Monochrome curls.

Fujifilm Instax SQ10 + Fujifilm Instax Square Instant Film

A little experimentation and play in the form of a single 1/2" x 6" strip of off-white origami paper wrapped around a x-acto knife handle, uncurled and arranged on a sheet of black velvet.

Using the double exposure feature of the SQ10 to make these little abstracts, I printed a good number of shots using both regular Instax Square and black-framed Instax Square film.

My Brompton is feeling all Druidical this morning, here in Bangor, Gwynedd. A stone circle – though not Neolithic I think :-) in a small park overlooking the Menai Strait and the Isle of Mona or Ynys Môn (Anglesey), and the Holy Island across the Cymran Strait. The Romans in 60CE must have looked across at the same view, before Gaius Suetonius Paulinus and his Batavian cohorts destroyed the Druidic temples and oak groves.
