Just started watching this series on netflix called 'Invisible City' and boy do I love it! Binge watched the whole first season today. Brazilian folklore is absolutely fascinating.

if you’re into mythical creature/folklore focused fantasy , invisible city of netflix is awesome. It has TONS of different mythical creatures from brazilian folklore and it’s super interesting. hoping for a second season but either way, definitely give it a watch!

Assisti Cidade Invisível e...

Ok, não é mais novidade é o risco de uma segunda temporada ser aquém da primeira é normal.

Porém essa temporada de Cidade Invisível deixou um gostinho de "quero mais", não porque a segunda temporada foi tão boa que ficaremos ansiosos pela terceira.

A sensação de quero mais é pela sensação de "Espera ai... É só isso? Cumé que é??"

Tenho a certeza que as filmagens foi na era Bolsonaro, daí a ênfase na problemática amazonense, garimpos clandestinos, massacre indígena e queimadas.

Sendo que, ao lançar na era Lula, nunca casou tão bem com o momento do país, que nos primeiros meses do governo Lula o desmatamento bateu recorde, e nunca os garimpos clandestinos não trabalharam com tanta liberdade e violência.

O povo indígena votou maciçamente em Bolsonaro, pois sabia que com ele, os povos teriam o que a esquerda sempre negou: cidadania.

Índio não é animal raro.

Índio deve ser incluído junto ao país.

Índio deve ter total liberdade de explorar a sua terra, do jeito que ele achar melhor para sua tribo.

Carlos Saldanha bateu o penalty, e a bola acertou na cabeça de Lula e na cara da sua ministra Marina Silva.

A história parece recorrer a subterfúgios típicos de roteiros preguiçosos, mas ao final, você descobre que tudo que aconteceu foi de forma planejada e consciente pelas entidades.

Ao final você se pergunta:

_ Ué, acabou? Mas não prometeram uma temporada em cada cidade /região brasileira?

Acredito que pode sim, haver mais temporadas. A série explora o folclore, e um novo arco pode se abrir, sem os personagens das duas primeiras.

Porém a sensação que o final desta temporada passa, de "vamos acabar logo com isso". É assustadora.

Talvez Carlos Saldanha tenha outros planos e não queira saber de Cidade Invisível.

O que seria uma pena.

Veja o que poderia explorar nas outras regiões do Brasil, mesmo sem os personagens das primeiras temporadas.

I watched Invisible City and… Okay, it's not news anymore, the risk of a second season falling short of the first is normal.

However, this season of Cidade Invisível left a feeling of "I want more", not because the second season was so good that we will be looking forward to the third.

The feeling of wanting more is the feeling of "Wait a minute… Is that all? What the hell??"

I'm sure the filming took place during the Bolsonaro era, hence the emphasis on the Amazonian problem, clandestine mines, indigenous massacres and fires.

Since, when launching in the Lula era, it never married so well with the country's moment, that in the first months of the Lula government, deforestation broke a record, and clandestine mines never worked with such freedom and violence.

The indigenous people massively voted for Bolsonaro, as they knew that with him, people would have what the left has always denied: citizenship.

Indians are not rare animals.

Indian must be included with the country.

Indians must have complete freedom to explore their land, the way they see fit for their tribe.

Carlos Saldanha took the penalty kick, and the ball hit Lula's head and his minister Marina Silva's face.

The story seems to resort to subterfuges typical of lazy scripts, but in the end, you discover that everything that happened was planned and consciously by the entities.

At the end you ask yourself:

_ Hey, is it over? But didn't they promise a season in each Brazilian city/region?

I think there could be more seasons. The series explores folklore, and a new arc may open, without the characters of the first two.

But the feeling that the end of this season passes, of "let's get this over with". It's scary.

Maybe Carlos Saldanha has other plans and doesn't want to know about Cidade Invisível.

Which would be a shame.

See what you could explore in other regions of Brazil, even without the characters from the first seasons.
