MODELING CONTRACTS Q2 2024-Q3 2024

here is the LIST of modeling contracts. make sure to read this post for more information about modeling in general.

contracts highlighted in light purple means that renewal is possible. renewals become impossible if writing requirements haven’t been met and when this happens, they are placed in the “past” column, which is highlighted in grey. the other reason for this is if the muse has completed a around a year with the brand, since it allows the muse to have a free modeling contract slot and take on different modeling gigs, if possible. if the contract is highlighted in either yellow or blue, there’s no action for you to take (example; Ivy Club contracts).

you are required to submit to the lgcmanager account the following form to renew a contract. if we don’t hear from you before APRIL 27, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT, we’ll assume that contracts pending renewal are canceled.

Amidst all the models gathered for the photoshoot of the latest PASSION5 campaign, Yoojoon can't help but feel a twinge of self-consciousness. He stands tall, but not towering; his muscles defined, yet unremarkable amidst the crowd. Most of his tattoos are concealed, further adding to his sense of invisibility. And to top it all off, he finds himself standing beside someone he recognizes as a seasoned veteran in the modeling world: Kim Jinyoung. There's an undeniable aura of confidence and experience emanating from him, effortlessly setting him apart from the rest.

Shifting his weight from foot to foot, he finally musters the courage to address the man beside him. "Hey, Kim Jinyoungssi, right? I'm Kang Yoojoon," he begins, his voice betraying a hint of nerves. "I noticed we're paired up for the photoshoot, so I thought I'd introduce myself."

He had taken advantage of their intermediate break by exploring the store instead of grabbing something to drink, or run to the bathroom like the rest of the models. In hindsight, he would most likely regret not listening to the suggestion from the staff member, but he was too overly stimulated by the nonstop interactions of the event-goers. He had a hard time seeing them as fans. Perhaps, his sister had successfully humbled him before his ego could inflate his head.

He catches Seojin returning to his spot behind the table used for signing the autographs. He had been elated at the fact that he would be reunited with his friend. He knew those chances were going to be rare in the future, especially when he debuted under the new sub-label. He rushes to stand in front of his friend, mischievous smile forming on his lips when he makes eye contact with the older man.

"Park Seojin-ssi, I'm your biggest fan!" He exclaims, clasping his hands in front of him and looking down at him with an earnest expression that his acting coach would be more than satisfied with had he been there to witness it. "I would give you my firstborn, but instead, I promise to support until the end of time..." He is unable to stifle the laughter bubbling to the surface, leaning forward and placing his hands on the table separating the two of them. "Can you please sign my forehead?"

brand events. networking. both things jinyoung dreaded but realized where unfortunately a part of the job. funny how he had signed with legacy to escape his parents' lifestyle only to end up getting stuck on the one thing he hated the most about it.

his shirt fitting but too many buttons done up, the male subtly tugs at his collar, smiling pleasantly at people passing by that he should know the name of but strategically only remembered the last name from.

"isn't it insane?" he chooses to ask kai beside him so none of them would get the idea to walk up to them. "how time has just flown by?"

Renewing his contract with PASSION5 is both, a blessing and a curse at once. A blessing, because he's loved every moment of being part of this modeling gig. A curse, because now he's tasked with posing with tantalizingly delicious bread that he's forbidden to taste. It's sheer torture, requiring every ounce of his willpower to resist the temptation of taking just a tiny nibble from the baguette he cradles like a precious infant in his arms.

Glancing over at @lgchxneul, who's in the same group as him, Minkyu can't help but lament their delicious dilemma. "It's such a pity we can't indulge in this," he remarks, his gaze lingering on the tempting food. "I can't even bear to look at all those pastries. Ugh. They're making me hungry." A hint of a whine creeps into his voice as he now fully turns to Haneul, a subtle pout forming on his lower lip. "Am I the only one suffering here, or can you relate?"

