Joey can almost make out the airplane from the kitchen window as it flies away.

Not even close, Joe, Chandler had said. Her flight left three hours ago.

The house warming party is small and sweet, with just the five of them plus Mike, Ben, and the new babies. Monica got all in a tizzy about hosting while all she wants to do is hold both twins at the same time and sniff their heads (strange, but fine). So Phoebe brings wings and fries and bread rolls from that place Joey loves, and they all take turns eating and holding the kids. 

Joey makes her promise never to tell her brother, but Erica is already his favorite. She has white-blonde hair and less wrinkles on her face than Jack, and her bleary eyes are a piercing blue. 

Holding her reminds him of Emma in the hospital, and the huge misunderstanding that happened when Rachel thought he asked her to marry him.
