pretty pink princess morning pampering routine

good morning lovelies! taking good care of your mind + body after getting your beauty sleep is such an important part to having the perfect day ʚ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎ɞ this is my recipe for a flawless, energized, angelic morning- feel free to take inspiration from whatever you like and leave what you don’t!

first thing after waking up, i love to open up the curtains to let the morning sunlight into my room 💭 bonus points if you wake up early enough to see the sunrise!

after sitting in the sunlight for a little bit, it’s time to use the bathroom + brush my teeth- i use a pink quip brand toothbrush and it’s honestly the best i’ve ever used ^_^ i like to use a bubblegum mouthwash as well! 💅🏻

to awaken + energize my body, i try to take time to do yoga and a bit of exercise every morning. [pro-tip: keep your yoga mat rolled out so you’re motivated and ready to hop right on in the morning 🎀]

a nice, warm shower feels soooo good after a workout <3 i wash my hair w the sweetest strawberry shampoo, deep condition, + use a frosted cupcake body wash bc i luv to smell like a bakery 🧁 i like to shave as well but that’s totally optional! i follow up w vanilla cashmere lotion + pink sugar body spray to keep me smelling like an angel princess 👛🕯

while i wait for my hair to dry to do makeup + get dressed, i take a minute to write down a few things i’m grateful for and a list of goals for the day to keep me happy and on track 🖇🗒

next up is my face! if you haven’t tried gua sha, i would absolutely recommend it- the results come so quickly + it’s such a relaxing process 💗 i use a rose quartz stone + rose/hyalauronic oil from pacifica :) i also do my skincare at this time, which includes a micellar water rinse, oil cleanse, astringent application, and moisturizer.

for makeup, my go-to is glittery pink eyeshadow, eyeliner, big fluttery kiss lashes, lip gloss, contour, + highlight. all the pretty girl essentials!

NAOYA WAS YELLING AT

yuta for something that you didn't care to listen to. your mind was focused on seeing megumi today, if he happened to come to rehearsals. it will be the first time you'd see him after your fight in his room, after 2 full weeks where he's been ignoring your existence completely.

the ache in your chest was unbearable, it wasn't just the heartbreak that hurt but the feeling of losing someone so important in your life. you blamed yourself every night, every moment you caught yourself zoning out. even yuuji seemed to be avoiding you everytime you two crossed paths. it was understandable though.

the door to the room opened and a sluggish megumi made his presence known. you stared at him, at the noticeable dark color under his eyes, his messy and tangled hair that was way longer than he was used to, at his crumpled clothes. everything about him screamed that he was going through tough times.

toji was the first to approach him, leaving his seat on the red couch. "megumi, how have you been?" toji's tone was cautious as if he was talking to an enraged beast. megumi just side eyed his father and kept walking. you thought he was coming for you, maybe he finally put aside his childish tantrum and decided to listen to you. but like he did with his dad, he passed right past you with little to none eye contact.

he only talked when he reached his uncle's side, with a voice so broken and low you might think he hasn't talked in years: "i'm leaving the band. don't ask why, don't call me to come back, anything. forget i even exist" the room fell silent at his words, the atmosphere turning into something grim. naoya only nodded back, speechless. nobody said anything, not even nanami who watched from the doorframe, not even yuta who was looking confused at his ex band mate. everyone seemed to know the reason and nobody wanted to put it into words.

megumi moved again to get out of the room, only for you to grab his arm and stop him. this was your only opportunity to talk to him, you couldn't lose it again. " 'gumi please" you pleaded. megumi just turned his head a little, enough to watch your saddened face. he swore he wouldn't feel anything if he saw you here, he swore to strengthen his heart, to delete any feelings for you that remained. but after not seeing you for so long, he felt that spark again, the rapid beating of his heart against his chest.

then, those words you said, the truth about you and what you did, it all came back making that little hope die. "you lost the privilege to call me that a long time ago" and with a snatch of his arm, he left the room. you were left there, in the middle of it being the centre of attention. gojo stood up and approached you, "y/n i know it's sad but-" your harsh tone broke his sweet one. "don't even get near me again. none of you" and with that you also left the room.

days passed by in the blink of an eye, then weeks and months until the last day of school. it was maki's graduation and she wanted you to go with her as her plus one. maki was the only one that stood with you through it all, even though she scolded you for what you did and how you approached things. she also updated you with megumi's well being; he seemed to be doing well in class and started going out more with yuuta and yuuji. she didn't talk about any love interests and you thanked her for that, it did hurt still.

and about maki's love life, she was fully in love with that girl nobara but your stupid friend hadn't confessed just yet. you tried to push her into doing it since it was cristal clear that nobara also had feelings for her, but she still refused and doubted it.

it was maki's turn to go on the little stage to pick up her diploma when a girlish voice screamed from the last row of the seats, a few rows behind you: "maki zen'in i have feelings for you! would you be my freaking girlfriend?!" when you turned your head it was nobara who was yelling. thank god, you thought. maki on the other hand, blushed hysterically trying to compose herself in front of every student that looked between the two of them. picking the microphone that nanami held in his hand she answered back: "of course i will dickhead"

everyone clapped and whistled, even the first row where all the teachers sat down. when you looked back to the front, you met megumi's stare causing the air to stop flowing to your lungs. after all this time you haven't crossed paths with him and now looking at his blue eyes directly was shocking for you. he looked even more breathtaking than he did before, he looked more mature and taken care of. suddenly, he turned back and a notification popped on your phone.

with no hesitation you answered, trying so hard to not sound needy.

you weren't preoccupied of maki then, since she had escaped with nobara as soon as she got her diploma. but now you were a little anxious about what megumi had to say, will he scream at you? will he try and amend things? he didn't give away anything when you two made eye contact so, what did he want exactly?