SWEET ENCOUNTER

Her hands were freezing, but the hand warmers in her pockets were hot to the touch and she had peeked at the thermostat several times, only to find that the room remained a toasty 23℃. Her phone rested on her lap, fingers idly playing with the star charm on her phone's case. It was her last attempt at remaining still like the makeup artist had begged her with a lilt. She feels her phone vibrate, lifting it dangerously close to her face to read her mother's logical response to her worries.

Could she be nervous? Was that the reason behind the occasional shiver, or the twisting and turning of her stomach? Her mother knew her best, but she wanted a quick and easy antidote. It felt silly to be nervous after being in front of the camera several times since their debut. Still, she would have preferred to be surrounded by her members. She could hide behind their striking presences albeit trying to hide behind her members as one of the tallest members was an extremely amusing thought.

Her phone slips on its way back to her lap, dropping on the corner and face down onto the porcelain concrete floor. She hears a soft gasp from the couch not too far from her makeup chair, eyebrow raising with curiosity. She first spots the cute pink ballet slippers, then the cheeky smile with the round cheeks. Was she hallucinating? "Have you always been there, hm?" She questions with a warm expression, sitting upright to face the young girl on the couch.

The makeup artist interjects to inform her that she was the director's daughter and had been dropped off while her mother ran errands. "Ah..." She keeps her distance, eyeing the macarons the staff had gifted her, but instead, she reaches for the strawberry flavored Chupa Chups lollipop in her bag and offers it to the young girl. At her age, she remembers disliking the almond taste in macarons despite how enticing the colorful sandwich cookies appeared to her. Her tastebuds had certainly evolved. "What's your name? My name is Minseo."

"Her name is Jiyeon. She can be quite shy around strang—" Fingers eagerly accepted the lollipop, only to be handed back to her to peel the wrapper off. Minseo releases a soft giggle, balling up the wrapper in her hand. Candy would trump shyness any time for her too. "Minseo sings, Jiyeon. Do you and your friends listen to Nova at school?"

An unabashed shake of the girl's head wounds her sensitive heart. Her linger smile widens when she hears Fabula come out of the young girl's mouth. She lifts her free hand to hide the lower half of her face, laughter escaping her parted lips along with the makeup artist who echoes her sentiment. "I promise to work harder, Jiyeon!" She says in a singsong-y voice, staring at the girl with endearment. "I hope you remember that this unnie gave you a lollipop first."

"Ah, her older sister is a big fan of Fabula. She is at that age where she parrots everything her older sister likes, or says..." The director interjects, picking the young girl up to carry her on his hip. "Should we listen to Nova, Jiji?" A nod would be their response, the young girl too focused on the watermelon lollipop. "Let's go back to work. Promise you won't distract Minseo, yeah?"

Another shake of her head.

Her nerves had subsided thanks to Jiyeon, but she was down a lollipop.

sena looked around the bustling healing bird store, watching as people shopped the extensive haircare selection. the task was simple in theory- sell product. that was what any good brand model should be able to do; sell a product. however, when it came to personal care and hygeine products, especially haircare, sena was adamant about it being the right fit for the person’s hair type and condition. she had to treat her previously-dyed locks much differently than someone who had virgin hair, and she didn’t just want to sell people products blindly knowing this fact.

also not really wanting to be alone during all this hustle and bustle, she stuck around with yuxi. they’d gotten to know each other a bit through future dreams, and although they were now on different paths, sena still had a lot of respect for her. they both seemed to have similar personalities, which helped sena feel more at ease regarding her promotional style.

as a woman approached the girls asking about recommendations for products, she was immediately deep in thought. “is your hair previously bleached? is it damaged? do you have a problem with frizziness or flatness?” she listened as the woman lamented about the mistakes she’d made in recent years, dying her hair without caring for its condition. it now tangled very easily, was extremely dry, and had a lot of split ends.

