I personally dislike the take ‘frankenstein was the doctors name, but he was still the monster all along’ for two reasons

1. in this book, there is not a clear good guy and bad guy, everyone is the monster and everyone is the victim. (If you want to read it as frankenstein being the only bad guy go ahead btw not trying to tell you how to read the book :D)

2. he wasnt a doctor lolol
