I finally made that pot of bison chili! Now it just needs to cook for 6-8 hours. Ingredients include: 3 kinds of beans, ground bison, fire roasted tomatoes and regular diced tomatoes + sauce, chipotle chilies, chili powder, onion, roasted garlic, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, kosher salt, pure cocoa powder, and beer (I usually do a shot of whiskey rather than beer, but I don’t have any right now).
