Roberto Ferri (1978-) was born in Taranto where he graduated from Lisippo high school (Art Institute) in 1996. He began to study painting at first as a self-taught person and, after moving to Rome in 1999, he deepened his research on ancient painting from the early ’16 century till late ’19 century.

Inspired by Baroque, romanticism, academicism and symbolism.
