🍒  +  @hatilead​​ mani makes me question whether they’re a real human being because no offense but why are you so talented? so kind? so interesting as a person? her writing is so superior that despite us having chatted a lot ooc, i get sweaty writing for them because?? you do that when you get to write with someone whose writing you look up to, yeah? i do, anyway. i legitimately broke my own “i don’t wanna interact with harry potter muses” rule for mani back when she first followed me on another blog on gilderoy, right now even i don’t know the canon of the majority of their muses yet. yet. i’m very excited for interactions, and ooc chats about muses, and and. it’s rarer to connect with writers when you don’t really share fandoms, you feel me? but i’m genuinely happy to always see mani on my dash, both ic and ooc, and i love our ooc chats, the kindness, the videos of her cat she sends me, the amount of candles they’ve lit for me & my spouse in order to send good vibes, and the times she’s trusted me enough to share something more personal - i feel privileged to have them as a friend and a writing partner (now that we finally are writing, ahoy).

🍒  +  @vortexparadox​​ lexi has so much love for so many characters & a talent to writing them all! specifically on this blog, i love that they are giving attention to several less popular characters from doctor who. like, i’m into classic and eu who and i didn’t even know all of these muses, and alas, now i am into even more eu who just because? wanted to learn more about, say, josie! all thanks to lexi’s portrayal! they are immensely awesome ooc as well. one of the few people i feel like i can fully trust with more sensitive private things, and also someone who i don’t feel the need to be scared i’m gonna lose when i have long stretches of time where i feel so overwhelmed by social interaction i just don’t talk ooc to anybody. that’s genuinely rare.

🍒  +  @lcsthearts​ alex, what a bean. i think you’re the only person i’ve seen consistently writing eileen and magda, and look, listen, pals, less popular supernatural muses, who are well loved by her. didn’t we meet with me sending an awkward anon to your cas praising you with like “i’d follow you but i want to respect your duplicates rules” and you just point blank told me it was totally ok to follow you anyway? alex has been around & been a joy for years, and i admire her ability to write from such different fandoms so flawlessly!

🍒  +  @highschccldropout​ you can’t talk about alex without talking about hope! you two go together, ok... i think hope was among the first people to follow me on cas in 2018, totally new fandom, a year hiatus from tumblr rp and all. i don’t often keep following blogs i don’t interact with, but i think we actually didn’t interact for about a year? she’s just special enough that i wanted to keep her on my dash anyway. glad i did else i would’ve missed out writing with a highly talented dean mun! even though we don’t talk very often, i couldn’t imagine not having hope around on tumblr and also discord/twitter ooc.

🍒  +  @thekingsparty​ melli, i had to check if we follow each other on this blog omfg. melli was also one of the first people who followed me back in 2018 when i came back to tumblr rp after over a year and into a new fandom, on castiel! i very much adore her and cannot imagine not adoring her. her portrayal of crowley is next level supreme. i’m lucky every time we get a chance to write! we also don’t always talk much, but i consider her a friend, absolutely so. i don’t feel comfortable around many people, especially when i suck at starting conversations for months on end, but i feel comfortable around her. one of the least judgemental people here, and just very dear to me. also, actual literal crowley. i admire that she’s had her crowley muse for such a long time, too, and the amount of love and care she puts in her writing.

- it takes Byleth a while to see Linhardt’s love of naps as something charming, rather than annoying. along with Linhardt’s other eccentricities. but it’s cute c:

- there’s just something about Linhardt, asleep in the sun, with either a book or his fellow cats, that’s just... it strikes a chord in Byleth. like a painting he’s never seen before and he’s taking in for the first time. it’s pure art. and that’s how Byleth realises he loves him

- his ideal retirement would be to just get a cabin by a lake, just the two of them. nice house, somewhere to fish, and some sun Linhardt can sleep in. honestly, Byleth would be happy to retire from mercenary work and that kind of stuff. sadly, no matter what, that’s never going to happen, is it.

- Byleth is a hard worker, but he needs someone like Linhardt to balance him out. someone that’ll force him to rest and nap sometimes.

     ----Everyone always tells him not to worry. Their father, Bethany---and look what good that did them. The boy fumes as they stand on the docks, mother and company in tow. The long journey to Kirkwall had seemed fruitless, denied entry to the city, treated like vermin. It boils his blood, and it all threatens to froth over like a pot left over a fire for too long. 

     But Carver is tired. Tired of running, of holding himself together. The boy wants a moment to RELAX, to let his guard down.
