#i'm starting to realize i need an absurd amount of reassurance and attention. i have terrible anxiety when i don't. #every bad action or move i take i assume there will be punishment #punishment is my partner finding sanctuary in someone else #it's withholding information for fear of my reaction #i blame my ex. everyone was a threat. i was a problem for having feelings #but everyone leaves #i used to be secure in that #but now i have someone i never want to live without #im toxic #im disgusting #my partner will grow to resent all these facts about me #i need therapy #i need a hug #i need sleep