2 YEARS LATER

"i'm telling you y/n, he was definitely staring at your tits the whole time" said megumi while stopping the engine. "and i'm telling you that he was looking at my face. he was just shorter than you. it looked different from my point of view" you answered back, closing the passenger door. "i'm going to have to agree with megumi though, he was definitively salivating." megumi and yuuji laughed while you just shook your head.

this was something that happened often: when a random man talked to you they would twist the interaction in some kind of way just to annoy you, even though the old man was just trying to ask you for a direction.

you stayed behind the duo, reminiscing the good times that you three shared together. after that period during your third year of college you promised not to do anything that could break this friendship again. megumi had talked to you indeed on maki's graduation night. he was sincere and straightforward, he was hurt for what you did but he also agreed that you two were important in each others lives, so you would start again. it would be hard he said, since you broke his trust for you completely.

it has been tough, all this time you tried really hard to come back to this, to the get togethers and sleepovers, to the laughs until you couldn't breathe anymore, to hugging each other, to your best friends. the wound was still open but with each passing day it seemed to close a little more, healing little by little. there would be days, like today, when you three would spend the night at megumi's and toji would disappear completely. you haven't heard of him or the others since you graduated and megumi didn't talk about his father either.

"y/n can you please take the groceries to the kitchen while yuuji helps me with something upstairs?" you nodded your head before entering the fushiguro's household. the bags were heavy but you managed to get them out of the car to the front door. only when you entered the house you acknowledged the figures sitting on the living room who grumbled and snickered at the monopoly game in the middle of the table, making your knees to buckle a little. megumi didn't warn you about them being in here, just the thought of his father alone scared you.

let's say you didn't end the game like you were supposed to. now it was the first time in years that all the players were on the same place at the same time. their wide eyes replaced by some teasing smirks, looking between each other as if the could communicate with their minds. your legs wouldn't move even if your brain was telling you to run far away, to get out that house and never come back. toji was the first and only one that talked while the rest looked at you with dark eyes:

"hello princess. wanna play a game?"

12. how would the fandom view your character?

Knowing them, they might reduce her character to a meme or her ship with Ishi. In the worst possible universe she becomes one of those ms paint drawn moe anime girls working at mcdonalds or whatever (examples come to mind...konata osaka lain etc). But realistically I wish she'd remain dr fandom exclusive. Frogeru DO NOT go mainstream, worst mistake of your life. I keep going on tangents, im sorry. The fandom would be very divided - those who defend and love her (and Ishi) with their life and those who are stupid 😆 just kidding. She's a more watered down version of Hiyoko, she's a lot nicer to those who deserve it, but she doesn't refrain from mean remarks and behaviour towards her other classmates. She would be so damn popular in the cosplay part of the community, akin to Ibuki. I'm still very proud of her design and she looks super fun to cosplay and add personal design headcanons to. And I think she'd be one of the choices for that aesthetically pleasing type of fanart that some artists who only draw like 3 dr girls (chiaki, kaede and junko/kiri) do

I actually think her and Ishi would be a pretty popular ship, definitely their most popular (since I change the story quite a bit in their universe so that Ishi doesnt befriend you-know-who). It might be one of the "basic" ships if thats a thing (like...those who get drawn by literally everyone and are generally accepted by the community; but thats not a bad thing at all😼). They have the appropriate amount of sweetness and angst (not in between them, just the context is angsty) in canon, so they;d have lots of fans, shipping AMVs/PMVs, official art and matching merch <3

15. how does your self insert play a role in the plot of the story? do they help directly defeat the villain, support the heroes, etc.?

I FORGOT ALL THE DR LORE UNRELATED TO MY FAVES SO UH... IDK... I dont think she'd contribute much to the actual plot, but she does have her own super complex side-story, accompanied by a bunch of random characters that get mentioned by name once and appear in a background frame in that damn anime (not "the animation", but like the actual anime i never watched) but still have niche tumblr ask blogs about them. of course she'd be on the side of hope, but she's got more important stuff to care about. like taka's favourite color or how to shave her brother's hair off while he sleeps

₍⑅ᐢ..ᐢ₎ the best kind of writing advice i could give aspiring writers — or, writers in general who struggle with their writing & are considering improving — is to read. read, read, read, read. and i don’t mean read fanfic; i mean read nonfiction, the newspaper, articles that interest you, read various genres that you don’t normally read. have a favorite author or poet? analyze why you like their writing — look at their choice in diction, look at the pacing, look at the literary devices they use, look at the themes and how they apply them in their writing.

