking to take your friends but when i think more about it , as soon as they find some1 more attractive they dont care about being your friend or being close at all but rather only interested in being the most liked. agh ik im scrambling all this but geez.. anyways ive been trying to accept people as they are, not forcing my most negative thoguhts of peopel whether their true or not to people I have yet to learn and get to know. the second problem is how do i ward off the ppl I truly get to know as horrible people.. and how do I detach myself in a respectful but loving manner. I already have a bad habit of distancing myself from ppl so learning this could be prove to be even more detrimental but..hm. yea i wanna learn how accept people as who they fully are.. wahaha , im beginning with accepting who I fully am.
