Moe was thinking about moving out from my town shortly after I started playing New Leaf, but fortunately later I got the option to convince him to stay. This also means Moe and I have the opportunity to visit each other’s house. 😃

I’m enjoying New Leaf so far, despite me missing the larger inventory space and stacked items in New Horizons, and I’m still waiting to be able to buy more tools since I only have a fishing rod and a shovel at the moment. I’ve even bought some Animal Crossing 3DS themes and use one of the themes for my 3DS.

Currently the villagers in my New Leaf town consist of Cally, Gaston, Freya, Moe, Sterling, Ed, Gabi, Canberra and Zucker, though Moe has decided to move out soon. Among these villagers, I find Cally and Gabi the cutest.

I had never played an Animal Crossing game before New Horizons, but since I already own a 3DS, I’ve decided to pick up New Leaf as well.

Just found out the the Animal Crossing tune based on the Star Wars main theme I had been using for both my New Horizons island and New Leaf town was created by a R/e/y/l/o (ugghhhh), so I changed the keys to create my own variant the Star Wars main theme tune, inspired by another variant I found on YouTube:

I participated in the Fishing Tourney in New Leaf yesterday, and I won first place by catching a 28.95 inch carp, and it was my very first catch of the day too.

Unfortunately, I didn’t know there was a time limit for when the award ceremony took place, so when I went back to the game in the evening, I was too late, so the ceremony was cancelled and I only received the golden trophy today through mail.

I participated in the Bug-Off event in New Leaf, and I won the first prize! :D

Fortunately, unlike the Fishing Tourney last month, this time I remembered to participate in the award ceremony.

The museum in my New Leaf town has just gotten a renovation, meaning I finally get Celeste in my town! Welcome Celeste! 🦉❤

At the same time, Shampoodle has opened in my town, so I can finally get the hair style I want, and show it off during the completion ceremony for the museum renovation.
