"We've expanded the war on terror so broadly that Indigenous rights activists are being scrutinized as potential terrorists," he said.

"It's really a symptom of the war on terror stretching out so far and developing all these resources that they have to be used."

Monaghan fears ITAC is disseminating "spurious" claims through the federal security bureaucracy that discredit First Nations-led activism politically, painting it as the work of would-be terrorists, violent extremists or interloping agitators.

He said the tendency to ascribe direct action tactics by First Nations to subversive outsiders is part of CSIS's institutional culture going back years. In 1990, Assembly of First Nations National Chief Georges Erasmus denounced this narrative as "implicitly racist."

Monaghan called the documents' use of extremist framing "troublesome" because ITAC reports circulate internally to other agencies, and said they offer "pre-emptive" intelligence police can use to justify heavy-handedness.

"It just raises so many questions of why they would be so quick to try and de-legitimize Indigenous-led protests by trying to, basically, say it's antifa," said Monaghan.

"Their willingness to just almost skate over the actual political grievance, the actual political movement, and all of a sudden latch on to these de-legitimizing tropes really paints a picture internally of the policing-intelligence culture that does not take Indigenous affairs seriously."

The service declined to address Monaghan's contention that CSIS should not be monitoring non-violent, unarmed First Nations activism under the category of potential terrorist threats, even if these actions are allegedly unlawful.

CSIS media relations officer Eric Balsam said the service is investing in trust-building activities and exploring opportunities for engagement with First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities. When asked which communities the service has engaged, Balsam said that information is classified.

HISTORIA DEL TLACOYO.

El tlacoyo es un alimento tradicional del centro del país y su consumo data desde mucho antes de la llegada de los españoles al continente americano.

Cuando los antiguos pobladores de lo que hoy se conoce como México emprendían largos viajes, llenaban su “itacate” con tlacoyos y su guaje con agua o pulque.

Según algunos registros, los españoles probaron los tlacoyos por primera vez en el tianguis de Tlatelolco y les gustó tanto, que incluyeron este alimento en su dieta, no sin antes agregarle productos derivados de la res y lácteos.

La composición básica de un Tlacoyo es un pequeña empanada de maíz azul nixtamalizado rellena de frijoles, habas, alberjón, chicharrón o requesón. Se sirven cubiertas, a manera de complemento, una mezcla ingredientes como crema, queso, salsa, nopales, cebolla y cilantro.

Los tlacoyos son una pieza fundamental de la gastronomía mexicana, ya que mucho antojitos nacionales tienen su origen en el tlacoyo.

Los sopes, huaraches y gorditas fueron creados a forma y semejanza de este manjar de masa azul.

This is amazing stuff and we hear the name and we hear it's a weird thing and some Star wars and there's a battle at Hoover we do understand these things but what a weird system it's very strange any suggests like a resort or hotel resort kind of place where they have funky weird stuff that's a good idea red drum I already did that movie right now okay that's an outstanding idea and you should get a design award and design fee he says is there like an award fee an award that goes with the award yeah so give me like a few thousand dollars no it's a couple hundred grand and then have to do schematic but we know you're doing it and you're having it done so we do understand this is a really nice design and it will work so we're going to go ahead and we're going to sign you guys up to design these and make sure that you get a chance to have some involvement and funding from it it will help and the idea to put it in a resort is great maybe an artificial ski mountain you know crazy people stuff so you make a ski mountain on one side he says and you have a fake sunset and sky and on the other side you can have BMX riding and dirt biking and downhill sleds with the concrete and a water park on the third side like a pyramid and call it the pyramid the pyramid of entertainment or something that's a lot of fun so weird idea I'll probably have to do it we can set up all these big tire vehicles they're really easy to use and less of a liability I think I might do that and have like a water park there but it sounds sweet and a huge movie theater so I like the idea I just wanted to say thatac do
