Hello. I'm not going to make a habit of being too openly, and in depth, about my feelings and mental state on this blog, since it's a sideblog for my art and other art related projects. I'm making a small exception today to both agonize/apologize, and show appreciation. I try not to be too obvious when I'm distressed but last night I was openly sad and drunk. I had got home from work with some blisters under my skin, got a little drunk, decided to draw while drunk and having trouble holding my pencil and got progressively more drunk with each picture. I'm apologizing for making my emotional burden other people's problems on a blog not meant for that, but I also really appreciate how kind you guys were on my post. Thank you for being so sweet, and I'm sorry for being annoying, and for getting so drunk. I'm also sorry cause I had a couple more girl oc's I was gonna draw but the drunk sleepiness made me forget. I'll do better in making sure I leave my emotional duress on my main blog, under a read more.

Honest opinion on mtap? I love it. I have over 600 hours in it. About 200 of those are on my new laptop after it broke my older pc (computer guy confirmed it was burned because of it, it had had a checkup 5 months prior and it was fine. So mtap very much DID kill my old laptop). But it's not a finished game. At all. There is bugs. Weird performance issues. Kind of similar to what cyberpunk 2077 had actually, lol. Also, not everything is voiced. Some quests are still buggy as fuck. And now pathea is working on a new game?
While I do genuinely enjoy it, I'm sad to say I do not recommend it to my friends. It's not worth the price at all. Maybe buy it at a discount on steam or as you play it on a console. This game really did have potential though. And I genuinely hope the my time at sandrock game will be a more polished and playable game at launch than mtap was. Maybe I'm being overly sceptical of this game developer now, but I will NOT buy the new game at launch. I'll buy it at a steam sale. Maybe play some stardew valley in the meantime.
Everything not being voiced doesn’t bother me that much- since quest dialogue is voiced while generic dialogue isnt. that happens in other games of similar nature too. altho i do get why others dont like it.
but yeah, i dont recommend it at full price to other people. like you, i love it. it’s such a cool concept for a life/farming sim game- like i said its on sale for 70% off on ps4, so at $9 USD. If you have a ps4/ps5 and REALLY want it, now’s a good time to get it.
but yeah, im probably not gonna get my time at sandrock at all unless it REALLY blows me out of the park and improves things like performance and bugs. and im probably not going to get it at full price either.
