(Building off of your Gem world hopping lore a bit here)

Maybe this won’t make any sense, but I’ve had this idea rattling around in my head for a while about Gem being something like the universe’s champion. Not a god, not someone all powerful, but a player with the world’s blessing in all she does.

You’ve got her connection to the End, which is already one of the most iconic parts of the game. Then you also have her mentioning that dreaming is the key to dimension hopping, which is easily comparable to the end poem. And, of course, her whole thing with ender dragons, which really finished the trio off.

That lore is cool on its own, but it’s also in her play style. She’s drawn to villages, and while she did it in HC9 the worlds that really stand out to me are two of her hardcore worlds, where she’s based in villages, remodeled them, and protected the villagers, whom she gave names and personalities. She delights in the mundane or common parts of the game. Things like that.

It’s like how Etho feels uniquely Minecraft-y because he’s been around for so long, as ancient as the lands around him. Gem doesn’t have the same old world feel- she’s younger, bursting with potential. Maybe she has some sort of grand mission, maybe that mission is simply to live, to experience. No matter what, the player has played the game well

Gem who's entwined with the universe... it's champion.... The key to finally opening the end in the life series and fully immersed in the worlds she inhabits yet unimpeded by the laws that govern places such as empires.

You mentioned her hardcore worlds and that also reminds me of the time she got the villager origin in afterlife, and stuck to that village the entire series. She became it's stalwart protector up until her death. So even there she continues that theme.

The universe loves all it's players but it's like it's given her the master's key to unlock any door she wants, to dream however and wherever she wants to. To open a door in dawn and step out into hermitcraft, to open the end, to escape the end of a world, anywhere she wants to go, anywhere she wishes to dream. Perhaps even guide her here or there with a little blue flame? AUGH

years ago I was working on a Hermitcraft Daycare au. Basically all the Hermits are toddlers and TFC was the teacher

over time I expanded the idea to include other SMPs, mainly the Life series and Empires. The Life series is a summer camp run by Martyn and BigB, and the Empires series is a bunch of kids role-playing in the woods with Zornoth there as big kid supervision (they're Scott's teenage brother in the au)

Hello! New mod @mleemwyvern here. Excited to get to answering asks, but I'm just going to clear up a few things first.

why did you get added as a mod? I have had unending hermitcraft brainrot for years now and it does not seem to be slowing down.

is anything going to change now that you're here? Aside from headcanons getting posted, not really. No rules changes are planned.

what about headcanons still in the inbox? Unfortunately, most of those will probably be lost due to sheer volume. I won't be able to answer everything, and a lot might lose relevance because of how long its been. Because of that, I will be closing the inbox for a while, to go through and clean up the massive quantity of asks.

can we know a bit more about you? Yep. I go by Mleem, she/they, and my main hermits are Team ZIT and also Etho. In addition to them, I watch Grian, Mumbo, Scar, False, Bdubs, and Iskall. Although I'm passingly familiar with most hermits due to fandom immersion and friends who are insane about them. Favourite topics are nonhuman hermits, worldbuilding, and totems of undying, and if my bias shows when answering asks I apologize.

I'm happy to be a mod here and I will do my best to get the headcanons flowing freely once again!

So basically, it wouldn’t really be fanfiction, but sort of along those lines. Similar in the vein of “my Evil Pokemon team” or “My Pokemon Gym Team” “Me as a member of the Elite Four” ETC ETC.

Purely speculative, purely for fun, a real passion project. This is the first time I’ve been excited enough about a video idea to actually begin a script immediately.

It would go over notable events, how I play in single player, and how I would play in multiplayer. How I usually operate vs how I would try to get out of my comfort zone. My qualities that would hinder me, my qualities that would make for good entertainment, my personal feelings about multiplayer minecraft servers in general. I will take into account anything made in-season, such as updates, shops, builds, and will likely add my additions to a world download to fully immerse myself and conclude what I ‘would’ do is realistic, for me.

It would say who I would get along with, what events I would have participated in, what things I did that affected the server overall.

Love how insane my brain is. Just this week I rediscovered scarian and while I’ve always been a big fan of the life series it was once I truly discovered scarian (and subsequently watcher lore) that I became fully immersed in the fandom. I got to episode thirty of hermitcraft s6 in one day, have started getting through the popular fanfics, and have drained the tumblr tag dry.
