HYPMIC SCHOOL AU HC

notes: I should have been studying chemistry since tomorrow I have a test but... yeah, no. instead, I tried to think about a li'l headcanon of how the cast(?) would behave at school and their favourite subject/s

ICHIRO

teachers love him, students too. he's the helper of the class: lost something? you'll find him under every desk just to search for your item. need help with a certain subject? he'll be more than happy to explain it to you. just ask and big bro will be at your service! His favourite subject may probably be literature, since he likes light novels, or english.

JIRO

poor little dummy, he doesn't understand anything and just sleeps with eyes open during class. will ask you to copy your homework (if you remind him there actually was work to do) and maybe during tests too. later, he will be scolded by Ichiro for that. His favourite subject is PE. this guy can do how many Cooper tests you want, and I personally envy him.

SABURO

100/100 score in every test and doesn't let you copy at all, instead you'll get teased for your ignorance. kinda the teachers' pet,,, kinda: they love him since he's smart but hate him 'cause he's a brat. His favourite subject is IT, and i bet he would judge everyone who doesn't click on the "safely remove" command to remove their USB drives (yes, I'm talking about you. you've been exposed >:) )

SAMATOKI

puts shoes on the desks and argues a lot with teachers. fuck with him and hands will be thrown, but if you two can bond together you can become cig buddies. he's quite good at school, but doesn't study too much, and during classes doesn't take many notes. I think he likes home ec. while cooking is more relaxed and sometimes also hums random songs, but don't let him know you heard that, believe me.

JYUTO

he's smart and good at almost every subject, nice too but would "help" you during tests telling you fake info, so he'll be the one who gets the higher mark. every time an hour passes it's smoke time for him, so don't be surprised if you find him whenever you step outside the school. His favourite subject is english, even if he uses it just to swear.

RIO

silent during all classes. doesn't take notes but remembers most of the lesson anyway. yup, he's the one who would give you his sandwich if you ask him, or catch you a living creature (I'm begging you, just ask for his sandwich). His favourite subject might be biology, he loves to know about all different species and how to cook them.

RAMUDA

i expect him to be the kind of person nice to everyone but actually dislikes three quarters of his class. he's disrespectful to the teachers and adores to make them suffer, but he's loved by all his female classmates. he always brings candies and share them, just because he likes to call himself and be called "a little angel", "cute" and similar appellatives. likes art. he doesn't particularly enjoy learning new techniques and he isn't interested in artistic movements, but he doodles a lot, and he's really good at it.

GENTARO

spends most of the lessons writing on his notebook, but can listen to the teachers at the same time. he's good at theorical subjects, but sucks in art and pe. his classmates, when they ask for his notes about the lesson, never know if they are false or true Information. the only sure thing is that, as a consequence, they'll make some embarrassing and absurd statements during oral tests. He enjoys literature, especially fairy tales, poetry and mythology.

DICE

"do you have food?" "do you have money to buy lunch? I'll repay you I promise" "do you have a pen?" ...that kind of student. doesn't even know why he's still attending classes, teachers gave up on him years ago. he also often organises little illegal card games, and they don't end up well. he'll eventually gamble all he has in his pockets (approximately 500 yen) and his backpack. probably failing most of the subjects, but! he's good at PE. spoiler: this won't save him from repeating the year. his favourite subject is break time?? really, i don't think he genuinely likes any other school activity.

JAKURAI

he's the ideal student: pays attention, take notes, doesn't talk during classes and shows respect. sometimes envied by his classmates, but he's too nice to seriously hate him for his excellent conduct and grades. if you have problems of any kind, he'll be glad to help you, listening to them and giving you advices. He probably likes philosophy or psychology, he loves to study people, their behaviours and their different thoughts.

HIFUMI

depending on the day he can be annoying and playful or a flirt machine, there's no in between. can't take seriously teachers when they raise their voice to have everyone's attention, and interrupts a lot (every time he wants to say something). His grades are impressive, but there are some subjects he doesn't like or understand like physics, that he's failing. Doppo sometimes tries to help him with that. he loves home ec, and cooks the best plates. prefers cooking over baking, but he's good at both.

DOPPO

If you don't know where to find him, look near the vending machines, or in the cafeteria. see the one with two espressos per hand? it's him. please, he just wants to go home and nap. he can't pay attention to classes, too tired for them, and always gets overwhelmed at some point of the week because of too much to study (feel ya buddy). He quite likes biology tho, he's interested in plants and nature in general.

KUKO

teachers can't stand him anymore. they're basically begging him to shut the fuck up. but Kuko doesn't give a shit, no, he's still the loud chaotic disrespectful and foul mouthed student who ruins their life as a full time job. your local dumb and noisy friend! stick up with him to win a free pass to every teacher's blacklist, but you will have fun. His favourite subject is religion, and will always tell his false made up proverbs during the lesson, that he says to be "100% made in Buddha".

JYUSHI

we know his school experiences with his mates so yeah... we're skipping that part. he sometimes skips school because he doesn't feel like to go, and feels guilty for not telling his parents. during these days he'll just go to his favourite place (maybe a big garden surrounded by trees and flowers) with Amanda to spend some time by himself. However, his favourite subject would be music or drama, since he can express himself how much he wants during that classes.

HITOYA

always haves a cup of coffee before starting school. takes a lot of messy notes when the teachers are speaking, and sometimes also make questions to know more about the topic he's studying. he's the certified bullies kicker: whenever he assists at some bullying acts he will intervene and defend the victim, we're all grateful for that. he's smart and quite good at sports, but also competitive and secretly super envious when someone gets a better grade than him. He likes history, and also geography.

SASARA

the school clown, that student feared by teachers who is SO DAMN LOUD ALL THE TIME. prepare for terrible puns in the middle of the lesson, that actually make a boring lesson more enjoyable. pretty smart tho, and knows when to stop playing around and act serious. pretty useless during tests because his whisperings are just soft shouts. His favourite subject is history, since he finds funny the dumb shit people did centuries ago.

ROSHO

the quiet guy, who is alone most of the time, except of when Sasara nags him. actually, he would love to have some more friends so @classmates don't judge by appearance and try to do a small talk with him, he'll appreciate that. his favourite subjects are math and/or physics, the only one out of the entire class who understands the exercises, but you'll be too afraid of his intimidating expression to ask to explain that to you, or to let you copy.

REI

aaand yes, he's the one who sold you flour in the back of the school, making you believe this was actual coke. is good at school, but always cheats. teachers have never found out that he copies, because he has smart and extra ways to do it, like writing notes on his legs or wrists or even on the backside of the bottle's label. His favourite subject is economics (lol), he just knows what he wants to do with his life.
