so I'm reading The Boy in the Woods right now (for obvious reasons) and can we just take a second to talk about the age of Richard's character, Jasko Rudnicki

because in the memoir, Maxwell says that Jasko was twenty-eight years old (in approx. 1942) and Jasko's wife, Kazia, was twenty-two years old when they took him in

and obviously the memoir spans several years so, depending on how long Jasko was with Maxwell for, he's what... 31 at the end of WW2?

and I can't find an age for the actress that is playing Kazia, but she seems to be maybe late 20s to mid-30s looking?

so I guess my question is... how old will they actually make Jasko/Kazia in the film adaptation?

(also can we talk about the fact that Dr. Richard "oh God I'm so old at fifty-one, I'm not attractive anymore" Armitage is playing what... at worst a mid-late 30 year old? but also is supposed to be a twenty-eight year old in the actual reality of the character)
