Please, don’t put off practicing your art.

So, I’ve barely drawn anything in several years. And today I’ve decided to actually start trying to be an artist again...

I’m basically trying to re-learn from the beginning how to draw. Even in my own art style (which I’m trying to update and improve, because frankly, I feel that I can do better), which used to be like muscle memory for me. I used to be able to just pop out pictures of my characters and basic scenes/mini comics like I was flexing a muscle.

Now, I’m struggling to draw a simple bust of my fursona.

Please, if you are an artist in any capacity, do not make my mistake. Keep at it. Doodles, sketches, any basic shit any time you can. Keep at it. Please. You’ll thank yourself later.

Retail strangeness

It's like 70 degrees here and some woman (tall, African-American, why hair with blond highlights) walked in to my work wearing a big winter coat with a tear along one side, and said "I am Costa Rica and Puerto Rico... I am only white diamonds, and you are everywhere... and now I am gone." And then she left. What the fuck just happened?
