What is Gochujang ? We actually get confused when we hear or see the term"Gochujang''Gochujang is fermented Korean red chili paste. Which is sweet and savoury with a little kick of spiciness. Gochujang makes any meals yummy and yummy. If we are going to enter the profound ingredients of Gochujang it's made from only natural ingredients, Korean red chili pepper flakes from Cheongyang  sweet rice, rice malt syrup, 3-year sun-dried sea salt and above all, time. Gochujang can be utilised in marinades for meat dishes such as Korean bulgogi, stirred into dipping sauces, or used to shake stews or soups. The thick feel of gochujang usually means it is somewhat hard to use directly up, therefore it's typically thinned out using a liquid of some kind. There are many recipes of Gochujang for example Bibimbap Tacos Korean Bulgogi-Style Grilled Steak Korean Chicken Sliders with Braised Kale & Kimchi Korean Dolsot Bibimbap Kimchi Deviled Eggs Additionally, you can dip Gochujang in to some other foods and allow it to be even more yummy.

Super Quick Noodles Stir Fry ( Gochujang paste, Spicy & Delicious)
Lately, I have been making a lot more noodles and just trying to experiment with different kinds of noodles and also sauces. I’ve been experimenting with Gochujang- a korean red pepper paste, and i love it so much :)
Today's recipe is my delicious take on super speedy delicious & spicy stir fried noodles using this red pepper paste. This red pepper paste packs heat but also has some garlic and a slight sweetness to it so it adds more than just spice- it adds a lot of flavor.
You can purchase it at almost any asian grocery store, or just online. This red pepper paste is great to throw in a stir fry with veggies, fried rice, in a grilled cheese, on some tofu, on wings..and so on and so forth.
Veggies: Feel free to omit the meat and just add vegetables to make this stir fry vegetarian only :)
Noodles: I am using yellow noodles as this is perfect for frying you can use any time of noodles you prefer.
Meat: I am using ground meat you can of course use chicken, pork, seafood to your liking.
Super Quick Noodles Stir fry : Serves 4-6
Ground meat marinade:
400gm ground meat (1 pound)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
 2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
 sprinkle of black pepper (optional)
Noodles stir fry:
a packet of cooked yellow noodles for 4-6
 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 sliced shallot
3 tbsp gochujang paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
78 gm mixed wok veggies (any type veggie you like) (1/3 cup)
Method: Heat up pan, once the oil is hot add the shallots and cook for 2 mins. Next, add in the garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add in the marinated meat, cook the meat until no longer pink for 2-3 mins on high heat. Add in the veggies and cook for another min.
Next, add in the gochujang sauce, soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Give the sauce a good mix for 1 min and then add the cooked noodles. Combine the noodles well and cook for another 2 mins and serve immediately :)
Serve with red chillies, parsley & fried onions (optional). Enjoy:)
