No but okay- I know we're kind of approaching a big bad atm in JRWI Riptide, but imagine they leave the black sea and eventually run back into Amanda Rinn again and for whatever reason they end up talking to them.

But to avoid feeling so awkward that he just accepts being in a relationship with her again- Chip puts on the ring he still carries around with him and convinces Gillion to do the same with his.

AND THIS MAN IS JUST REAAAAAAAALLLLLLY FLAUNTING THIS RING WHILE HE'S TALKING TO HER.

She's like, "So... that ring is that like, a fashion accessory? I like it- reminds me of our-"

And this bastard is like "OF OUR WEDDING RINGS? YEAH IT'S BECAUSE IT IS ONE! HAHA. HAHA I'M MARRIED NOW. HAHA, SO- WOOPSIE, GUESS WE CAN'T BE TOGETHER- SORRY!"

Pt2 to that one Fnc post I made that one time

Thinking... thinking about Gillion trying to be kind to her and Amandarin giving him a major cold shoulder- being rude, purposefully doing stuff to throw him off.

Gillion not understanding why she's actually doing this until he mentions it to Chip, asking if it's something to do with the rings, or something he said.

Chip's like, "Yeah- well... y'know, maaaaaybe I lied and said we were married- BUT WHO'S TO SAY?"

And Gill is just, "You are so fucking dumb."

BUT, as soon as Amandarin starts badmouthing Chip and his choice in husband (she's fully just insulting Gill now as well, really) this man gets maddddddd. Like, he gets snarky with it and we love him for that sm tbh.

My boy's not exactly lying... he's just making the odd remark and calling Chip his husband:

"Well, guess he married me for a reason, huh?"

"Oh, I wouldn't let a thing hurt my husband if he would let me- but, personally, I know he can fight his own battles."

"God, we've been together so long it's kind of hard to remember when exactly we fell in love..."
