【Lansheng Technology News】Infineon Technologies AG's new CoolSiC™ hybrid discrete devices feature TRENCHSTOP™ 5 fast-switching IGBTs and CoolSiC Schottky diodes. Shenzhen Wemax New Energy Co., Ltd. uses this device for its next-generation 6.6 kW OBC/DCDC vehicle charger. Infineon's components, available in D²PAK packages, combine ultra-fast TRENCHSTOP 5 IGBTs with silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky barrier diodes, offering a perfect price-performance ratio in hard-switching and soft-switching topologies. With its excellent performance, optimized power density and leading quality, this power semiconductor device is highly compatible with Vimax's on-board charger.

This hybrid discrete device uses a fast hard-switching TRENCHSTOP 5 650 V IGBT co-packaged with a zero-reverse-recovery CoolSiC Schottky diode, resulting in extremely low switching losses at switching speeds in excess of 50 kHz. In addition, the rugged 5th generation CoolSiC Schottky diodes offer greater surge current resistance, maximizing reliability. Diffusion welding of this SiC diode improves the thermal resistance (Rth) of the package, allowing for smaller die size, thereby increasing power switching capabilities. With these features, the product achieves greater system reliability and service life, meeting the stringent requirements of the automotive industry. To maximize compatibility with existing designs, the product also features a pin-to-pin compatible design based on the widely used D²PAK package.

Sang penemu tersebut adalah Muhammad Ja’far Hasibuan (27). Putra asal Sumatera Utara (Sumut) ini memenangkan kompetisi di China Shanghai International Exhibition of Inventions (CSITF) dan WIIPA Special Award World Invention Intelectual Property Association.

Dia berhasil menyumbangkan medali emas dan WIIPA Special Award bagi Indonesia. Tak salah pernyataan Bung Karno, “Beri saya 10 pemuda maka akan saya guncangkan dunia” dan kini terbukti melalui prestasi Muhammad Ja’far Hasibuan.

Penghargaan no.1 dunia menjadi makna tersendiri jelang HUT RI . Sontak saja lewat penemuannya ini, ia pun viral diberbagai media cetak, online bahkan Youtube. Atas torehannya ini ia menjadi orang pertama di Asia yang dapat penghargaan dunia pada Pameran Teknologi Internasional China, Shanghai dan selanjutnya disebut CSITF), disetujui oleh dewan Negara yang diselenggarakan bersama oleh Kementerian Perdagangan, Kementerian Sains dan Teknologi, Kantor Kekayaan Intelektual Negara dan Pemerintah Kota Shanghai.

Kegiatan ini didukung juga oleh lembaga PBB seperti UNIDO, UNDP dan WIPO, dan diselenggarakan oleh Kamar Dagang China untuk Impor dan Ekspor Mesin dan Produk Elektronik, Pusat Pertukaran Teknologi Internasional Shanghai dan Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co, Ltd, adalah profesional tingkat nasional khusus untuk perdagangan teknologi internasional.

Sekedar informasi, acara kegiatan CSITF ke-7 telah berlangsung pada 18-28 April 2019 di Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center  di Shanghai  China beberapa bulan lalu berawal dari keinginan yang kuat sempat tidak jadi berangkat dikarenakan terkendalanya dana, namun berkat semangat dan ikhtiarnya ingin berjuang fisabilillah dijalan Allah sehingga ia mencari bantuan baik dari pemerintah, sponsor-sponsor dan zakat yang disumbangkan.

Akhirnya impiannya pun terwujud hingga mengharumkan bangsa Indonesia dengan membawa pulang medali emas.

Hal itu dikatakan ilmuwan muda dunia penemu obat kulit bagi manusia dan hewan luar dan dalam melalui pesan WhatsApp-nya, Minggu (04/08/019) Kegiatan CSITF tersebut merupakan bagian dari kegiatan ke-7 China Shanghai International Technology Fair yang didukung oleh United National Industrial Development Organization, United Nations Development Program dan Work Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA).

