Soriku Scenes in Land of the Dragons

The manga supports Soriku no doubt.

And even though it's technically not fully canon, the creator of the games Nomura approved it.

Instantly he thinks it must be Riku. A papou fruit refers to when two people share a single one their destinies become intertwined.

And he Thinks of Riku. Even in the games he's always thinking of Riku.

Then he has a flashback to the KH1 manga/game scene

He doesn't care about the heartless and goes after Riku.

And just stops everything to try to find him.

Then he takes out his anger of unable to find Riku on Shan-Yu.

Then he tries to leave immediately with the resolve to find Riku.

Later..

He gives the papou fruit to Shang to be shared with Mulan, fully knowing the meaning behind it. He realizes why Riku gave him the fruit.

And he says only Riku would do that. Only Riku would give him one.
