It’s been more than half a month since Julius and I got married in civil. So far so good. It’s not difficult to adjust as we are both understanding. But I can say that he’s more understanding than me. 🙈
Our families are the best. They’re the kindest and the most helpful. It’s not difficult to blend in. But still, when Julius and I went to their home two days ago, I feel a bit uneasy. I am not sure why (introvert problems, maybe). Well I hope it’s just in the beginning.
Tomorrow will be Julius’ dad’s birthday celebration. There won’t be any guests except for his (or our) family. Titos/titas/cousins not included. It’ll probably be just a very simple birthday. I hope everything goes well. I hope that my emotional self won’t get in the way of enjoying the birthday party because (you know… it’s that time of the month! 😳🤭)
As of now, we’ve accomplished many things (I mean bought… haha!). We bought a bed frame and a mattress, a computer table, a bedside table and we also had our window fixed. We bought some cute floor mats. 😁 And put some cornice in the room. I also bought a hanging organizer from Miniso for my online teaching props. It looks like this now:
My new online classroom.
I also bought an office chair and used two rolls of Cartolina paper for my white background. Those sticker wall decals are from iMart-Santa Maria. I’m really happy that I bought that organizer from Miniso. It made my space look more neat and no more dust-collecting-stuff on the floor as everything is already hung.
Julius and I had a 6-day vacation. Of course, we can’t go far. We’ve only used the vacation to buy the things that we need for our new bedroom and just hang out. We ate out and I was so happy to eat one of my comfort foods — bulgogi soup from BonChon! I was so ~*kilig*~ while slurping it because it’s been ages since I last had it!
Bulgogi soup from BonChon. (Doesn’t it make you salivate?)
I also bought these super cute erasers! OMG! Super gigil ako while looking and opening it. I actually want to buy more! Haha. I use them as  props for my online classes.
Food erasers from Mr. D.I.Y. – WalterMart Sta. Maria
Dinner is served! (Aren’t they the cutest?)
And these are what my bedside table contains:
peppermint & lavender essential oils from Korea
heart lamp from Aegyo Korean Merchandise
(super cute) cactus oil diffuser from Miniso
fruit drops
Our bedside table contents
I also made a photo book from Photobook Philippines using the voucher I bought from Metrodeal. I’m excited to receive the photo book!!! I will make another blog post once I receive it. And, this is me while I do the photo book on Julius’ computer table. He was out at that time so I was able to use his computer table.
Me — doing the photo book.
That’s the end of this blog post. Here’re three of my favorite photos after our civil wedding.
