(10) What's your favorite part about the fic writing process?

Whenever I accidentally layer in some meaning or foreshadowing I didn't originally intend. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's really fun.

(18) Are there any fics or authors that have been particularly influential or inspiring to you?

@babybinxxx my beloved. <3 It still blows my mind that such a talented writer wants to hang out with me. She was my first friend when I got into the Naruto fandom, and she still is my bestie and my biggest cheerleader. I truly would not be here without her.

C - A ship you have never liked and probably never will.

Sasuke/Sakura. This should surprise no one. I've hated it since I first watched Naruto and that ire has only grown since then. Hence why one of my three rules for writing Naruto fics is Sakura never ends up with Sasuke.

D - A pairing you wish you liked but just can’t.

Sakura/Ino. I ship Sakura with a few characters (8 by my last count), but SakuIno just doesn't work for me. I prefer them as friends.

(1) On a scale of 1-10…10. :) That's partially what the sequel to A Crystal in the Sand is going to be once I get there. (So check back in like three years lmao)

(2) I could literally write kidfic for almost any couple I ship, OC or canon. Aki and Gaara, Nezumi and Lee, Natsumi and Chojuro, any combination of Lee/Sakura/Gaara, Tenten/Sakura…like, literally, almost any of them. <3

November. I started therapy. <3

I still have a long way to go but it's a start towards having a better life and a slightly less spicy brain.

I created Kei, the firstborn child of Gaara and Aki. I haven't elaborated on her too much (since her parents haven't even thought about getting together yet D:), but tldr: she's a little gremlin child who hates healthy food and loves chaos.