“you’ll probably need a multi-step hair care routine to restore the health of your hair. why don’t we each recommend a product to you?” sena asked, looking over to yuxi. “first of all, i definitely think you should try out the ultra protein before shampoo first hair pack.” she picked the bottle of product up from a nearby display and showed it to the customer. “you put a pump of this on your hair before you go into the shower. then, you shampoo with the product still in your hair. it will help protect your hair from further damage and lock the moisture into your hair!” 

sena then turned to yuxi once again. “what do you think? do you have any other recommendations?”

apart of yejin can't believe that she's here again on the set of orion confectionery, with the same people but she also feels a little grateful for the opportunity because she isn't the most famous girl in her group, if anything she is probably the least known one. yet here she has this opportunity at her heads, and she is with familiar faces. yejin spots taiyou immideately, she smiles widely and walks up the taller model and stands next to him before opening her mouth.

" hi taiyou, " she finally says and glances up at him, " here we are again. "

she feels relieved seeing all of the familiar faces around her, and the staff are also mostly the same as it was the last time as well.

" what kind of cf do you think we'll be doing this time around? " she asks him and glances towards the set for a moment, pondering to herself.

▶▶ LOADING ... CLIO ( first renewal ) 

the best thing about working with clio is the wide variety in the line, but mostly the longevity of the products. their kill cover line of cushion had always been a popular product, and lately it seems that the lash kill superproof mascara was making rounds and resurfacing as another trending product in korea and slowly moving overseas now. but his face was kept relatively neat today, no eyeliner or mascara at all, and going for the ‘natural’ look. which honestly was his usual face when he wasn’t performing in the makeup that the makeup artists put him and the other boys in. 

they were going to be shooting a CF for the kill brow tattoo set today, and alternatively, the cushion too - which one it would end up being an advert for, yushin supposes he would get surprised when it finally gets released but it makes sense to target both areas at once. and maybe he’ll get used for both! that would be even better. 

the artist and brand made a point to indicate that even if he were to accidentally smudge his brow, from sweat or performing, that it would remain in tact, and yushin did try that ( of course, after it dried down - he’s not a fool-- ) and it went no where. “oh this would be very good for on tour and longer performances!”  

photoshoots and cfs were one thing, which was something that yushin has always wanted to do, since he debuted as a musical actor; and even when he was a trainee though the chances to get the opportunities were less back then. 

what yushin didn’t realize he would be attending were in store events but this will be quite fun. yushin did enjoy doing hands-on events with fans, and it was one thing to do it as a member of his group, but now he and some of the other models and actresses from legacy had the opportunity to attend as spokespeople of clio. ( he hopes the turnout will be fruitful. )

MODELING CONTRACTS : TRADE SHOW EVENT word count: 346

vedi vero must have liked her enough to continue their modeling contract with her. jaehwa’s glad she managed to stay on good terms with the brand. for someone who values loyalty, she had grown attached to their products and never had  thought of switching to other glasses brands. even if more than half of her sunglasses collection was given to her for free. even when her contract ends, jaehwa was certain she’ll remain a loyal customer.

being present at the trade show felt different as it is held in a professional setting. there are no screaming fans or flashy cameras. everyone is dressed appropriately and having conversations about the products displayed. in all honesty, jaehwa doesn’t like the atmosphere and it is not because her fans are not here. she simply doesn’t thrive well in a serious environment and would usually be on the quiet side. nonetheless, she remembers her purpose of being here and makes the effort to promote vedi vero well. 

“i think these will suit your face shape.” the idol suggests and picks up a pair of sunglasses, handing it over to an older female. “you have an oval face so wearing glasses with an angled frame will extenuate your cheekbones and focus on your eyes, eyebrows and lips.” jaehwa had obviously done a bit of research prior to the start of the event. since she’s representing vedi vero, it would be beneficial if she has some knowledge on what kind of glasses suit different face shapes. “a thin frame will make you look more classy and a thicker frame makes you look more professional. both are suitable for you so it depends on which you prefer.” she explains to the woman. 

as the day continues, jaehwa had forgotten her idol status and became a salesperson for the day. she busied herself with promotions and even had casual conversations with professionals and executives of different brands. her social battery was drained at the end of the day but if this meant signing for more deals in the future, her efforts were worth it.