also, read bad writing. i cannot emphasize that enough lol you need to read all sorts of things to get better. read shitty books to learn what not to do; study authors you don’t like (esp if you’re considering publishing). and even if you only want to write fanfic, this applies too — if you want to grow as a writer, that is.

i see a lot of younger ppl on here voicing their struggles with writer’s blocks and whatnot, the best way to combat that is to read your work out loud, make a general outline of your plot, write scenes out of order and build from it.

have an idea for the end? great! write it first and then work backwards.

one thing i learned to do for both short and longer works is to have my completed draft on one side and open a new document on another. retype the entire story or scene word for word, and you will see how many changes you make intuitively. it’s the one thing that helped me tighten my prose and make things more succinct ʚ꒰ᐢ. ̫ .ᐢ꒱ɞ

vary the sentence length; it’s ok to have runons and it’s ok to have short ones. if you have trouble with descriptions, go on pinterest make boards of your stories or characters—if you have trouble with dialogue, listen to real life convos in how ppl speak normally.

write even when you don’t want to write. and i don’t mean write 4000 words, i mean even if all you do is journal your feelings or write one sentence, do that frequently— the more consistently you write, the faster you’ll write. if you’re stuck on coming up with plots, revisit fairy tales; they’re fun to flip around.

or, engage in short fiction — write drabbles. telling a story in exactly 100 words is not easy as you might think, it also helps you think about what’s important in the story (or scene, really) and what isn’t. the better you get at writing within a specific word limit, the better you’ll get at writing in general.

but most importantly, have fun with what you write! writers like to talk abt the misery involved in writing but it should be a good experience or cathartic in general (◍•ᴗ•◍) if you don’t like what you’re writing…then simply don’t write it, don’t let anyone pressure you to write in a certain timeframe or tell you what to write period.

OMG !!! you did dance too !!! that sooooooo cool !!!! i swear i can almost never find other people who dance. i was in a ballet class since i could walk, it's literally my whole life, omg i haven't danced in almost a year though. fr i miss it. learning to dance as an adult is actually not that difficult, it just takes some more muscle training to be able to move in the right ways. i recommend yoga to get started. it helps your body loosen muscles and the movements it gets your body used to are very similar to the movements in dance. and make sure to get yourself a good pair of pointe shoes, and FEET AND LEG EXCERSIZES ARE SO IMPORTANT !! i swear, i did ONE recital without stretching first and tore my ACL in the middle of it.

THE SOUND OF YOUR ZOOLOGY TEACHER'S

voice resonated in the classroom. you weren't paying much attention on what he was saying though, since your mind's been replaying megumi's question all over again.

his request for you to take his virginity wasn't something you could answer right away. sharing an awkward silence while both of you looked at each other, you just answered with a mere "i'll think about it". you knew he trusted you enough to do this but you didn't know if it was the correct thing to do. you didn't want any feelings involved neither for your friendship to end. but on the other hand, you didn't want to disappoint him, saying no, in your head, would also mean loosing his friendship with time. so, what was the right option?

you banged your head on the desk in frustration, making some of your classmates to look back at you. you continued thinking about megumi with your head down, not minding if you didn't take any notes on whatever geto was teaching today. after some minutes, you sensed a pair of eyes on you. looking up you made eye contact with a worried geto who had a frown on his face. he found your behavior really odd, since you would always pay attention on what he was saying and take notes of everything.

luckily, the class didn't last long enough for you to go crazy from all your overthinking. packing up your things slowly, you were left alone in the classroom. alone except for your zoology professor.

"is something wrong y/n?" his gaze wasn't on you but his desk, tidying his things for the next class. not being given an answer, he lifted his head searching for you, who was now walking to his desk. "everything's good professor. is just that i didn't get much sleep last night" you finally answered, giving him a warm smile. something about geto always made you feel safe and warm inside. he was so caring with his students and the passion he had for teaching made you respect him even more.

he smiled back at you, his eyes squinting a little. his beauty never stopped to amaze you. "you know it's important to sleep at least 8 hours a day, you wouldn't want to ruin your pretty face, right?" you swore he could have heard your heart leap on your chest at his compliment. you couldn't answer him even if you wanted to, not trusting your own voice. his smile grew even wider at your flushed self. patting your head he turned around walking to the door "see you later on rehearsals y/n!"

and with that, he exited the classroom, leaving you confused and embarrassed in front of his desk.

walking down the hallway with your head still bowed down, your mind was running a mile a minute trying to process the little chat you had with your teacher. that was until you bumped into something hard but also kind of soft, making you stagger a little. rapidly a big hand was placed on your lower back. "shit, i'm sorry"

looking up while also apologizing, you noticed you bumped into someone, the hard but also soft surface being their chest and that someone being one of yuuji's brother; sukuna. "are you okay?" still in his embrace you nodded, your hands tight around your books. he let go of you after making sure you weren't going to fall. his gaze lingering on your breast area, looking at the little exposed skin from your top. you soon tried to cover it with your books, looking at the side with embarrassment.
