This caterpillar (limacodid larvae) looks like a walking gummy bear. Limacodid larvae are often highly ornamented and brightly coloured. They come from the Olona genus of the family Limacodidae, a group of moths noted for their slug-like caterpillar form. Via

Limacodidae: a family of moths often called slug moths because their caterpillars look like slugs; also called cup moths because of the shape of their cocoons. The larvae are often liberally covered in protective stinging hairs.
