Supermarionation Comics Collection

Something I’ve been working on a while, and want to share with the fans of the various Supermarionation shows!

I’ve been compiling a collection of all the comics for the Supermarionation shows (and comic-only ‘series’ of originals like Agent 21) in my gDrive with the intent of sharing it with the fanbase

And I’ve currently got it as complete as I currently can!

So now comes the time to share it!! ^_^

This link is set to editor so that everyone can download the comic scans to read them, but I ask that people please do not edit or delete the files and folders there!  (I have off-gDrive backups, but still)

I also have a gSheet ‘Comic Scan List’ file where I list the comic collections and what issues I’m missing.  If you have a scan to one of the missing issues, or have a physical copy of a missing issue that you can scan in, please let me know so I can add it to the collection! ^^

I have about half of the Annuals, Storybooks, and Specials

The TV Comic (Supercar & Fireball) is incomplete, but I’ve got about 2/3rds of it

I have no scans of the short Gold Key (Supercar & Fireball) run

The TV Century 21 -> TV21 -> TV21 & Joe 90 comics run is 100% complete       This is one of, if not the, most popular run of comics in the Anderverse fandom, so I’m really glad to have all the issues present!       The Action 21, Century 21 and Thunderbirds are Go, which were reprints of the TV21, are all 100% complete as well.

Lady Penelope’s stand alone comic magazine is incomplete.  I have the first 2/3rds of it, but I’m missing the final third.

The Solo comics ‘Mark of the Mysterons’ (issues19-31) is incomplete, missing 3 issues

TV Tornado’s ‘The Mysterons’ (issues 36-58) is complete

TV21 & Joe90: New Series is complete

Countdown is complete

Supermarionation is Go! (no comic issues but lots of fun behind the scenes info) is complete

Fleetway’s New Stingray (Volume 1 & Volume 2) is complete

Funday Times (issues 110-273) is incomplete, I’ve got about half of the issues

Fleetway’s New Thunderbirds is complete

Fleetway’s Captain Scarlet is complete

I have no scans for the Sunday Comics (issues 214-290) Captain Scarlet run

I have issues 1-89 of the Redan Thunderbirds comics, but I thiiiiiiiink there’s more issues?  Maybe?  I’m honestly not sure ^^;;

Headcanons below

Now, I haven't fully thought these headcanons through, I was just throwing stuff on that I thought worked.

Wilbur Zero:

Hairy guy, I don't take criticism 🤨

A few scars from various run in with aliens and training gone wrong or maybe even just Johnathan being Johnathan 💀

I know he's like fully grey in the show but (just like Jeff) I feel he's only just going grey, tho it probably makes more sense him being fully grey from stress 💀

Short, both he and Elenor are short <33

Also note I think I've perfected his froggy face in my style and I love him so much.

Jeff Tracy

U guys know me and my love for Jeff (bet u didn't expect this lil lesbian to love all the dads >:), it's not my fault there's no mums, besides Mrs Zero /ily queen/ so I gotta go to someone 🙄)

Anyway, Jeff scars from missions (they r all gonna be like this I apologise.) But also added gun scarring cause yeah.

Partially greying like big man zero.

Idk if I drew it but he has lil dimples like scooter

TOS Jeff= short🫡 TAG Jeff= Tall, absolute unit 💪😔.

Had surgery on his leggie that's why it's got a scar on it.

Has alot of moles.

Ian 'Mac' McClaine

The softest of dad's, if anyone hurts this bastard I'm throwing hands 💪🤨

Anyway he's a big lad, a unit but not in the same way of TAG Jeff. (I did an eh job of drawing this apologies) but he does have a dad bod, he's a dad what do u expect of me 🤨

He has stretch marks because of it (again hard to see 💀) 👉👈

He's really tall, he's the soft giant of the trio, Shane's a lil shorter and Sam's even shorter (idk why I didn't have those guys in the line up)

He's freckly 👉👈

Minor scars, mainly from working in a lab or the occasional times he goes on a mission.

Charles Gray

He's tall and slim (OS focused, NCS white is a bit wider.)

Bullet wounds again (as well as other scars), from missions and being a military fella

Surgery scar on his stomach. (Don't ask what for cause I haven't thought about that) 🤔

Little freckly👌

I will always draw him with fully white hair cause even if he is one of the youngest and may not like be fully grey at his age I just find it funny if he dyed it/went white rlly early and it just happened to match his code name perfectly. (even tho it bugs me that he's col WHITE and his name's Charles GRAY)

Sam Shore

Dun dun dun another hairy guy! 😔

Alotta scarring, mainly around the abdomen and lower back (can't see them from this view) from his accident.

His skin is quiet mottled around his legs and stomach as well.

Scar on nose as well

Lightly freckled 🫡

Thinking about how 2 of Gerry Anderson's shows have been rebooted (semi) recently - Captain Scarlet in 2005 (w the terrifying 2005 era cgi 😅) and Thunderbirds.

And now I'm wondering which one might be next? I'd love to see a modern take on Stingray but what do y'all think?