Selama di China ia diseleksi cukup ketat dari WIIPA dan kompetisi yang diikutinya dengan tema “Biofar Shirmp Skin Care”. Inovasi ini merupakan penemuan di bidang kesehatan yang teruji mengubah dari bahan alami menjadi obat kulit luar dan dalam pada manusia dan hewan.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Ja’far menjadi satu-satunya orang Asia di level dunia mendapat medali emas pertama dari CSITF dan WIIPA. Ia berangkat ke China dari tanggal 16-29 April 2019. Di sana ia disambut oleh KJRI Shanghai dan panitia Lomba. Untuk diketahui bahwasanya filosofi CSITF dengan basis inovasi “Biofar Shirmp Skin Care” ini adalah teknologi sangat baik atau kehidupan lebih baik dan dirinya teruji membuat racikan obat penyembuh kena paku, seng dan lain-lain.

Menurutnya, bahan produk inovatif digunakan dari bahan udang halus kecil segar hidup berkembang biak di bawah bakau sangkin kecilnya mata tidak nampak diproses dalam bentuk dengan bubuk dan salep cair, tes pada manusia telah dilakukakan pada salah satu warga yang terkena bendatajam (paku dan seng) karena setelah memberikan udang halus ramuan kental di sekitar luka, hasilnya positif dalam dua jam sekitar dua jaman rasa sakit dan nyeri menurun berkurang secara signifikan. Pemanfaatan udang juga di uji terhadap pasien dengan rasa gatal dikulir baik di bagian dalam jaringan kulit (epidermis) dan jaringan luar kulit serta dari luar.

Sementara tutur dia, persidangan di lakukan dengan mengajukan permohonan rekatkan ke penderita penyakit kuli dan minumlah. Tes juga dilakukan pada hewan (bebek, ayam, kambing dan kerbau).

“Walaupun saya awalnya sangat sulit mendapatkan dana untuk ke China, namun atas itu semua mampu keluar sebagai pemenang penemu obat luar dan dalam di level dunia yang diikuti 193 negara,” ungkapnya.

Dengan berbagai karya dan inovasi yang telah dipertunjukan pada duni internasional ini, ia sangat mengharapkan adanya perhatian pemerintah indonesia didalam pengembangan usaha-usaha yang sudah mendunia ini.

“Iya, saya sangat berharap sekali adanya perhatian pemerintah indonesia lazimnya pemerintah memperhatikan peraih-peraih juara dibidang lain seperti atlet dan lain sebagainya,”harapnya.

Dia pun meminta difasilitasi untuk bertemu dengan Presiden RI Joko Widodo.

Indonesia punya talenta yang luar biasa seperti Muhammad Ja’far Hasibuan.

Direktur Eksekutif Political and Public Policy Studies (P3S) Jerry Massie mengatakan apabyang diraih oleh Ja’far Hasibuan berkat kerja keras ketekunan dan pantang menyerah.

Dia (Ja’far,red) kata Jerry, merupakan penerus Prof BJ Habibie semoga akan lahir para cendikiawan muda berbakat. Dia juara 1 nasional sebanyak 19 kali, 2 kali juara Asean dan 1 kali juara dunia.

“Ini prestasi bagi bangsa yang di raih seorang anak yatim dan tulang punggung keluarga. Orang berprestasi seperti Jafar perlu diperhatikan oleh pemerintah,” ujar dia.

Menurut Jerry pemerintah harus membantu memfasilitasi anak-anak bangsa yang berprestasi. Saya sarankan kalau bisa di udang di istana dan pada perayaan HUT RI 17 Agustus 2019. Selama ini sudah banyak yang diundang presiden anak punya talenta tingkat dunia ini pun setidaknya bisa diundang.

Indonesia bisa patenkan hak cipta dari temuannya dan bisa digunakan negara-negara lain dan mereka bisa beli hak cipta tersebut.(red)
