Hey guys, I am not dead! But between both physical and mental health issues and burnout, I haven't been as active here. I’ve also spent a ton of money on medical bills lately and am currently working to recoup what I’ve lost, which has been taking time away from fun fanart. I had fully intended on participating in ALT ZaDr week (and was excited to do so!) but I’ve been struggling a lot and decided I needed to step back a bit and focus on other things. 

I'm still working on fics and fanart, it’s just slow going. I’ve got things in the works for Ask Selpa, some ZaDr stuff and some OC stuff (particularly Specialist and Collector because I have brain worms).

Anyway, I’m just totally wiped out thanks to life happening, but I don’t want to feel like I’ve lost the community. I just thought I’d let you guys know what’s going on. BUT I’ve also been steadily working on the next (last?) chapter of Extasis, and with any luck that will be ready to post soon!

Based solely on the dream I had last night… Dib and Zim space guys. But they’re on the Aurora and crash into whatever the Subnautica planet is and then deal with that plot.

This would involve Zim in a PRAWN suit going and killing reaper leviathans. Yes, I also headcanon irkens to be obligate herbivores so Zim nearly fucking dies of starvation before Dib can find that bit of land with the fruit.

Dib nearly gets killed multiple times trying to scan the leviathans without a stasis rifle and Zim has to fucking save his ass.

Idk. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a Subnautica crossover and putting these two morons there sounds fun. Also we will assume that Zim’s PAK can act as the PDA and a sort of scuba tank. And the water is clean enough to not burn him. Also since Subnautica takes place centuries after Invader Zim, we’re gonna do some sci-fi hand wavey shit and pretend Membrane Labs made the Aurora and everything.

Seeing as though you just ended a story do you have plans for more iz stories long ones preferably 😁

I do! I have a list, actually:

Éxtasis - gotta finish this first. I anticipate only a couple more chapters, I'm currently working on the next one.

Éxtasis Prequel (?) - not sure if it'll be a prequel or a sequel, but it'll cover how Two and the Outlier met and became an item.

Invader Zim Subnautica Crossover - I've had this in my brain forever and really want to write it out.

Luminescence Sequel - people seem to like Selpa/Dib and who am I to deny them (plus I gotta put the Selpa and Meekrob lore somewhere).

Nullified! Sequel?? - I have an idea for this, but it would be a long one, heavy on plot and action. It would explore the Irken culture and hierarchy further and involve a few new characters (both canon and OC) that weren't in the last one.

And aside from all that...

RETURN OF THE ZOMBIE ANTELOPE! - because Dib is constantly talking about this stupid zombie antelope he defeated so I thought it'd be fun to do a one-shot where he and Zim have to team up to get rid of it again 🤣

I have a lot of ideas but not much time! I would love to do all of them, but I'm not sure I'll be able to. But we'll see!
