ngl it really makes me super mad when ignorant people try to act like Williams Syndrome is just a kid/adult being super friendly to everyone. my brother has it and its serious, not just being sweet to random people! its the lack of the 7th chromosome, and sure, most people with WS can be really kind and friendly, but they also can have the mentality of a child, which means they really cant make themselves think/act their physical age! it can cause some serious health issues, as well as developmental and growth problems, and shortens their lifespan. its not something to just disregard like "wow, theyre calling being nice a condition?" OR "theyre missing the asshole gene" because its not funny, and its really rude
