Soo.....after my son made his very blunt outburst to me one day and said "Mommy, you are not drinking your tea. You are fat😳🤦🏾‍♀️". It was then that I realized how much weight I had gained🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. I knew this was not a good place for and I immediately ordered my CBD tea, Nutraburst and NRG. I am only half way into my 30day transformation but I feel amazing. My energy is up 100%. My diet hasn't been so great but I maintained my consistency and exercised at home for 25mins every day. I have not weighed, I hate the scale but the results say alot. Before I sleep I want to thank the Lord for all that he has given me and my family. Many times we wonder did our service for our nation made her stronger and better.

My answer is yes, today I want to say this; my ability to help my fellow veterans is as important as standing watch at midnight. As American Sailors we strive to better ourselves and help our shipmates navigate the ocean waters of doubt and pain; today thousands of our military brothers and sisters are struggling with fear, the unknown, and the impossible.

As an American Sailor, I know we can break those barriers with devotion to our brothers and sisters in arms as we swim through treacherous waters to bring hope and fighting chance to those who shine the beacon of distress from the beaches of foreign lands to our own streets. Let us rise this night to pray for all; no politics, just pray for all our brothers and sisters this night who are struggling and need our help.

Lots of Everton fans have taken to Twitter to react after The Telegraph revealed that negotiations have been opened with Chelsea over the signing of Kurt Zouma on a permanent basis.

The French international shone for the Toffees last term on a season-long loan spell, alongside another loan hero in Andre Gomes who looks close to arriving at Goodison Park permanently – Marco Silva revealed his desire to tie the pair down towards the end of last season.

Zouma, 24, made 32 Premier League appearances for the Merseysiders last term and was a big player for them as the Toffees eventually finished eighth – the former Saint-Etienne man also pitched in with two goals and two assists.

The towering 6 ft 3 centre-back really made an impression on the Goodison Park faithful, so much so that many fans wanted to see him signed on a permanent basis back in April.