MODELING CONTRACTS Q2-Q3 2023 POST TYPE: STARTER FOR @lgcnabi​ TITLE: PERIPERA x NOVA

milan swears she could die at this very moment. of all the stress inducing moments she's been through since the beginning of the year, this has to be the one that'll manage to truly end her. while talking with journalist back in january had been quite the experience, the environment was still controlled and between professional. but this time, it would be them, the products and... fans. and for the first time, milan would step in front of the gathered crowd as nova's milan. actually, scratch that; she'd interact with a gathered crowd as a public personality for the first time ever. the thought alone makes her whine softly like a hurt puppy and she leans her head against nabi's shoulder. "i think i'm about to have a cardiac arrest." she whispers to younger girl, to her group member (she still has a hard time believing this is real). they are still backstage, waiting for their cue to come out. "you're gonna have to  go for the two of us i think" she continues, not in the least being dramatic for absolutely no reason at all

Tee was still surprised that after all this time he was still being asked to renew his contract with Vedi Vero. He was sure that they would have been sick of him by now and he kept expecting to hear that they no longer wanted him to model for their company. Yet, here he was, several months later, doing his... whatever number renewal this was. He was secretly happy that they still wanted him if he was being honest.

Plus, the shoots and events were a chance for Tee to reconnect with @lgcsoyoun​. They had been modelling together for the company since the start and, even though they really only ever interacted during these times, it was nice to catch up with the older female. It felt like a quarterly reunion between them. This event was entirely different and Tee was glad he had someone he knew with him.

danbi hasn’t seen jieun since she, err, walked in on her crying in a practice room. not like she was expecting to see her around, save for the occasional pass in the hallway at the company - even when it was announced that the two brands that they’re both respectively endorsing, danbi still didn’t think there’d be enough time or space to allow for them to run into each other again. and yet, here they are - paired together to film the next scene of this cf together. 

it’s... awkward, in a way. or rather, danbi considers things to be a bit awkward at least. she can’t even bring herself to look into the other’s eye - the juxtaposition between her fully-glammed up self right now and the sight of her sobbing on the floor was too embarrassing for her to confidently pretend through. so instead, she opts for the bare minimum of small talk her pride will allow her. “s-should we coordinate our poses so we’re both not doing the same thing?”

nayoung wasn't sure if she was allowed to actually eat some of the product, but if she was eating it, that only meant that it was good and that more people should buy it.. right? she'd had a fun time with yein during their initial contract with passion 5, and now they were doing a photoshoot and some further events. on today's schedule, an in-store event where fans and people could purchase goods and also get autographs. would they even want her autograph? would they know her? probably not everyone but maybe someone...! it wasn't too much of a concern - at least she wasn't alone here, and there were others from passion 5 and legacy here too so it wasn't so awkward, and she could pass the time with idle chatter whether with a fan or with her colleagues. but the food... "i'll pay for what i'm eating, i promise!" she told the management, as she surrendered to a grumble in her stomach and opened up one of the goodies before her.

"which one is your favourite?" nayoung asks a customer who chose several goodies, but multiple of one particular snack. of course, that's the one the customer waves back in return before she turns back to the idol and ask for an autograph. "i'll take that recommendation in mind. there's so many to pick from, i'm slowly going to eat my way through the entire line, even if it is the last thing i do! but it is nice because there's always seasonal items too. so tasty."

"what would you like me to sign?" and she quickly signed on the autograph of the small postcard that had nayoung advertising passion 5 on it. the brand really made some good choices with advertising both passion 5 and the representatives, truly a win win. "thanks for supporting me and making a purchase! i'll remember the recommendation."
