Asian Wedding Exhibition 2014

Are you a bride to be? Getting married this year? Well fear not, as 2014 starts so do the wedding exhibitions and fairs. From the likes of the National Wedding Show, Asian Bride Live to Asiana Bridal Show, all events showcasing the best out there making your day, 'Your Day!"

Recently, Wembley Arena was transformed into a fabulous event hall for one of these wedding exhibitions. The likes of caterers, djs, fashion houses, jewellery companies you name it they were there. Of course I can't forget to mention the catwalk? Dedicated this year, specially to the curator of Asian Wedding Exhibition Late Yogesh Kanani.  

"The philosophy of the company is simple – identify your market, try and understand the requirements of the companies and the consumers they are addressing, and pleasantly surprise both markets by letting the results do the speaking." (Quoted by Yogesh Kanani: bbc.co.uk)

The catwalk itself started off with a dark, dramatic and airy feel with male models dressed in head to toe black attire, resembling dungeon guards protecting their princess. Out comes the princess, the ever so beauitful Hammasa Kohnistani adorned in an equally stunning Swarovski crystal set made by Kyles Collection. Although, you can not forget the gold and cerise, two piece fully embellished lengha designed by Charmi Creations. Absolutely magical!

On proceeds the show, out flows little droplets of sparkle as if a starry night had come to the ground. Kyles Collection, sponsors of the exhibition were those droplets of sparkle. The atmosphere had taken a turning and oozed luxury. Each design, different from the previous yet all in that "Kyles" style glamourous, sophisticated and pure quality. Wearing a piece of Kyles Collection Jewellery, on your wedding day would be the icing on that beautifully crafted cake, you had been working for months to perfect. Designer after designer showcased such divine pieces whether that be sarees, lenghas or sherwani suits. All unique to each individual designer O'nitaa, Ziggi Studios, KhuboosratCollection by Mani Kohli, Charmi Creations and Amaya were of those designers plus many more. Exhibiting what they can offer to those brides and bridegrooms to be.

Ending with a grand finale walk through, a piece from each designer that showcased and their appreciation Thank You. It was one fashion show and exhibition that was not just helpful but informative, desirable and full energy. 

So all you fashionistas, Brides or Bridegrooms get over to these exhibitions and make your wedding day just as special as you desire!
