These Three Pairs Of Sunglasses From Black Is King Are Under-£150

Beyoncé’s visual album Black Is King, which was released on Disney+ on Friday, was arguably the greatest fashion moment of the year — from the custom leopard print jumpsuit courtesy of Valentino’s Pierpaolo Piccioli to a cow-print corset made especially for the occasion by Burberry’s Riccardo Tisci. But it wasn’t all flashy designer ensembles. In addition to showcasing a number of independent Black designers like Tongoro, a Senegalese label founded by Sarah Diouf, and Loza Maléombho, an Ivorian-American designer with an atelier based in Côte d’Ivoire, Beyoncé — along with her longtime stylist Zerina Akers — also chose to highlight a number of more affordable brands, one of which is Australian eyewear favorite Poppy Lissiman. 

Throughout Black Is King, Queen Bey can be spotted wearing four different pairs of sunglasses from the Perth-based brand, three of which are priced under £150. Included in the mix is a red-lensed cat-eye pair (that is currently on sale for just £60), which the star wore alongside a floral tea-party gown designed by British label Erdem, as well as an elongated pair of black skinny shades worn with a custom leopard print gown by Kujta & Meri. The latter sunglasses were plucked from Poppy Lissiman’s runway collaboration with NYC-based indie brand Puppets and Puppets from AW19 fashion week, which was unfortunately never sold by either brand. 

“We loaned these a while ago so [we] had an inkling but [were] never expecting her to wear so many,” the brand wrote on Instagram in response to a commenter. “So stoked.”

Beyoncé also wore a pair of yellow crystal sunglasses by the brand, during the aforementioned tea party, which are currently still in stock and cost £110, as well as the Huntsman Luxe sunglasses, which Akers paired with what appears to be a mini-skirt-and-crop-top combo made entirely of confetti. The sunglasses themselves are angular and black with crystal detailing. They, the most expensive of the bunch, are priced at £130. 

Akers also dressed the singer in sunglasses by eyewear brand A-Morir, which while a bit more costly — all A-Morir sunglasses are handmade in NYC and range from £200 to £1,350 — are equally as covetable. 

So, while Pierpaolo Piccioli won’t likely be designing custom capes for us anytime soon, it is possible to copy a few of Beyoncé’s Black Is King looks after all — at least in the eyewear department.

Crisula Stafida è una nota attrice italiana.

Ormai da più di 15 anni ha raggiunto una popolarità non indifferente, sia in televisione che sul grande schermo. Il suo talento non è di certo passato indifferente, tanto da essersi affermata anche nel mondo del teatro. Ma cosa sappiamo esattamente della biografia di Crisula Stafida?

Scopriamo qualcosa in più della sua vita!

Crisula Stafida età

Crisula Stafida ha 38 anni ed è nata il 16 novembre del 1981 a Roma.

Il suo nome vero è Crisula Secco: il cognome Stafida è in realtà quello di sua madre di origini italo-greche. Il padre invece, è italiano.

Durante l’adolescenza, abbandonò la capitale per studiare in Trentino. Una volta raggiunta la maggiore età ha deciso di trasferirsi a Milano. Qui Crisula ha iniziato a gettare le basi per la sua carriera, facendo formazione nel teatro.

Infatti, iniziò a studiare presso “l’Accademia Biosofica”, che le consentì di partecipare a vari spettacoli. Dopodiché, intraprese un corso di doppiaggio presso la DEA Digital. Successivamente, la Stafida decise di tornare a Roma.

Da quel momento, si occupò solo ed esclusivamente di teatro, facendo vari stage e spettacoli. Tra le sue prime esperienze lavorative troviamo una serie di cortometraggi, effettuati presso l’École Supérieure d’Audiovisuel (ESAV) di Tolosa e l’Ecole Superieure d’Etudes Cinematographiques (ESEC) di Parigi.

Tuttavia, il suo primo vero e proprio esordio al cinema avvenne nel 2006, per il film Nero bifamiliare di Federico Zampaglione.

Non molto dopo, partecipò a vari episodi di R.I.S. – Delitti imperfetti e Distretto di Polizia 6.

L’anno successivo entrò a far parte del cast de Il soffio dell’anima e Il peso dell’aria. Stafida è nota anche come la protagonista femminile del film fantasy Arachnicide e del videoclip di Gigi D’Alessio “Superamore”. Nel 2010 comparì nella commedia pulp Ganja Fiction e poi ne Il marito perfetto di Lucas Pavetto. Qui interpreta il personaggio di Viola, ottenendo il titolo di migliore attrice protagonista.

L’ultimo decennio è stato per Crisula ricco di soddisfazioni. Ad esempio, nel 2014 diventa protagonista del cortometraggio Angelika. Successivamente veste i panni di “Pamela” per il film Short Skin. Quest’ultimo fu presentato in anteprima nazionale al Festival di Venezia 2014 nella sezione “Biennale College”.

Nel 2016 invece, prende parte alla fiction per Canale 5 Matrimoni e altre follie, dove interpreta “Lavinia”. L’anno successivo diventa protagonista del film The Antithesis, nelle vesti della geologa Sophi Vaiani. Tra le sue esperienze lavorative più recenti c’è la sit com Ricci & Capricci e il film TV per Italia 1 Din Don – Il ritorno.

Attualmente, Crisula Stafida conduce “Una nuova vita”, a fianco di Claudio Guerrini. Questo programma (in onda dal 3 luglio su La5) è un talk che raccoglie sogni, speranze e ambizioni.
